I think the guys dead, ive thought it for quite a few hours to be honest.

Not sure if he was shot by police or suicide but I doubt it was suicide considering he is annoyed at the police in the first place.

If hes not dead, theres something far more wrong given the amount of police presence etc.

They showed a photo of him an hour ago, so I doubt it. Plus eyewitnesses can see him from their houses, apparently.

Well the story ive heard is that the cop who was responsible for him being put in jail prior to this happening, ran off with his wife shortly before he got out of prison. As usual though, the media states things then changes it and chops it etc.

Sounds like the movie Rambo a bit.

There was a call into a new station earlier where a member of the public stated in a phone call that the shotgun situation had being going on from 6pm tonight and the media is reporting past events, he got quickly cut off. Was on Sky news I think.

If they are reporting past events, he is likely to be dead. Maybe theres someone from the area??

and what percentage of those officers are from the armed units? I would dare say a lot higher, therefore leaving a weakness elsewhere.

To be fair they showed a pic of someone lying on the grass, you couldn't see their head or verify in any way, who was in that pic.

Not saying I think he's dead already ( I have no idea) but I don't think we can rule it out on the basis of a photo of someone's body on the grass..

What about the witnesses who can see him from their houses? I mean, he is lit up by flood lights - there is no way he is dead. They wouldn't be able to hide that this long.

Yeah fair enough, As I said... I'm not saying he is dead... just listening to all the possibilities really.


I wish we knew or could see more, It's annoying to have to listen to Sky/BBC news because I don't know what they're holding back and what they're pushing.


Also I guess we don't know that the eyewitnesses are actually eyewitnesses... but that's just the ATS in me coming out.
If they can rig phone-in competitions on the BBC and so on.... I'm sure they can get a few staff to phone in and blog about this
