From the comments of that video, apparently the video is over a year old in origin:

False alarm people another person trying to make up a false Mass sighting around the 13th, do not be fooled everyone this video is from April 2009. I'm sure the video might be genuine and very interesting but it's over a year and few months old.

yup we are all lost in hope of... confusion is all we realy are...its hard to put the facts when looking for the hard to reach....

just put what you see happening 2gether and watch the skies !!!!

It's clouded, and looks as if it's going to rain, I wouldn't suggest setting up your camera just yet, and to answer the question, several people saw a ufo in La Mirada about 2 weeks ago, including some cops, but nothing else that I know of

i see your local... ive been seeing activety of stationary lights (9 or 10)... 1 blinking 4 diff' colors like in a panic heart pattern, domino effect and the rest only flashing red or green. east-ward... looks pretty far up. around 12am to around 1:30am for the past 4 or so days

What have "Counts" got to do with releasing another video? so what if it registers 300 views, if you have good information and a good video with proof, you don't stamp your foot and not release it due to something like "Views" or how much a video has been watched.

It's silly.

Just to clarify and stay on topic, if that's even possible with this cluster, this is about the "chase" video.

What would anyone determine from the video if it had no title and you watched it while muted? A video should speak for itself to some degree without the audio. I honestly don't see much besides a car driving down the road through a city at night with some lights flashing near the end. I have to agree with One10 that the "Chase" video is most likely an escort. Here's a plethora of videos of wide load/super load escorted trucks for reference.

Here's a few questions and statements I posted from the other thread that I'd like to restate.

If they're so interested in determining what the alleged commotion is about why are they in the far left lane and going straight at the end of the video when the convoy turns right?

The one narrator stated in YT comments that "Now im not a You tube Head, Im a singer releasing a CD" and he blatantly gives his website during the video. Hmm.

I see a video title (Garden Grove UFO Chase) with zero proof, never mind evidence, a video that shows nothing exceptionally strange and the possibility of free marketing for an upcoming CD.

On the topic of the blue lights and according to information people have posted, they certainly could have been something very earthly. The fact that they occurred on 10/10/10 in more than one location smells a bit like a community forum hoax, especially with all the talk surrounding the date and UFO's lately. I'm still open to anything but gut feeling here isn't alien. I don't think we're alone in the universe but a lot of other reasons explain what's been seen besides the lights and other videos suggesting non terrestrial and explainable UFO's.

If you end up going to the area may I suggest you stop at a few public areas, gas stations, restaurants, etc., and non suggestively ask workers or customers what happened that night?

Well it was overcast last night, at least by that time.

If it is clear I will make sure to keep an eye on that part of the sky too!

Also, I called up my mom. I am making her come over for dinner tonight, (Two cameras/eyes are better than one...wait no.... Two cameras and four eyes are better than one camera and two eyes...(I should have stopped when I was ahead...)

I guess I wish I could believe this is an actual UFO but there are quite a few few gaps in the facts to allow me to do that.

Firs,t If this were an actual UFO there would be radar evidence. In this I mean this area is definitely within the LAX, John Wayne and Burbank airport's radar ranges. So with that said there should be evidence from those airports.

Second, If there is radar evidence then the U.S. Air Force should have followed proper procedure, in that the Air Force should have scrambled a number or fighter aircraft from there nearest base to locate, identify and if need be to go into a defensive/aggressive stance. But there is the problem that I hear no F-16 Falcons or even U.S. Navy F-18 Hornets in the sky with the so called UFO.

Third, the helicopter was not searching the air. It was doing a standard ground search pattern. I have seen this many times where I live. What that means is that the PD figured it was in fact a person on the ground with an R/C plane, which has a certain radio range which is a standard in the R/C world. The PD would know this and it would allow them to centralize their search pattern. That is why they stayed in that area so long. It does not make sense to have a civilian aircraft do the job of a military aircraft.

Fourth, this to me looks more like a person with a large scale R/C airplane. Yes it is strange that the lights appear to flicker and go out. But for one thing this can appear if LED lights are pointed in a certain direction. If that is the case than when the aircraft turns in an alternate direction then it would appear to flicker or even go out completely. Also it could come down to the fact that the LED lights could in fact be remotely controlled with a toggle switch to turn them on and off as wished.

In my opinion this was just exactly what the "government" and the "media" want you to think. It was just somebody tricking and confusing the public and in doing so discredits the idea and the people involved in UFO research.

you cant fool all the people all the time
not every one is going to be fooled by an rc plane
rc plane is the new swamp gas
just fly one around after a ufo sighting and utube the fake arrest
cover story done

not saying this IS the case but if you talk to witneses and they are sure its not a rc plane then suspect cover up

Tripod for home sky watching, I will take the monopod for the "trip" to Garden Grove.

I may not use it though, I hate them. (Don't worry, I am awesome with holding the camera still. And I am not stupid, the thing is easy to attach so if something happens no matter what it WILL BE STEADY!)

Also, do I need to post video if nothing fancy is going on? I will if requested, of course

If someone thinks of something, let me know and I will jot it down.

(Questions, remember I am a skeptic so I will ask hard ones. So I request some questions you folks want me to ask, since it isn't just me who is curious!)
