How will full disclosure be presented to U.S. citizens

How will this fantastic event be presented the first time ever? I would imagine the need for president Obama to dole out the initial statements regarding this reality, along with a panel of others in government, science, and NASA, all to make it believable to the public, particularly the people who are doubters. I can just hear Obama in my minds eye now, "Many of you have asked the question; "Are there aliens out there visiting us here on earth?" "Well I'm here to tell you today, that yes, we have been visited by extraterrestrials and are currently under going visitation by life from other star systems" or something like that. What do you folks think it will be like?

First he'll talk for 10 minutes about the evil Wall Street execs, 5 minutes on HC, 3 minutes on how he inherited all this, and finally, after a shout out or 2, admit that he inherited the "alien problem" from GWB

I think (and hope) it will be stretched out for awhile. I have a feeling if Obama just up and announced we were being visited a lot of peoples fundamental belief systems would be shattered, and that could induce a worldwide panic in my opinion. I think it will start with admitting microbes were found somewhere, and will progress slowly from there. I personally would like to know right now, but I don't think too many people would be ready for it.

Hero: I laughed pretty hard at the 'inheriting the alien problem from GB' comment.

Without showing the actual aliens, or materials of alien origin, most would assume it was some kind of a joke...so, I'd assume this would be done in a VERY big way.

The political maneuverings of how this would be handled are staggering, when you think about it...

You'd have to:

1. Get the other nations' buy-in, or at least somehow assure them this revelation will not threaten them.

2. Consider the implications to many peoples' different religious beliefs, and how they might act on said beliefs, given this new information.

3. Fear and mass panic, of those who will not believe the aliens have a peaceful agenda, even if such an agenda was stressed.

4. Economic impact of the promise of new technologies, and uncertainty of certain economic sectors dependent on current technologies, leading to uncertainty in the market (perhaps even a major crash)...

5. Backlash over past secret-keeping efforts.

6. Demands of folks who claim to have been abducted.

And this is just for starters.... Disclosure is not just a simple announcement. If not handled properly, it could very well unravel our very society.....if not done properly....and part of that will depend on the aliens' announced agenda.

Shows like V are a good example. Even if the aliens looked and sounded like us, and promised us new advances, etc., we'll still want to ensure their motives are sincere, and it will be difficult to convince many of us, that this is the case (especially after decades of skulking about)....

I could easily see the gubmint waiting for some sort of disaster/event/catastrophe to occur, and then play the alien card as a means of pushing off the blame.

It really would be a genius ploy to rally nations in a situation of Us v. Them. (Regardless of whether they're friendly or not) Did Reagan and Gorbichov (sp?) not declare similar sentiments in speeches to their people that "How quickly the people of this world would unite if faced with an outside threat" ??

Judging by your replies, one things for sure, it explains why this was not attempted in the past. So much of a conundrum to deal with, one thing's for sure, its kid gloves all the way. I think a major assurance of "business on earth as usual" nothing is to change for the worse, only the better. There's going to be some sort of negative backlash, I look at it as necessary, growing pains, if you like. I'm ready for it.

I think that you may have just "hit the nail on the head" as to why we dont know yet.

Disclosure will be a global event. I reckon too many people are too busy trying to seal deals on things before Disclosure will be done. Bit like stepping into the future perhaps. What they havent realized yet is that it was, The same greed that got us here in the first place.

Remember Disclosure is a Global Event and not privy to a certain area or group. Rich or poor.

I'm not sure how it will be presented to the US, maybe through FOX News and CNN? Jokes aside... It will be a global event, it can't just happen and stay in the US like it was some sacred ground. It will involve everyone on this Earth. And there are many things which can go wrong, but there are also many things which can go right and have a greatly positive outcome. It won't happen overnight, but it is happening already if you look at the mainstream media and entertainment. People are being unconciousely prepared to digest the truth when it comes out. More and more people are more open to the idea every day and more and more evidence is coming out. It's not a question of 'if', but 'when'. And I can tell you it will be fairly soon. The other question you need to ask though is "Who will disclose first?". Because Disclosure, as in official Disclosure, won't be a single event, but a chain of events. At the moment it looks that Europe and Asia will be the ones making announcement, especially Europe. There are numerous 'windows' prepared for this year. Wheter they will be used is something else. Don't forget that Disclosure doesn't have to come from the government, but also from the aliens themself. Though I have to tell you one thing - Things are moving fast and the chance of it happening is at the moment quite high. Second half of the year should be interesting...

With respect to op, disclosure would have to be mankind as a whole event, not just the usa.

I doubt it will happen in my life though, and many of yours.

Obama will not be the one who presents disclosure to the world.
It won't be one man, but many. And I have a feeling those men
won't be "men" at all, but representatives of these other civilizations.
Our own government would rather pull a coyote ugly move than tell
us about the EBE's.
At least, that's my take on it.

i suppose it would be quite funny to watch from here in the UK, since whenever anything happens people go quite crazy, but none more than US citizens, but who's to say that it will be Obama to give the news? it will probably be somebody who isn't president yet

Thanks i really appreciate what you've said, you thought of things i wouldn't expect after full disclosure. When you put it like that disclosure sounds deadly. If true, i wonder if they would mention any of the military colaberation with any alien species or keep that secret due to "national security" reasons...Would it really be disclosure or just some truth, much like what we're getting now...

theres a lot of things that could go very wrong with aliens, if, for example, they started an alliance with a certain country, it could prove disastrous for the rest of the entire human race or if we were trading with them, they could poison us all :L, but why would a species of alien capable of time travel want to collaborate with a fraction of earths population, there are countless posibilities, but if they do come, to be safe, i'll wear a necklace of each religion round my neck, bible in the one hand and my gun in the other.

I think disclosure will fall flat for any world leader without having glarb from alpha goonis and flox from epsilon blurb on each flank during the announcement . Pictures,videos and models wont cut it.

ahh just think how much mayhem there will be, al qaeda bombing places where aliens are, southern hicks shooting aliens on their farm, east europians cooking aliens in stew, and what about aliens in the LEDC's, i can't even picture it !

I have doubts that ET/UFO disclosure will happen in any of our lifetimes. The powers that be would lose too much money if they exposed the whole 100% truth behind the subject.

Disclosure is not imminent and will never be presented to the citizens of the US.

You would be foolish to think otherwise.

It would be worldwide no doubt and not just in the self centered USA.

I know the America goverment thinks the whole world hangs off its apron strings and It would be a shock to its system if another country got in first? but we can not have that can we!
