By later postings I got the solution:
- You have to click on Tools.
- Then on ATS Upload.
- Flash must be ON.
- Then upload the picture.
- Then click on the picture.
- Then copy the URL (third box).
- This URL has to be inserted in your avatar profile field.

I'm sure it's been asked or posted somewhere, but what is the new pixel width/height for the background image? Also does the foreground clear png image need to be changed as well? Thanks!

For your profile, I would go with 200X440

Nope. You can use your existing clear avatar, as the avatar height has not changed.

Okay.....I ought to be able to figure this out but why is my background so small. I've uploaded a .JPG with 198x420 but still it remains so small......???

What am I doing wrong here?

Hey... this may sound stupid but I'll just have to take the heat; what exactly are the new and improved size requirements for avatars and background images? The information at the top of this thread appears to date to 2010 and from the way my browser (Chrome) displays my av/bg image, there's something just not quite right.

I am fully able to make any size adjustments... I just need the numbers.

EDIT - Disregard - found 440x200.

does the text have to be visible? or can I fade it into my background color...

I always liked your avatar of the Ape with a pipe the best. But you do have some pretty cool avatars in the line up.

But I would like to thank you for your service to the ATS community. If I could give you applause, I would. So instead I am limited to just this.

Oh yea, I went there, Old School style. Help bring them back!

Well...i have tried to not mention that I am woefully bad in delivering the emoticon set to SO.

I am still going to complete it. I paid for the software, and have everything layed out and ready to render. But I am doing something wrong and am trying to figure it out. Getting in the way, I have had to teach myself Adobe Illustrator over the last couple of months. These are tools I enjoy using...but I am likely the only accounting director who also does the graphics for their company.

Just in time for Christmas we are putting out 3 tshirt designs that I have made. I hope they sell well enough for me to continue making them.
