Thats the fastest bird i've ever seen!
Generally birds follow the facetious advice often given to pilots -- "fly low and slow." Most cruise speeds are in the 20-to-30-mph range, with an eider duck having the fastest accurately clocked air speed of about 47 mph. During a chase, however, speeds increase; ducks, for example, can fly 60 mph or even faster, and it has been reported that a Peregrine Falcon can stoop at speeds of 200 mph (100 mph may be nearer the norm). Interestingly, there is little relationship between the size of a bird and how fast it flies. Both hummingbirds and geese can reach roughly the same maximum speeds.

LOL. How many birds do you know can fly 900 mph and veer to the left?

You being a mod does not automatically make you correct, you couldn't even post some screencaps to prove your point... Now, I agree this isn't some kind of flying saucer but just stating that, "It's a bird. I am a mod so I'm right." doesn't make it so and only harms your credibility.
I vote for insect flying fairly close to the lens, with the distortions due to it being out of focus combined a slow shutter speed. Pretty much like the whole "Rods" thing.

You evidently didn't watch the entire video where the expert calculates that the object is 30ft long, 18ft high in the centre and travelling between 9000-16,000mph.
I don't think he is correct, but you should as a all-knowing moderator at least watch the entire video before dismissing people's arguments.

The speed was 9000-16,000 MPH. A lot faster. And the Marshall Space Flight Center said that... not some Joe on the street.
