Why is it a mutation? Maybe he carries the Ancient genes? Maybe the short ones are the mutations

Indeed.
I feel that the gene is still carried amongst us,
and sometimes surfaces, hence what we see here.

Do people really think the Egyptians, Sumerians, etc. just created art of little humans and BIG humans, as a metaphor? lol

No.

and the Smithsonian is one of the most corrupt institutions on the planet.
Yes they have kept much of Earths history from us.

If you only knew.............

"There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown." Now imagine for a minute a 12 foot 'Giant procreating with a 5 foot Human female... (people were a lot shorter back in history, any tour of a museum that has period clothing will show that)

Oh brother...

The original text uses the term "Nephilim" which is a Hebrew verb meaning "fallen ones".. No mention of them being tall but does mention being not from earth.. Their progeny which you call giants were not necessarily big and tall like you would think..

The word "giant" is the anglisized version of the Greek word "gigantes".. Gigantes does NOT mean 'huge' 'big' or anything to do with the modern sense of what 'giant' means but the actual, true translation is "EARTH BORN"....

Being designated as earth born then suggests that the parentage was not of this earth, after all, the text does not equate humans with this title. So it does not mean they were big but were the earth born progeny of fallen, rebilious, traitorus (synonyms of Nephlim) none terrestial beings..

What I meant by 'pet theory' is the individual archeologist who is more worried about how he looks to his peers or wants to keep his research funds flowing... so if he/she finds an artifact that doesn't fit the 'normal' explanation, what happens to it? Does it get re buried, pushed aside, hidden in a museum basement out of site, or even destroyed..

I have proof of one case where a couple main stream anthropologists were at a symposium where certain footprints were revealed and these guys went out to the field and were caught trying to destroy them.

How much of that goes on? No way to tell...because we can only trust what 'they' tell us... and people like Z Hawass closing off dig sites... well heck... nothing going on... move along now... nothing to see here.

An interesting manuscript by Dr. Joel Klenck -- The Genesis Model for the Origin, Variation, and Continuation of Human Populations -- argues that Biblical Nephilim represent non-modern humans like Neanderthals. His last chapter is scary showing that some well known professors (Prof. Church from Harvard & Prof. Hawks from Wisconsin) are sure that Neanderthals are going to be rebirthed using ancient DNA and stem cells.

I think you are confusing the word 'Nephalim' with 'Nephilim'.
Nephilim in Hebrew does mean Giants, sons of the sons of god and women from earth.
