Reports: Israeli ships attack aid flotilla

youtube is censoring, on the front page is a video with comments disabled of the attack with only 7,000 views. Russia News had more views on their videos. And since the comments are disabled the conversation is stifled. Only reason to do that is you are afraid of criticism.

well, so how come no one open threads with 1000's of posts for these cases?
Israel has done a mistake killing 9 people. the same number of muslims kiile by their own people in Iraq everyday for the last few years. But only for Israel you find so much hatred

Supposed weapons found on the Mavi Marmara ship. Firecrackers, slingshots. Who are they transporting in? Bart Simpson and Dennis the Menace? They also show tools, which can be used as weapons, but can also be used as tools for humanitarian issues. Their sticks could very well be stakes for a garden. No guns though, so these weapon charges are lame.

No one is siding with those Muslim to Muslim killers. The only difference is that those Muslims accept responsibility (however pathological it is) and don't deny what they are doing. While Israel denies and pretends it has done nothing wrong. There is absolutely no difference between what Israel is doing from what Taliban, or Hamas and others do.

They are all gangsters, the same kind as those Mexican drug "cartels" and they fight each other for their "turf" and there is nothing nice, noble or humane about it.

And the REASON this is the 'Israeli Ships Attack Aid Flotilla' thread ---- is BECAUSE Israel attacked an Aid Flotilla and MURDERED 20 or more civilians ... some of whom were asleep when they were shot and killed by heavily armed Israeli troops who descended from helicopters whilst at the same time, israeli war ships attacked from the sea

You may not be aware of it, but the entire world is condeming israel for its actions

and the entire world is demanding to know what exactly israel is doing to the civilians ... a Nobel Prize laureate and several elderly people amongst them ... who israel, with NO authority whatsoever, kidnapped and removed from their vessel in international waters

Let's try to understand your tactics (Megaphoners):

1) Flat-out deny the event was Israeli's fault; CHECK;
2) Suport video (heavlly editted) footage released by the IDF; CHECK;
3) Spread the word that there were terrorists aboard the ships, even though they were fully inspected before departure; CHECK;

If all the above fails:
1) Try to appear more neutral, in order to not be so obvious; CHECK;
2) Sway the importance of the topic to other events that happened in the world to try to deflect attention; CHECK;
3) Create double accounts on forums to increase the numbers of 'supporters' of Israeli's governament action; CHECK;
4) Support whatever BS the Israeli governament comes out in the coming days; CHECK?

Have I missed something?

In my opinion, if they used firearms then they would not have achieved the desired international condemnation they sought.

The fact that they used all manner of 'utility' weapons is a significant factor, you can incite an armed force to shoot at you by using such weapons in a brutal fashion, though as soon as they shoot, they become the 'demons'.

Though it is hard to explain why they carried gas masks is it not?

Am I the only one who noticed that his confused (non)reaction to this Israeli massacre is very much like Bush's reaction, when they informed him (by whispering to his ear) about the WTC attack.

That is why the taxpayers of the U.S. should realize that supporting the state of Israel means having the same blood on their hands. That psychological warfare, that morality of subconscious holy war, needs to end.

There are other ways to confess that you are losing an argument.

people always carry gas masks of fear of tear gas attacks on them,
didnt know it was a crime to wear a gas mask in anticipation of a tear gas attack.

The German members of parliament who joined to the flotilla are back to Germany and they are talking about a "war crime". According to the member of parliament, they could go back only because they are in parliament. It is said that around 360 people are in prison and the death toll is more than told.

I can assure you, Turkey will punish this time. I am very far from any nationalistic ideas but the Turks are really pissed off this time and they are not afraid for any confrontation. In fact, last years they revived the idea of New Ottoman Empire (which i dislike) and they will not hesitate to unite middle east under their imperialistic ideas.

Erdogan says "Massacre" and "Punishment", and those who were present felt like "being in war", which is true, since Israel attacked Turkish ship in international waters and murdered and kidnapped its passengers.

Lets not have any illusions about that fact.

All the talk is now worthless. Israel screwed big this time.

I believe that we are all entitled to an opinion, you are, as I am.

It is when people lose their patience or their argument that we usually see this kind of aggression and it is counter-productive on these boards.

So we shall agree to disagree if you cannot debate in a civil manner as I will not resort to such hostility or excessive use of capitals.
