Lol jazz, i have an open mind thats all. Probably not as open as yours when it comes to conspiracies, but i have my moments.

LiveForever08 could be right, the guy could have just got bored and made the mistake of turning the camera off for a bit. I even went to water the garden in between posting on here because i thought it was going to last all night...came back in to hear them shouting.

Then again, if i was what seems to be one of the only people close enough to get decent footage of the events, i would have left the camera running.

There are or were massive discrepicies in the story from the start. News coverage mainly uninterupted, his face plastered all over the news and other media.
Did he know what was going on while he was evading the law? I dont think so, do i think that this is a massive cover up? YES!

Just watched sky news headlines (well sky news is all headlines really) but they said that the tazer used may have been the x-rep, that is the wireless one that is fired from a shot gun.

They are under trial in the UK, not fully approved.

Are there any pics of the shotgun Tazer at the negotiation?

All the pics i've seen from there are of a pistol Tazer.

Not that I have seen, but the x-rep is a shot gun round, Taser do provide a big yellow shot gun but you could just as easily use a standard shot gun.

No pic's yet tho, but it seems to be the case that the x-rep was used, considering how big this thing is they would not allow bad reporting I don't think.

Okay, I shall utilise this extra post - now they say 'both' tasers that were shot were x-rep's. That's both as in 2.

Yeah sounds like a case of another person asking for help from mental health professionals and not receiving it. Only when a violent act is committed are you taken seriously.
For men it is particularly uncommon for them to open up about mental health issues, and they find it more difficult. For a man like this to say what he did, is only masking the true depth of the problem. He sounds quite calm but he is hiding how bad the inner turmoil has got IMO.

The Sun today carrying an article about the use of shotgun tasers apparently after analysis the multiple shot sounds we weren't sure of could have been the shotgun taser being discharged.



As you can hear in this video the shotgun taser could easily have been mistaken for gunfire, and due to the little time delay between the various shots from both tasers and Moat himself it will be difficult to distinguish between them. So earlier in the thread when it was mentioned reporters stated multiple shots fired, it was clearly the sound of these XREPs coupled with Moat's own weapon.

Another article stating they didn't have home office approval to use these weapons.

The two police officers who fired at Raoul Moat with stun guns were using weapons that they had received little or no training for and which had not been approved by the Home Office.

For comparison with the sound in the video I posted showing the shotgun taser, here is one with the Heckler and Koch MP5 which the armed response units in the UK are issued with.





I don't know about you guys but the single shot and the 3 shot burst of the MP5 sounds awful similar to the XREP in the heat of the moment I wouldn't be able to distinguish between the two, and certainly not on an audio recording.

when Thomas Hamilton the mason killed loads of kids police hushed up he was one of their masons who they kicked out and that's why he killed their kids and others, when that taxi driver killed loads of people in England police stated in public they wanna know why he did what he did (cause that one was nothing to do with them for a change), and now with this guy they are saying a police officer didn't go get his girlfriend. This case is one of them wind up cases police do but it got out hand so now they are saying no we didn't wind him up, take his girlfriend and all the other dodgy stuff they do on the street. They've done many windups to me, threats, women gone for, trying to send stress levels to unbearable levels,and loads of other stuff all because they suspected me of murder but had no evidence cause i was innocent. Im a psychic and told them a police officer did it, so they suspected me then 10 years after all the grief they sent my way they caught the guy, a territorial army guy stationed next door to the police station. They didn't even have the expertise to check the army building next door to the police station where everyone is a trained killer.
there will be lots more of this going on, where police are winding suspects and crims up, its their way of proving who is in control, but they are not in control because it sometimes goes out of control.

It has just been reported that a second post morten will be carried out tomorrow.

The family are saying that the injuries Raoul Moat sustained are not those of a close shotgun wound. Sky has just been saying that sometimes in these cases, the mortuary staff "tidy up" the body so the relatives can see it, i mean lets face it, a shotgun to the face is not going to be nice for the family to see.

A second post mortem is to carried out on the body of gunman Raoul Moat, according to Sky News sources.

His family asked for another investigation, claiming his injuries were not consistent with the kind of wounds a shotgun would make.

Also, there is still no news of any report of tazer marks on the body, thats strange, i'd imagine that the X-RREP would leave bruising as well as barb marks due to the force of the thing?
