Your ears do indeed stick out more than ours but you patron saint was an englishman... Our Forefathers have faced and destroyed many enemies together... And you guys spread to America and am very proudly law enforcement.. A bit hard for irish who like to be as free as a bird but still true.. We all watched each others ass.....

My own kids have an Irish mum..... And with all the hatred over the years we should at least agree that we have more in common than the continent...

Actually my kids have a jordanian mum who was born in Ireland lol.... But I was a soldier in the troubles and have to say that you guys breed beautifull women to spite the english..... But We are the same really.... The English LOVE the Irish... We know its not reciprocated but we do...

wow uniting all europe including russia and their ex-still-are ussr countries will turn this into a huge superpower (on every aspect, specially military)... this will shake the very foundations of the earth!

How could anyone not see that this crisis would lead to a loss of sovereignty to Brussels?
I've been saying it all along..

This whole crisis was setup from the start, from the fall of the junta in Greece, to the start of the European Community, to the EU, to the EuroZone, it's all part of the bigger picture, which is one unite Europe, under one European flag, under one European government, under one European constitution, with one European Military, etc.

Wake up. It's not difficult to see, you don't need a PhD or some snazy official title to work it out.

It is necessary for the EU to temporarily increase in power. All this was prophesied thousands of years ago in the Bible. There will be ten toes in the final one world government, which must arise out of the remnant of the Roman empire.

Ultimately there will be 10 european or possibly even Mediterranean countires who will form the core of the beast empire. Should the Lord tarry many years, I would not be surprised if these countries will be largely Muslim, as the UK is doomed to become.

It's amazing to see Israel reborn and the beast empire created before our very eyes, all as prophesied, and yet most still think the Bible is a fairy tale.

Well, in fairness.. If you think about it for any length of time, the unification of humanity through choice is a massive milestone for our civilization.. And possibly one of the most important and hardest to overcome..

As long as it is a democratic union, ill be happy.. But also, its going to be a century or two before its completed fully..

I presume you are talking pre 1939 WW2, In truth the Germans only hoodwinked the Russians into making their tanks and warships for them, by making a (farce) treaty with them, As France and Britain forbade them under the arms limitation treaties post WW1 from mass producing their own weapons of war,

I can't actually get away from you lol..

The only reason Im not peeved with the EU anymore is that since Lisbon, a democratically elected member or body/parliament has a vote on every policy..

Its at about 90% democracy and climbing.. More democracy in choosing an overall leader who actually has power and that would pretty much be it..

EU actually became a lot more democratic after the treaty of Lisbon as it gave a lot more power to the people (the EU parliament). You don't like what they're doing? Vote someone else the next time..
