I thought it was hilarious. Just like the thought of this looking like a building is hilarious. Get real people. There are more important things in the world going on. Do you really sit around all day looking at picture of Mars and the Moon trying to look for structures?

Was this necessary? Can't you post without trying to be sarcastic or funny.

Pointing out that you can see MANY patterns is a problem?

The human mind wants to see patterns, be it some building or a puppy.

If the OP had posted the pics WITHOUT his interpretative additions, no one on here would have seen what he saw. However, NOW he will get many, many people saying they see it too. Imagine that.

I too once spent hours searching for the truth. Those hours became days, and days to months. The truth seemed to evade me nonetheless. Then, one morning I awoke at my desk to see my family running through falling leaves in the back yard. I discovered then that I, in fact, was evading truth.

Too True. Matrixing is a very dangerous, and often exhausting "gift" to many. I wonder what it says about me that I never see the "happy" images people say they see in clouds or whatever, lol I have a friend of mine who swears that pictures of "empty" space contain space humans. . .and that they dance on the rings of Saturn. After he draws what he sees, I can then see the "faces". I never know how to respond to him.

Do you sit around all day finding people to criticize for what they deem something of interest?

I think it's an interesting pic why is that so hard for you to understand? I don't judge you, why do you judge me.

If I choose to spend my ENTIRE day looking at Mars pics then that is my business. I will tell you I am very productive and very well aware of what is going on in this world. I dont watch tv, I read and looking into things I find of interest so I can make my own opinions on this world.......and others such as Mars..

I feel sorry that you don't have something you are passionate about so that maybe you could understand those of us who do enjoy things like this..

Also btw I really enjoy looking at pictures of Mars and the Moon AND Earth for anomalies. Google Earth/Moon/Mars is awesome and I learn something from it whether it's a history lesson or a lesson on how pixels change depending on such and such factor so to me spending an hour or 5 hours looking at pics is always educational in one way or another to me.

It's a blurry image of some rock. It's like watching clouds and seeing bears, ducks, goats..whatever your imagination tells you.

Look at the images as masks in a 3d app

Original Image

Insert into 3D app

3D mesh

Render1

render2

Only the first link works, and without height data I don't see how anyone can make a 3D model from a 2D image.

hmm blind
that's ok i sympathise.....

Once you start insulting people who don't agree with you, you loose all credibility.

You need to forget you have the ability to enlarge images. The algorithms add pixels that don't exist through interpolation. It creates smooth lines where none exist or depending on the method chosen can also add sections in indistinct areas that look blocky when they are not.

What you have in the original image is all there is. Everything else is interpolated.

For an example of how those methods can be wrongly used to trick yourself or others, see marsanomalyresearch.com, a horrible site.

I see nothing there that could not be a normal geologic structure. Nothing unusual at all in fact. You are simply pointing out a ridge with wind and gravity erosion, exposing some rock faces.

there is no part of these pics that looks like artificial structure.

and those ridiculous lines you drew on them doesnt help

you drawing lines on those stupid pics and calling it a structure is like me drawing lines on a kuala bear and calling is a cucumber

Without wanting to poop on your thread, I'm sorry to say I can't make out anything except blurry rocks and craters.

There are some very believable images of the Moon out there that do indeed look like structures, and the Mars images are nothing short of amazing.

But I'm afraid this one is too much of a stretch, it's just Moon.

I have a feeling in my gut that my next bowel movement will be more impressive than these pictures, and if you looked close enough you would probably find shapes that looked like structures as well.

The next person that tries to discredit someone using ridiculous psychobabble like that will be the first on my ignore list.

Just a question dbloch7986.

Are you going to put me on ignore for posting this?

Apophenia

Apophenia is the experience of seeing meaningful patterns or connections in random or meaningless data.

Thanks in advance

Good day Havick007,

Can you please provide corroborating evidence on why you "believe" with your "gut" these are structures?

Thanks in advance

Speaking of the sorts of things that imagination can run away with...this is a prime example of a person who (I can only assume) actually believes what he posts, in these videos:

This guy even identifies himself, at the end of this next one.

It says, "I am Dave Stacey, former Army ASA Intelligence Veteran"...

. . . Astonishing to see a mind going deep into insanity --- weirdly fascinating, too (unless it is really a big joke he's having on us all??):

( Looks like he has a total of 89 (!!!) videos!
)

I assume they all have a similar intent...something about "god's" guidance??

This is the challenge with trying to interpret that which you don't understand, and do not have sufficient visual resolution to see clearly, and in context.
~~~~~
Should note, second video....not sure why he thinks he's actually seeing one of the Mars Rovers there...the only cameras are on-board the machines....and the two, Spirit and Opportunity, are not anywhere near each other...so, there is no camera to take that image.
Has to be taken a photo of a Rover prototype/test machine, here on Earth.
But, didn't need to vouch for his credibility, huh?
ok lets think logicly. you found one building, if its a building, and by all means i really hope it is but why would aliens or past humans only build one building and not like a town? were is the town and the rest of the buildings why just one in the middle of no where ?
Posible storms covered them up????
If Mars was inhabited and they did build cities over the millions of years wind and sand erosion would have destroyed them. Just look at Stonehenge and the great pyramid and the damage that has been done to them over a few thousand years.
OP do you have any other pics from Mars?
Serbsta was merely highlighting that you make any shape you like. The OP a building, serbsta a cartoon character. The pictures are not detailed enough to make out anything.
We are in ink blot territory.
I would love to see a building but the posted picture is not evidence of such.
Havick007,
I'm curious to know what your gut tells you about these photos.
The first photo is of Basalt, and it naturally occurs on earth.
The second photo is of Bismuth, and it is also occurs naturally on earth.
Hypothetically, If I didn't know what I was looking at, and was presented with the OP photos, and the two I just provided, and was asked "in which images can you see artificial structures?", I would most definitely answer with the two photos I provided.
Let me reiterate, that was my opinion and it is hypothetical.
I'm looking forward to hearing from your gut
