Hi All,

I have posted this previously but after months of bidding my time i know this has to be reposted and resubmited!

For anyone that has not seen the pictures i will repost below, this area is on the rim of Endeavour Crater and coincentally or perhaps not one of the next main stops for the Spirit Rover

Towards the end of my last thread relating to this topic, someone posted supposed Hirise pics of that area which after hours of searching for i could not find before that post and since then Google Earth has not updated the Hirise pics for that area and a quick search for Endeavour Crater on the Hirise site will result in 900+ pages of junk that do not relate to Endeavour Crater!!

I truly believe this is a structure and amazingly vivid. Enjoy the pics and all raw image links will be posted at the end of this post.

It does look like a building.

Maybe it's just an optical illusion though.

But I have do admit, with the shadows that way, I can't help but see a huge building right there.

Very good work there. You have good eyes.

Thank you for sharing your discovery of a very bizarre looking anomaly. I am sure others will come in 'debunking' it, but as these things go, there is no way to know for sure without tons of more data to look at.

Stuff like this makes me want to go to Mars and explore it just to find out what these things are myself.

From the moment i saw it stood out to, just jumped off the page and then with further image enhancment, inverting etc it got even better. I have seen and posted alot of Mars related pictures over the past year or 2 but this one has stuck with me and always remained in the back of my mind. What also stands out apart from the normal shadows is the huge shadow the entire structure cast's to the left on the hill or slope, whichever it is.

It would have been to be one hell of an optical illusion, so many different characterisitcs that make a building/structure are coming together in one picture and one place.

Ironically after 6 months i am yet to have a responce from Nasa or JPL in regard to this picture.
I guess they do ignore such pictures and attachments but they i asked was more along a scientific line than asking whether it was a structure, but yet no responce to date

Dunno dude... I still think its a puppy.

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/d7a1de4136d8.png[/atsimg]

eta; in my opinion they are most likely just rock formations.
eta 2; I keep looking at the 7th picture you've got listed, towards the right the formation appears as a straight line... interesting.

I love pics from Mars

It is interesting but I'm not sure what to think of it. Parts of it do look like it could be some building. I have always felt Mars had a civilization at one point and I also have a feeling it still does to an extent.

Thanks for the pics. I will look closer at them when I have some time.

Was this necessary? Can't you post without trying to be sarcastic or funny.

OP do you have any other pics from Mars?

Well since we are talking about gut feelings. I am convinced without any shadow of doubt in my whole body that Mars has already been colonised. I have no physical tangible proof but I am that convinced I would bet my life on it!

Whilst we sit here daily debating photographs whether or not there are buildings on Mars/moon I am convinced that there are people/beings on this planet that know more about these existence and they try so desperately to tell us of these things through Media such as movies and television.

There is light at the end of the tunnel that I am sure of

There's a good chance indeed, ive got some awesome surface pics, from Spirit and the list goes on and on. I also believe there is much much more than meets the eye on Mars, so much more than we are being told.

This might just be something they missed at the ol air brush labs
It may not be a new structure but it's there all the same

I think the post by serbsta was very necessary. It shows that if you look hard enough you can find all sorts of 'formations' in amongst the randomness. Pareidolia

Awww, look, a sad clock...

As for the pictures OP - I don't really see anything spectacular. I saw nothing at all until you drew a few choice lines here and there and even then I struggled to make anything out of it.

yeah i got a few, although i did delete alot because for awhile i gave up on trying to convince or even just share findings. I just posted another about Hale crater, i have more surface pics from Spirit and opportunity but i have to say this has been the best or... most stand out so far.

Paradoila is a crap excuse for people to debunk others findings. It's crap.... oh mount rushmore, paradoila or intelligent formation??? In 1000 years they will be sayng the sphinx is a natural formation ( paradoilia )

DNA natural and random formation of cells?? hmm look into abit more and u will find it's the most advanced thing on this planet so far...more advanced than any RAM, CPU or Hardrive. Yet that is supposed to be some kind of random natural formation of cells..yeah right!!

Hi mblahnikluver

I think serbsta makes a valid point. As humans, we tend to see what we want in images with many anomalous points of reference such as the ones presented in the Op. Our mind can tend to fill in the blanks with imagination. Commonly known as Pareidolia.

Here's some examples:

Bunny?
www.pals.iastate.edu...

Pig?
inlinethumb49.webshots.com...

Woman?
www.pedroamoros.com...

Virgin Mary?
www.ghosteyes.com...

Evil Face?
www.paranormalfieldinvestigators.com...

However, this did have some usefulness with fight or flight when we were hunters and gatherers. For instance, it helped us tell the difference between a man eating wild cat and a fellow human (friend or foe) in poor visibility situations.

We are pattern recognition machines amongst many other things and we tend to be predisposed to making sense from chaos.

I didnt see what i wanted, i have looked at Mars images for literally almost 100 hours, yes some may say a waste of time, but i dont see structures and false images everyday, as soon as i saw this paricular image it stood out as clear as day.

When you have spent the hours going over 100's of images from Mars then you tell i am seeing what i want to see, i am not, i am seeing what is there and right in front of me!
