Effectively we are voting for a person because if the policies don't get through senate then they won't happen. Whichever party gets in, it's who has the power in the senate that matters. Promises at election time mean nothing...it's all just party game playing. I'd like to believe we vote the the one who seems the most honest and capable...i said SEEMS. They are, after all, political puppets.

Haha, very nicely done Lord Monckton. Now he is the kind of guy we should be listening to! Something tells me he cares little about fame and fortune. He does talk quite a bit, but he knows what's going on and is not afraid to stand by his views and challenge those he disagrees with.
