Its well past my bedtime now so im off.

Sub 2 now says Bottom Clean up and is carrying a rod or something off somewhere that cant be seen cause its too dark and dusty. And award for the most useless update goes to ... me! lol

Boa deep c rov 1...the BOP is swaying way over and the bots are trying to get it right....It leaned far to the left, then swung to the right....leaving for work now....Goodnight all.

They just picked up the BOP and are holding it with cables....it almost fell over...I'm going to be late for work....I don't know if they are holding it up or about to move it.....it fell over sideways almost to the point of tipping over and they pulled it back up.

Everything is still in one piece...at least from what I see. BOP still there.

Looks like an oil blob storm on the Q4000 ROV 1. Though hard to tell if its oil or sediment or what.

They haven't moved it, they just had to pick it up and they were pulling it upright with cables....at one point if swayed so far to the left, it's a miracl it didn't fall....ROVs are putting more straps and cables on ....Gotta run (at work) Goodnight Dragon

so, is there not agreement that the BOP fell over earlier today?

No time to get a video and upload it. So I got a screen shot of some green stuff, (unless that is the color filter), leaking on Ocean Intervention ROV 2 just minutes ago. It also looks hazy, as if gas is leaking. Ever look at a road in the distance on a hot day and see the waves of heat rise off them? That's what it looks like.

Here is amother of the videos I have. Had to leave for a bit now I am back and will start getting some more vids up.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Do you remember a while back when in one of the feeds you could see what looked like someone opening a door in one of the feeds. If so that is something like that. I don't know it kind of surprised me when I was looking at te feed. It was something that just didn't didn't belong. It was probably nothing just weird.

Trying to catch up, I missed all the
action the past few days...so are they still fishing or
trying to pull that pipe out? Kinda bizarre but if they claim there is a cement plug in the bottom coming up so far, I would be concerned about removing that pipe as it may be affixed & they will "Pull the Plug" so to speak...but I don't think the cement ever had a chance to cure in the 1st place...

Just for some chat and interesting news, that just totally went unnoticed, hundreds of thousands of dead fish wash up on New Jersey shore. The official story is that it was a "lost catch" and the fish were already dead because of a "stressful netting" process. I only mention this because though it may not be related to the Gulf spill, it would almost make you wonder...where did all the oil go? Now we know. The most interesting part about this story is that the birds won't eat them. And the description is right. Seagulls would eat just about anything, including free fish.

Oh wow....that is so sad.Fish kills happen naturally sometimes...but there are so MANY! My gut tells me this one isn't natural. Yesterday I saw quite a few dead fish floating by on the cams.

Lots of weird cloudiness on Skandi 2...Not sure what though. They are way p so not propeller wash.
