The people on you tube with all their clouds calling them UFO's, vortexes, wormholes,

were all driving me up the wall. I had to make that video!

Read my lips: "The bottom video looks like a drop of water on the lens imo"

I did not say 'it is' a drop of water, I said it "looks like" and it also looks

like a ring thrown in the air as well!

Took the pics about 8.15pm. I was willing the sun to go down faster because I wanted a nice red/shadowy shot like the one you posted, but the clouds were thinning and moving away. They're bright because I took them from the window and the sun was hitting the glass, (and they need a wash)
Ideally we should have got in the car and followed them, lol. I like clouds.

It actually took a while to determine the cause of this, I think there's another thread on ATS about it but I could only find this one, it's pretty good too:

Hole Punch Clouds and their possible source

Edit Add:

There really are vortex rings, but I'm not sure if the video you posted or the one in response to yours are real vortex rings or not, they look fake to me. But you can find real vortex ring photographs here:

www.caelestia.be...

This is one of my favorites from that collection because it looks to me pretty much like the way the Chicago Ohare UFO was described and it was also caused by burning fuel and there's obviously a lot of burning fuel at an airport:

I enjoyed that video too, nicely done. However, either I misunderstood it, or I think you misidentified the source of those hole punch clouds I saw some tropical storm style images in your explanation that didn't really match the hole in the cloud photos because the former showed rotational motion and the latter didn't.

There can be multiple causes for "cloud hole punches" but I don't think the explanation you show suits the images your video presents. Check out this thread:

Hole Punch Clouds and their possible source

I read elsewhere the airplane cause for many of them has been confirmed and isn't as speculative as that thread suggests, but I didn't bookmark it.

I was referring only to the clouds formations.

The foundation of a hole punch cloud is traditionally a mid- or high-altitude cloud type such as cirrus or cirro-stratus. Such clouds generally form above 20,000 feet or so in the atmosphere. The National Weather Service has explained that such clouds are frequently composed of both ice crystals and super-cooled water droplets – water that is below the freezing temperature but still exists in liquid form. When such a delicate balance occurs, only a slight disruption of this delicate balance may lead to a striking result.

Little old cloud maker and ring maker saucers are inside.
Try the Rex Heflin video on YouTube.
The ring is signature location print.

Actually the cloud formation photo is a lot better than those photos
that had nothing there when I took the photo excuse.
Are they agents or what.

Looking to take cloud photos, try infa red and see the saucer inside.

ED: Behind every UFO cloud there lurks the UFO connection.
As they have named it so it shall be.

Check out the closeups of the flat 'saucer' stone and it looks
like a harmonica.

A levitating stone that was not there in the photo before
or just a bunch of Illuminati saucer agents doing there job
documenting we were there to supply the flux capacitor and
a bottle of water to hydrate those inside the spark chamber,
you don't want that job.

ED: How about those disk pitch pipes.

I got a bit antsy when they couldn't get that darn pic so I skipped along until

I found Springer ante the report from The Ritz! Very interesting! See ya just

Btw MMN, I want this vortex verified. It's far to complicated for me and more

importantly, should Hogwarts have their very own vortex leaving us muggles

out of everything? These are important questions you know.

Jeff Rittzman explanation as posted by Springer
Thanks for posting, this is an interesting example.

Actually Ritzmann said it was a raindrop, he didn't say where the raindrop was, I am not sure it was on the window because the raindrop in the original photo on the window in the upper left looks quite different:

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/ddfe7236672f.jpg[/atsimg]

So I was wondering if maybe it was on the lens?

Actually I'm not sure it's a raindrop at all, but it probably is something on the lens, it could be water or something else.

That Ritzmann explanation link has an extra space, if you delete the extra space it works fine!

You mean hole punch clouds?

Formed when virga from cirrus falls through a lower layer of altocumulus or cirrostratus.

Not even aliens are dumb enough to make a cloaked UFO that obvious

I found the article saying new research says airplanes can cause them:

Aircraft cause precipitation, hole-punch clouds

"Any time aircraft fly through these specific conditions, they are altering the clouds in a way that can result in enhanced precipitation nearby," says Andrew Heymsfield, a scientist with the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and lead author of a new study into the phenomenon. "Just by flying an airplane through these clouds, you could produce as much precipitation as with seeding materials along the same path in the cloud."

Precipitation from planes may be particularly common in regions such as the Pacific Northwest and western Europe because of the frequent occurrence of cloud layers with supercooled droplets, Heymsfield says.

The study, which addresses longstanding questions about unusual cloud formations known as hole-punch or canal clouds, is being published this month in the Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society. It was funded by the National Science Foundation, NCAR's sponsor. In addition to NCAR, the research team included scientists from Colorado State University and the University of Wyoming, as well as a retired cloud physicist.

Since that photo has what looks like an aircraft trail, I'd have to lean toward the aircraft explanation for that one. That doesn't mean your virga explanation might not explain other hole punch clouds.

KIZZZY…..

Fank ewe MMN

You are always very welcome!

I assume this Ritzmann person is a professional.

Rittzman is a WEAPON!

I didn't read whole thread

You’ve covered it pretty well if you read the opening post, view the photo & then review Rittzman’s report as posted by Springer.

I got a bit antsy

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/9d911484ad26.gif[/atsimg]

when they couldn't get that darn pic so I skipped along until

Which ”darn pic” couldn’t you get?

I found Springer ante the report from The Ritz! Very interesting! See ya just never know!

No, no, no….. :shk:

Springer was not ”ante” the report. Springer was telling people not to be rude to BeautyHairyBeast in view of Rittzman’s conclusion.

Lay off the Harry Potter!

Btw MMN

Yes, KIZZZY…..

I want this vortex verified. It's far to complicated for me and more importantly, should Hogwarts have their very own vortex leaving us muggles out of everything? These are important questions you know.

OK…..OK…..

Now I see what’s going on here…..you’re a Potterite!

I lost the plot with all that some time. Are you telling me they haven’t all been blown up or sucked down into hell yet?

If not the only possible use I can suggest for that vortex is that it could be used to suck all that appalling Potter lot off the screen permanently!!!!!

Go watch a few Arnie movies & sort yourself out!!!!!!

SO....the secret is revealed!!! They aren't alien spaceships, it's "Attack Of The Billy Goats"!!!

That would be funny if it wasn't a true story, well, sort of! What the heck it's funny anyway. But it sounds like what happened to Avianca Airlines jet in 1984:

www.oneplace.com...

In 1984 an Avianca Airlines jet crashed in Spain. Investigators studying the accident made an eerie discovery. The "black box" cockpit recorders revealed that several minutes before impact a shrill, computer-synthesized voice from the plane's automatic warning system told the crew repeatedly in English, "Pull up! Pull up!"

The pilot, evidently thinking the system was malfunctioning, snapped, "Shut up, Gringo!" and switched the system off. Minutes later the plane plowed into the side of a mountain.
Of course if the pilot had seen the goat he might not have said "Shut up, Gringo!"

That's one kind of hole punch cloud you don't want to see!
