"He seems to be trying to make an argument that we went to war, caused a lot of wars, because we made a profit from selling arms to go to war, ya know and that's uhh.. obviously a problematic.. point of view."

SERIOUSLY?

Isn't that basically not denying the claim, but saying it's not in "our" best interest?

Can you imagine the producer screaming to cut it off and get the commentators back on? lol

Pfft!!! Predictable that the Faux news propaganda machine would seem offended by someone speaking the truth. Given the way things are going, I really sorta wish that all the doomsayers were right. This cesspool of a world needs to be cleaned out.

Yeah, then the other guy says well he can keep talking about it but we aren't going to.

In other words, SHUT THE HELL UP DUDE!

Wonder if he got a talking to after saying that, he was put on the spot though.

I actually wanted to post this the day it happened. I was watching at work and i thought that it was way to convient for fox to cut away from what amadinejad was saying. If he was losing it like that guy stated then why didn they continue to let us watch what he had to say. What do they have to hide. The media was in on the whole thing on 9/11 and they continue to be in on it to this day.

Yeah, I've been waiting for it to surface.

Took me off guard too, I started laughing.

I was in a public place and many people spoke up and started saying stuff like "OHH What was that!?"

It was obvious they didn't want him to be heard.

This is more "ignore under pressure" attitude first from the U.S. representative of the U.N., and now the MSM.

I don't believe this just to be a Faux issue, although they usually are the worst, I don't see any of the other stations concentrating on it. 9/11 is taboo to the Media unless it is brought up for fear-mongering and an emotional response. This in itself is suspicious.

I wonder if any foreign news broadcasts were interrupted. I searched and could not find any sympathy for his remarks about 9/11

Typical Zionist influenced American media. They can't have the sheeple hear any other viewpoint than the one they force-feed to us, now can they? They can't have the American people hear something that actually makes sense, especially when it makes much more sense than what is spewed out to us by our leaders and their propaganda wing, the MSM. Allowing Americans to hear something logical just may spark some people to actually think for themselves and they sure wouldn't want that, now would they? After all, as long as the American people are only exposed to their irrational and nonsensical psychobabble, they seem to forget what logic and reason is, while throwing common sense out of the window. The worst part of it is that most Americans don't even know or realize that their news is censored. They actually think they are well informed and they pitty people in North Korea and Cuba. This makes us in a far worse position than those that we pitty.

"None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free."
--Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

I feel like a 4 year old child, where our parents are trying to keep us away from some sex scene on the television and then use some awkward tactic to explain away what we just got a peak at. That is ridiculous! They don't want us to be able to make our own minds up, as they would rather do that for us. For anyone who thinks that our news isn't censored, here you go. In fact, we are in a much worse spot than other nations like North Korea or Cuba, because at least those people understand that their news is censored. Most Americans continue on thinking that they get the true, unbiased and whole story (as it actually happened). They believe that the Press is informing them about everything going on, in an unbiased effort. Yeah right!

"Our mind is of three categorie: what we know, what we don't know, and what we don't know we don't know. Not knowing is unfortunate; not knowing that we don't know is tragic." --W. Erhart

Just another example of the censorship of our information.Hardly news worthy to those who already know, but a wake up call to those who up to now believed we got the full story every time.
I dont undersstand what makes people cling to the crud they keep telling us ".Unless its "we are ok so $crew the rest of em, who cares?"One fine day the chickens will all come home to roost....and like the germans well be saying "we didnt know.".......

I like the captions they keep posting for the morons who cannot comprehend what the speaker is saying. They have nothing to do with the conclusions his speech is drawing.

Yessir. Good ole "fair and balanced" Faux news. Just like in the old USSR. If someone begins saying something we do not like we just cut them off.... Ha.

Nice shot for freedom of speech righties!

Are you sure that wasnt a recap and analysis by Shepard Smith and the guy? The time stamp for Sherpard Smith is around 4pm +/- Eastern time. I thought the Iranian President addressed the UN earlier that morning.

UN Itinerary for Sept 24th
According to their Itinerary speakers had the floor from 8:30 am till around 12:30 pm.

BBC news covers the walkout 2 02:17pm EST
Obama leads new UN pressure on Sudan over votes

This yahoo article half way down talks about the Iranian Presidents speech to the UN and about the delegates walking out. The Yahoo news article is time stamped just after noon Eastern Time.

While I know most people in these forums hate the US for whatever reason, could we at least agree that if you are going to post something to make a claim about censorship, at least portray it in the correct context. They were doing a post speech analysis.

Funny how people will go off on a news oranization about how they report the news, then turn around and do exactly the same thing. I find it funny that people will comment in other threads saying Fox News doesnt do a good job on delivering the facts, or being truthful in their reporting. If you guys argue that people need to wake up and thnk for themselves, how come no one who commented followed their own advice?

A video gets posted, a snippet of Studio Bm and without even checking into it, people developed the mob mentality and jumped on the band wagon.

Ironic

For *SNIP* sake! Can the American people just listen to the friggin speech, make THEIR own conclusions, WITHOUT media figure heads trying to manipulate their ideas and opinions onto the people!!??

THIS is exactly why the mainstream media is dying and going broke. The American people are sick of the bias and manipulation.

I noticed as soon as Prez A mentioned "zionists" they cut him off immediately.... go figure.

If it was post-speech analysis why did the anchor man say the American delegates had just walked out?

Regardless, why not actually listen to the speech you're supposed to be analysing?

Because they were watching the video of it and talking about what transpired. From the looks of the video posted they were looking at the walkout itself.

One of the things that has always bothered me about this, and was mentioned in the speech, is that none of the US intelligence services had any idea that something was going to happen. Not just the US intelligence services though, other country's would also have passed information to the US, if they'd heard a whisper that something was going to happen. That means that the whole world's intelligence services had no idea and that just seems such a stretch for me.

Edit to add:

It's actually very worrying/frightening to know that an attack, that would have required immense planning, actually happened without 1 single piece of intelligence information popping up anywhere across the whole world. On the other hand, even if it was an inside job, surely that would mean all intelligence services across the world would have had to be in on it because they'd have picked up on what was about to happen regardless of where the attack originated from? Either way it doesn't give me a lot of faith in the ability of the intelligence services, to prevent future attacks!

We got full coverage in the UK, on BBC News 24. That is available in the US I believe.

He was wrong to pinpoint profit as the motivation for exploiting the attacks. It was profit and control. Control both in the US, and abroad.

He still advocates stoning as a fair punishment for adulterers, so I'd be very careful when agreeing with him.
