Just a thing, astrology is not hocus pocus. Anybody who actually mind to research into it can tell you.
Apparently you didn't even care to research astrology to say such thing. That's a certainty.

I fully agree with you.
The webbot is fundamentally flawed because of that.
It can predict major events, but also predicts often "noise" (i.e. nothing at all), and when it predicts major events often it is off the time frame, and other occasions predicts unimportant details or events.
It is also flawed because the media is flooded with negative content, so it tends to predict negative events.

Still it is a good try. And they try to point the major events, to periods when the timewave also predicts some major novelty. And so sometimes they are lucky and predict some shifts with amazing accuracy. And as the astrological energy increases after 2011 (Uranus enters Aries), there will be some crazy years ahead.

Sincerely I hope there is no world war. I don't mind Katla eruption or alien disclosure/massive sightings. And we need a profound economic collapse and rebirth. We need some shaking events to wake up. We need to transcend our negativity and negative though patterns. We should put humanity and our planet above everything and not profit or unsustainable technological advance.

I mean, the web does seem to become hyper politicized around times of elections. And elections also seem to invoke hypersensative rhetoric. "This president is a disaster," "the country is in crisis" "100,000 strong racist protests" "lets send a shock wave throughout america." Just adding to the original hypothesis.

hahahaha

sadly I don't see this happen for another few thousand years.

Something is always trying to keep us from uniting. When we get close something new pops up. I noticed a few years back when the different races started to come together something new popped up and it was the homosexual movement. It divided us even further. Now to keep us from getting even further from uniting is Obama. Some races are trying to claim he is racist because of one incident, but it seems to be working. Also the illegal problem and hating mexicans is causing a divide as well.

the so called hocus pocus astrology have been helping some presidents for a long time. I can say Washington, Coolidge, Jefferson, etc have used either Astrology or Numerology in the past. They even have a section of it in the library in the white house.

Okay .... everyone hold up a minute. I thought I remember that , a while back, the folks who run webbot said they wouldn't be making any more predictions. Their reasoning was that the predictions they were seeing were soooo bad that they didn't want to scare folks.

What happened?? I'm really sure I remember that a year or so ago.

Nothing really huge at the moment. And the only daunting sign is the US dollar. It's long-overdue to crash but no, it's still floating.

Maybe a big devaluation of US dollar.
Maybe Euro in danger again.
Maybe another stock market panic.
Maybe a virus outbreak.
Maybe another staged terrorist attack to revive "War On Terrorism" propaganda.
Maybe death of someone high-level / prominent.
Maybe a Republican gets re-elected.
Maybe nothing will happen and it's business as usual.

How can a webbot be anything more than a tool of the lying media when it relies on the mechanics (literally) of those lies and half-truths to make its' predictions? How can a webbot predict anything but a self-fulfilling prophecy?

If you're like me, you know the media will lie when the truth fits better. How can you trust a prediction based on that media to be anything more than "what they want us to know" and "when they want us to know it" "what they want us to believe" and "when they hope we'll believe it" "what they want us to fear" and "when they hope we'll fear it?"

Might I suggest, in a way lean toward a side of caution.
It will not hurt to have some extra supplies around just in case SOMETHING goes wrong.

Even a logical, common sense move, would say that it's always smart to have some extra.

So in that mind-frame. What ever happens, be prepared for the worst, and expect the best. And should the worst come to pass, you are prepared to weather it in the best way you can.

Be well, Friends.

What you've described is the theoretical basis of webbot. The truth is that the code is kept a deep, dark secret, so nobody knows what parameters it actually uses.

Personally I hesitate to give credence to anyone (the people behind webbot) who refer to themselves as "time monks" and who charge for access to their "data".

It could be a dramatic political shift here in the US. I could imagine Nancy Pelosi saying she has a new job as the Iraq minister of information. I could easily imagine hearing her say before she leaves for her new position that "there are no signs of Republicans attempting to take over any branch of government."

The "major event" which is "human related" is that they will start auditing the gold. And, like Soylent Green, "the gold" is people. Someone else here surely knows what I mean. This is why they need a liason for the UFO/aliens.

Anyway, I'm an expert of Timewave Zero and I BELIEVE in webbot since it had a lot of hits, people who are aware noticed that.

Zagari,

People who are aware have also noticed the amazing hit-rate this wonder machine has.[/sarcasm]

I am willing to believe that the webbot can pick up on people's precognitive ability when it comes to actions that are influenced by people, like the stock exchange. If there is a general sense of something about to happen, it will pick upon this. But somewhere along the line everybody just accepted that humans much also be able to "sense" other events (that are not influenced by humans), such as earthquakes etc...

I could link you all the predictions that were made in the past, here on ATS, and the results but I doubt that will show how often it has been correct....

Peace

With that being said, just because it's calm right now, doesn't mean that something isn't around the corner and in fact, I would suggest that it seems more likely. There always seems to be a calm before the storm, so to speak. Because there isn't much going on right now and it is relatively calm, I would expect a major event to happen.

Funny you should use the word "calm" three times and the phrase of "calm before the storm".
I asked Cleverbot about his cousin Webbot's prediction. Cleverbot mentioned something about watching the weather. I merely repeated my question about the prediction, not acknowledging his "weather" comment. Then Cleverbot brought up a question about "global warming".

Make of that what you will.

I think the Chinese government is going to have to do alot better than the hokey laser light show they just put on in order to convince anyone of alien invasion. Sounds like dis-information and mass media manipulation to me.

the trends research institue is gerald celente w ho has been saying we'd be fighting over bread. it's all sensationalism and fear tactics to get a certain reaction ($$) out of people.

calling astrology "hocos pocus" shows how ignorant you are on these things. as above so below. look to the stars to see the destiny of man.

The Trends research institute looks at worldwide trends in every fields, and that's why they get it accurate because there's a logical basis to trend forecasting.

Perhaps you need to listen to his interviews or read the trends journals to understand the trend forecasting fully, instead of believing what somebody blogs on him, because what he's saying is when the stimulus runs out only the strong will survive. Perhaps the 44 million American's on food-stamps who have to rely on these for their baby formula (and yes bread!) will magically find jobs to support themselves when the govt. runs out of money to feed them.

There was no way that Celente would know exactly when that'd happen or how many trillions the fed would actually print. He even admits that he's not always right (unlike astrologers), and we can see from fluctuations and increases in gold/silver recently and the decline of the dollar, that his predictions on "crash of 2010" are already happening.

You mean the astrologers who make up a reason why Jupiter etc is in a particular constellation, and who use no scientific reasoning or any logic at all!

Yep, it's all nonsense and all that astrology will ever be.

For example if person A says Jupiter's location today means bad news, and person B says it means good news. Aren't one of those vague predictions going to be correct eventually, and aren't both just manifestations of random human guesswork at best?

Everything in the universe is linked by the same origins and paths, but not by hocus pocus magic.

I wonder if there is a link with November 9 test of LHC Cern that will research strangelets or something like that...

Again, astrology is not about magic at all...Use the sidereal one and it will agree with real planets positions.
