I'd still like it if "forum list" would show the number of flags as well, but who the hell am I to complain anyway?

Since the forum list shows new topics, flags and replies are low at that point... that's the reason we added the flagged-thread view.

ooo i like clicking on a thread in MY ATS and it takes me directly to the last post instead of the op.

The revised MyATS is an improvement over yesterday. I didn't mention it but I thought about it; you put some lines between the favorites forums which helps speed up scanning. Subscribed threads is saner with things in columns. Thank you.

When using the "forum list" arrangement of My ATS the last thread listed in one forum overlaps the title of the next forum -- words on top of words. An issue with font size? (Using Slimbrowser)

How can I add more forum to the "My Favorite Forums" of the My ATS page?

On a different note, I am not seeing overlapped words like others have mentioned...

eta: I figured it out--how to add favorites--nevermind.

Yeah I suppose you're right.

I do like the "4 pages in one" idea, 4 different views that you can toggle between.

Thanks captain

Agreed. This new style is a vast improvement over yesterday's version.
IMHO

For me it automatically goes to the last post in the thread when I click on it.
Plus having four different ways now to display the My ATS forums is a pretty nice addition.

Yes that appears to be the case regarding the last post, thanks.
Agreed its nice having different viewing options, I just really preferred the old style cuz it crammed more in less space and I'm lazy.

Skeptic, I can't imagine why you can't completely satisfy 174,000+ members!

Seriously, thanks to everyone at ATS for all the hard work to try to make this site better for everyone.

There is a compatibility page icon next to the refresh button in ie8 which I had forgotten about, I clicked it and it solved my problem on MyATS page, overlapping is gone and the page displays properly for the first time, looks great. Hope this will help others..

I have a problem, when I use the "recent posts" button I get a message stating:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')) AND (l.last_time > 1284440559 AND l.fid=f.fid) ORDER BY l.last_time DES' at line 2

ETA:
Issue is resolved, thank you!

There are too many changes too quickly. People need time to adjust.

I remember the old one, the one two versions before the black background. It worked fine for me, much better than now. I say you need to focus on utility and compatibility.

Not knowing if it's just me experiencing this or not, I thought I'd mention it.

For the last several hours my "conspiracy discussions" and "off topic discussions" tabs have been bringing up identical menus.

The threads that used to be called "BTS" are gone, from my perspective. I've cleared cookies, and my entire broser history and rebooted. I am experiencing this with both IE 8 and Firefox 3.6.9.

Anyone else having this issue? I can only see the very bottom of the account, password, email, etc. links. Is this on my end?

Are you using FireFox? If so, it looks like you're stuck on one or two levels of "zoom in" (view --> zoom --> zoom out).

Yep...I'm being lazy...I didn't read the whole thread so not sure if this has been said or not.

I love the new design...the ATS/BTS tabs are awesome. So first I just wanted to say good job on all of it.

There is one little thing that I miss. On the "Post a Reply/Comment" page when replying to the thread...there used to be a link to the original thread. The title of the thread is still there...but there is no link with it. Like right now...under "Post A Reply/Comment"...there is the name of this thread, "ATS 2010 Updates Thread - (UPDATED Sept. 14)". This used to be a link to the thread...and it is no longer a link.

I would use this all the time when replying to a thread. I would hastily hit "reply" and start my response and then want to go re-read something or go grab a quote. So it would be very easy for me to click the link and open it in a new tab or window. Now I can still do this...just takes more time by opening a new blank tab...going to ATS..finding the thread...etc.

It's not a huge deal...just something that I have noticed...but again...great job on the new site design.

Every time I come to ats, they forum layout seems to have changed for me.

For example, when I go to 'my ats' , I see a list of threads I participated in, but I can only click the link or delete the topic from the list, there is no more option to jump to the last post.

My favorite boards are now one long lists with overlaping titles that hardly gives me an overview. (no frames?)

(sorry if this was all posted before, couldn't find the answers to my questions )

second, I made a post in one of my own threads 'GypsK ats avatars'. it posts in the 'member art' section, but it doesn't show in the Off topic recent posts.
Are the topics that are in the 'entertainment' board excluded from the recent posts list?

The links should be taking you to the last post automatically.

That should be fixed now.

I currently see it as the second thread in the Off-Topic section.

There will be an option to view an entire thread within a window on the post/reply form page... that part just isn't ready for prime-time yet. And since the new-reply/new-thread code was such a significant improvement over the previous version, it was important to switch that over sooner.

Patience... it wall all fall into place before the month is over.
