I'm tired of seeing threads like this on ATS

While I have no doubt that the OP has good intentions, the majority of it is mumbo-jumbo religious ramblings.

As I'm sure others have already pointed out; you cannot love everyone in the world for many reasons...

Yes we are all as one, in the sense that we all share a common bond in being human beings (unless your an alien
)

But there are many human beings on this planet that deserve to die slow, painful deaths.

And signing off every post with "With Love, Your Brother" is getting a little tacky now...

Jesus Christ was the Son of God, so am I, so are you.
Jesus Christ was the Son of Man, so am I, so are you.

Jesus Christ was King of his own dominion, so am I, so are you.
Jesus Christ was my Brother, he is yours as well.
Jesus Christ was not God, neither am I, neither are you.
Jesus Christ was the perfect living testimony of Gods will for man.

These are my personal thoughts on my Brother Jesus. Your mileage may vary.

Sin is judging, period. We are to love, God is to judge. Your mileage may vary.

I cannot answer this question. This answer is found in your own heart. Your answer is not the answer for anyone but yourself.

Sweet post. It resonates with me.

From our very birth we were registered into commerce. The Pirates of Admiralty have not only made commerce of each of us, they have, by example taught many of us to do the same to each other. I think much of the lack of love stems from this attitude. When people use others as a commodity it breeds contempt, jealousy, greed, rage, selfishness, etc.

Truly loving is giving without expecting in return and caring for those who have nothing to give in return. One of the arts in practice is to give in secret so that the recipient does not feel obligation. But love is so much more that giving materially. It is being there to listen, or to lift those who are down; to make someone smile, or experience the healing qualities of laughter. Loving is going out with the attitude that you will make a conscious effort to brighten the day of those you come in contact with. Love is to encourage those who are downtrodden and suffer injustice. Love is to hold the hand of a leper when everyone else runs away.

We have so much knowledge available now, and I feel it will be for a very short time. Many answers can be found from the material available for research that has been hidden from us in the past.

The problem is not simply TPTB. Many on the lowest rungs of the ladder follow instruction that should go against their very nature. They accept no personal responsibility for following orders to kill, maim, experiment on other human beings, cause suffering, and participate in injustices. Many deceive and abuse their fellow man because they love the ego boost of feeling clever in their trickery; perhaps it makes them feel superior to others and they are motivated from this. It is indicative of a soul lacking compassion and empathy.

Surely, some of us know that we do not belong here in this existence. We are in the world but not to be conformed to it. If we give back to Caesar what belongs to him, what has been Caesar-created, then we can be free. The only security in leaving that "safety net" through strangling as it is, will be to depend on love, or as Blanche said, "The kindness of strangers."

I dunno man. I'm Christian, know God's love, and am still afraid of Him. Take for instance John's claim that if you truly knew Him you cannot sin. I sin all the time, even when I try not to. Does this mean Jesus will say "I never knew you" and send me to darkness? I accept His sacrifice, experienced light and love, and yet I am afraid I will be rejected in the end. I really want to bask in the light, not darkness.

If you want to have a understanding of God and yourself I highly recommend you read Conversations With God by Neal Donald Walsh. these books (there are book 1, 2 and 3). Anyone should read these, especially those experiencing fear in their Christian life.
Warning: these books may really help change you towards love, joy and peace, and in the process piss off your relatives, church members and preacher LOL,

My understanding of things are that God made you perfect. Express your perfection how ever you feel is the perfect expression inside.

I do not speak for God, he speaks to me and all of us. Ask him, and see what he says.

Hello Mr. Kron,
I'm sure IAMs... (and forgive me for thinking of the dog-food company)... is trying
to set you on a happier path.
And signing off every post with "With Love, Your Brother" is getting a little tacky now...

I think it's quite nice... as Kevin Costner once said in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves,
"I have a brother?... I have a brother!"

Marvelous movie and a marvelous thread too!
Keep it up,

Big Sissy-Boy.

Well the issue brought up 104 flags, because I think its time to consider what love and freedom mean, and its not nwo, wars or starvation, and that most people are far more positive than the leaders and bloodlines portray us as.

Yes, it all comes down to living in love with each other. I always wondered why such a message provoked such anger and hatred in some, but I think more and more people are waking up to the fact that the ills plaguing society, all of the problems and injustices talked about here on a daily basis, are because of a lack of love for others. So there is hope. I have hope that this can be turned around with each of us doing our parts, in whatever ways we can great or small, to bring an increase in love in this world.

Thank you for this thread!

ANy good parent knows that to truly love another, sometimes corrective action must be taken....The illusion of love and let be is one of the modern plagues of society....

I second that!!
What really ticks me off, is that there are some flippin awesome threads out there with some real thought provoking intelligent posts.... With next to no flags or stars.......

Yet this thread as an example has zero content, just the mutterings of a delusional person whom obviously has lived a sheltered life and it gets 104 flags and 64+ stars!!!

I just don't get it.

Are most of the ATS audience living a sheltered delusional life??

I'm pretty sure the OP's intention is positive however I find that I have to take exception to talking/posting about something that he/she has never met, communicated with in a real world fashion or even seen.

I'm not keen on people speaking about God as if they were discussing a scientific and proven concept.

Personally, I believe there is a God; a creator but I don't think he/she/it should be described as Gospel (pun intended) as wrote in the Bible.

It might be a nice touch adding the "With Love..." a couple of times, but after seeing it for 20+ pages it's getting a tad tedious.

Yeah, discuss the spreading of love and the halting of wars etc but not from an unfounded religious perspective.

I agree with you, but at least Mr. IAMS is getting off his chest -what he
feels and I know this can sometimes irrate people.
That's why I tend to read these threads loaded up with gin... It's just
one of the querky things I *hic* do.

In fact, when I saw a Final Warning, plastered all over the ATS front page with 100+ stars my attention was diverted; I thought that there must be something going on...

When I read the OP, I was like "what on earth"!! How does this incoherent rambling make it to the front page in large bold text when there is Zero Content....

I do not mind disagreement my friend. You can take my words or leave them. What I must stand to correct is baseless assumptions.

I left home at the age of 17 to join the USMC. I traveled the world many times over, been to almost every state in the union and have set foot on every continent. I have learned from every culture from bush men in Africa, to Socialists in Italy. I have studied many religious documents from the Baghavad Ghita to the Quran. I have read philosophical works from Plato to Nietzsche. I have been initiated into secret societies and mystery traditions from Freemasonry to Palmayombe. I do not mean to come off as a braggart, but if you wish to make baselless accusations, the record needs to be made clear. Most things in this world YOU are sheltered from my friend, not I.

Now keep your view, I am not trying to change it. Just requesting that you love all enough to allow them the same freedom you wish for yourself.

With Love,

Your Brother

I'm sick and tired of reading religious ramblings, of course it's possible to love yourself or at the very least be at peace with yourself.

Doe's anyone really expect me to love someone that raped one of my children? When you pose questions like that in threads like this you usually recieve more religious mumbo-jumbo, I suggest people actually take the time and read whats being said; it doesn't really mean anything!

How about people try each other with respect and how they would like to be treated themselves? There you go, I've just summed up the entire OP without one reference to God...

Also, why is this thread entitled "A Final Warning To All"??? Who is warning me? The OP? God???

If EVERYONE did think and act like the OP, I believe the world will be a better place.

However, it's not going to happen.

Do you not see the irony in that statement?

Your the one making baseless assumptions from your "knowledge" of Christianity and the text found in the Bible.

As someone else has already mentioned, what about the Gods of other religions? Or do they not apply?

You have no proof that God in the Christian sense, or any other sense even, actually exists so why are you preaching as if what your saying is concrete fact?

I've read the initial post twice, thinking my mind might have wandered the first time through. But after reading it a second time I have to conclude that it is the longest English essay I have read that is entirely devoid of content. The sentences are grammatically correct, by and large; it's just that they don't convey any information other than platitudes. It's apparently something like, "Boy are you guys in trouble and now you're going to get it unless you turn to love." with some Jesus stuff thrown in there for good measure. It's not as if we've never heard this kind of stuff before, but at least in much of it we get to find somethign to hang our hats on. With this, there's nothing there.

The most amazing thing is that this thread has over 500 replies to a guy who showed up literally one month ago, immediately took up a 'superior' position to all us mortals, and has lectured us ever since. He's literally come out of nowhere. It's fascinating that there are so many people who have taken up an obsequious position on this, attempting to soak up the good vibes of a light worker? I don't know, really, but why anyone gives this guy the time of day is beyond me. You can't be serious. At first I thought this must be a joke thread. I must not be getting the implicit sarcasm tags. But, no; I don't think so. Some of these guys are lining up to drink the Kool Aid.

So here's MY prediction. IamIam is not a superior being. He doesn't know any more than you or I how life works, or the nature of the universe. He's obviously interested and he certainly has taken a position on matters, but you, reading this, are just as knowledgeable and just as smart and just as aware of how stuff works as he is. And you know what? There's no need for a 'final warning' on anything. The Earth will abide. It won't tip on its axis if you don't express more love for your fellow man. Global Warming, if it exists, is not going to kill us. It will allow us to grow more food. There's no need to fear anything--except people like this.

Oh, and Jesus is not coming again any time soon.
