I'm the justice vs vengeance guy and TOO BAD !! People are angry about this case. He got away with murder and/or kidnapping and slave trading because his dad covered it up the first time.

Vanderscum is a sub human piece of garbage. IT has been involved in the death of 2 people, extortion, kidnapping, slave trading, etc...

Natalie didn't receive justice, why should he ?

Dutch media reports that he was assaulted while transfered from one car to another. He gets a smack on the head from a bystander.


I think that he won't last long in jail, especially because he killed a woman, that she is the daughter of someone famous just worsens it.
I've been in jail myself both in the Netherlands and Germany. Compared with the Peruvian jails I saw on the news yesterday, the jails I've been in were Hotels.

This video is so important. Notice that he is smiling when he goes to the desk to get the key. He gets the key and she follows along behind him. He is in white shirt when he enters the room and the cameras show two people entering the room. Later, he leaves the room, in a multicolored shirt, wonder what became of the white shirt, and he does not bother to go near the desk to say good bye or how do you do, and is carrying bags, and does not return the key.

This is a most fascinating piece of video to see. He cannot escape the camera at all.

I wonder what he will have to say to officials when confronted with this.

It is shocking to read that she may have been killed with his bare hands. His hands should show some evidence of that.

I did read another post earlier that said that in Peru there is no death penalty, but a life sentence. A life sentence in Peru IS a death sentence...from all that I have ever heard about it.

Remember the American woman who had been held years ago while her family was fighting to save her.

Joran is said to want his own personal lawyer to handle his case. With these videos, he will have a very difficult time finding an attorney who will want to do anything but see to it that he gets justice for his actions.

Time will tell...what is justice for Joran Van der Sloot anyway?

I feel so sorry for Stephany,,,what a sick horrible crime...

well from what Ive been reading,,,,sounds as though vanderscum made a request to the hotel staff not to bother his"his girl" and the tv was left on loud,,,as well as he still had paid for 4 more days there at the hotel,,,as well as an argument coming from the room,,,also,,increased security watching him on a suspicious suicide attempy,,,

Im still waiting for a officail source on this...but its not looking good for him...

They are supposingly to officially charge him today,,,

Im sure we will be gettng more facts or official reports very soon here,,,

According to a leaked police report, Van der Sloot has confessed the killing of Flores. It is said that she looked through his notebook while he was away buying coffee. She then read something about the Holloway case when he caught her upon his arrival back at the hotel. At that point, he couldn't control his temper and broke her neck.

First they said she was stabbed to death, then she was beaten on her head after which she died and now he apparently broke her neck, I guess we'll have to wait for an official statement to find out the truth.

The Dutch press reported that he went to a psychologists, back in Aruba, as he was regularly beating up his younger brother while he always had problems controlling his temper.

Beth Holloway recently gave a speech at my school in the beginning of May. I really wanted to ask her if she thought Joran had something to do with Natalee's disappearance, but I figured it would be in bad taste. I talked personally to her after the speech, she was a really nice woman. It's so sad about her daughter.

Dutchman Joran van der Sloot, long the prime suspect in U.S. teen Natalee Holloway's 2005 disappearance in Aruba, has confessed to killing a young woman in his Lima hotel room last week, a police spokesman said.

Police Col. Abel Gamarra, head of the Information Directorate of Police, told The Associated Press late Monday that Van der Sloot admitted under questioning by police that he killed 21-year-old Stephany Flores.

Gamarra said the case will be turned over to prosecutors who will present formal charges against Van der Sloot. The National Prison Institute will determine which prison he will be held in while awaiting trial.

Police planned to take Van der Sloot to the hotel on Tuesday to participate in a reconstruction of the events leading to Flores' slaying, Gamarra said.

Gamarra did not provide further details about the confession.

A Peruvian television station, Channel 4, said it had obtained details about Van der Sloot's confession in which he reportedly told police that he killed Flores because he got angry when he found out that she had looked up information about his past on his laptop.

Flores, a university student studying business administration, was found beaten to death in the hotel room where the Dutchman had stayed while participating in a poker tournament. Flores is thought to have met Van der Sloot at the casino.

That's insane! I wonder if she knew who he was before she went in the hotel room with him. I also wonder why he didn't get arrested during the Holloway case. I don't think Beth Twitty would kill another young girl just to frame him, or hire anyone to do so.

He is a spoiled kid doing all kinds of drugs and convinced he was the king of the world. I see this over and over again, not to this extend but similar behavior.
He's one of the many coke addicts who've lost their sanity.

While he might or might not have done it... there are way too many false reports which make you wonder what's going on.

First Joran phones a poker buddy to tell him he stabbed her to death(confession 1), which was then confirmed to be the method of murder. Then he killed her with a baseball bat, which they claimed he brough to the poker tournament. Then he killed her with a tennis racket, which they claimed to have found in his room. And now Joran admits to breaking her neck.

Is the Peruvian media just claiming any wild story or is the Peruvian police just full of stories? Because how can you go from stabbing to murder by baseball bat to murder by tennis racket to breaking her neck.

These reports just make you doubt the competence of both media and police. And there are other things reported that pretty much contradict eachother.

I might have to go back to the start of the entire story and make a log of everything and see what's what.

Joran did the same in the Holloway case.
He gave several different "confessions" to eliminate his credibility.
That's how he managed to clear himself for the confession hem made in front of the hidden cameras. Remember, his father was a judge.

Yes, I gave that as a possibilty when he phoned a poker buddy. Just not sure on what page of this topic you could find it.

But how do you explain the baseball bat and then tennis racket? And her father also said that based on the autopsy she was stabbed ect. You see what I mean??? There are too many stories, which removes credibility of quite a lot of people.

2. Then they claim she was hit over the head, and claimed he used a baseball bat which he brough with him to the poker tournament.
3. Then suddenly they claim they found the murder weapon, in the room!, which was a tennis racket.
4. And now Joran confessed to breaking her neck.

There are 4 different stories here! I want to know why there are 4 different stories. I'm looking at the facts at hand... I don't really give a **** about Joran. Just the discussion.

A discussion shouldn't be a place to vent your anger about the world and certain people, it should be a place where people look at different points of views/arguments and the facts and discuss these.

You don't think it's weird how there are 4 different stories now? And you don't wonder how these came about?

Plus there are also stories about the person(which changed from an Albanian to an American) who phoned the hotel to check Joran's room(after he left), about how an argument being heard and even creepier how hotel security kept a close eye on Joran during his visit because they thought it was possible he would commit suicide.

The only thing I want... are facts... which seem to be changing every 24 hours. And if they keep changing... I will comment on this happening. That's not me defending Joran or trying to free him. That's me looking for the truth!

If you look at what's been there.. if hotel security were paying a close eye on Joran, why would they have missed this argument which could have been heard? Why would somebody call the hotel to check his room after Joran left it.

Plus somebody else said that Joran requested the room be left alone since it was paid for for another 4 days. In the video they showed he just left without speaking to anyone.

But with most people here... they don't seem to care about the truth, they just want Joran to be punished. Isn't this a conspiracy forum? Or am I missing something? Because so far nobody really has debated some of the facts with me, they just stated I would stand up for most killer and peadophiles(which is pretty low and twisted, and proves the caliber of some of the people).

Now what could have this poor girl saw on his laptop that would have made him MURDER her ??????

Stephany, 21, was found on May 30 in his room in pool of blood. She had been stabbed and severely beaten with a baseball bat found in the hotel room.

This is obviously a rage killing.

Van der Sloot reportedly told police “I did not want to do it… The girl saw private things. She had no right. I approached her and she was scared.”

He continued, “We discussed it and she tried to escape, and I took her neck and hit her.”

She saw private things???? so private it cost her....her life???
And notice how he doesn't call her by name but, "the girl".
And as he approached her, she was scared. So what would she have seen on his laptop that had her scared?

Then of course there is this

The Dutchman has been charged with extortion in the U.S. after allegedly contacting one of Natalee's family members claiming he could provide information regarding her whereabouts for a large some of money.

Obviously this guy is just nuts.
