Not true. First off, that hair that he's rocking is original in and of itself in the 21st century. Secondly, I don't recall anyone ever trying to perpetuate a hoax centered around some kind of near death experience. That's a new one.

It seems that almost everyday, something new comes up in this thread that makes it more intriguing. Really interested in finding out more about Wayne and his thieving ways. what battle?!? i mean all i saw there was WAYNE HERSCHEL (just doing my part to make sure his name stays in this thread) challenging opposition, then never posting a realistic response, posing his biased opinions=lies, and once again, the wonderful self promotion... you know, i think i'd be scared to meet one of his 'followers', but i truly don't know how anyone could believe him, you know since there was that 'google bomb incident' on his name, everyone following him would undeniably be led here at one point... this is one of the most enjoyable threads i've followed, and i am glad to be here in this day and time!

This is very telling.
1st, there's no such thing as "copy written". The word is "copyright", but assuming a typo & that he meant the dubiously correct English "copyrighted", it means the right to authorise copies to be made. Its not like patents or registered trade marks which must be applied for, copyright exists by law from the moment any work, to which such a right is legally protected, also exists. That could be a book, what agents &/or publishers usually ask for which is a synopsis & sample chapter, an internet post, a piece of music/drama etc. From the moment its made, somebody owns the copyright; there's no "fully" about it; either copyright exists or it doesn't. For eg: in a pop song, the lyrics & the melody are subject to copyright, the bassline & beat aren't, but the specific recording of any of those is. Most websites with user generated content require members to agree to T&Cs which include assignment of copyright for anything they host to them. By becoming a member, you agree to a legal contract to do so.
Whatever area of media a publisher is in, the absolute basis of their entire business is copyright. It may seem like revealing an idea subjects it to plagiarism, but in reality, as we say in the business, "if there's a hit, there's a writ". Basically, there are very few original ideas, so when somebody makes a pile out of compiling others work in a new way, its a lawyer fest.

B/c copyright is so important to publishers & b/c legal contracts are pretty impenetrable to most of us, before such contracts are drawn up, documents go back & forth between the "interested parties" which define "heads of agreement", ie what you are intending to sign your name to in language you can understand before it gets translated into legalese. This is crucial b/c a court can overturn a contract if 1 or more parties can be demonstrated to have not understood what they were signing up to. It is therefor inconceivable that anyone who has ever dealt with a publisher or agent could not have had any misconceptions they had about what copyright is, what it entitles & who owns what %of it as a result of any potential contract, explained to them in terms that even a clinical moron could understand, if necessary: its a requirement of the business.

I'm not surprised that Wayne & Co dont know this, b/c his ideas are a legal minefield of plagiarism &, off the top of my head, whoever owns the copyright on Von Daniken's work could certainly sue. No publisher would even get 1/2 way through the synopsis before deleting the file & instructing their secretary to label further emails as spam.

2nd, anyone who has studied for even a Bachelor's Degree knows that in academia plagiarism is nigh on a hanging offence. You get taught early in the 1st year how to properly attribute ideas you wish to reference & told you'll be disciplined, maybe booted out, if you try to pass off someone else's work as your own. Nevertheless, it happens. How do we know? B/c the student that gets plagiarised goes on to produce ideas which demonstrate who did the deed originally & who wanked while they watched. The idea that a professional scholar would plagiarise Wayne's plagiarised ideas is like someone who would film themselves wanking to bad homemade porn & expected to be able to sell that as porn. Oh yeah, & also being concerned that the CIA give a toss about Onanism.

I believe "Hiram" took his name from Hiram Abiff, a figure of legend in Masonry. I also believe, based on internal evidence such as word usage and sentence structure, that "Hiram" was none other than Wayne, trying to put on another sock puppet show.

I wonder if he talks to himself as much around the house as he does on the internet?

Worse yet, I wonder if he ANSWERS himself as much there as he does here?

LOL! yes i agree with you. This is particularly noticable in the review he does on amazon

and the "Moonflake blog".



It also made the CNN iReport highly amuseing. When DCMB was on because it seems

he was using a few sock puppets at a time and there were instances where DCMB was

goading him and he was getting very exicitable and at times forgetting who he was !!! and

finally just repeating and repeating gibberish till he got the moderator on!!! LOL ! ! !

I wonder if that is still on or if its been wiped .

I don't know if it's still up, but I suspect it is. Even if it's gone, I've archived every single page of it, and have copied and pasted every single post in it's entirety into a text document for reference - which ran to about 150 pages as I recall, believe it or not, so I won't be spamming the book with the whole thing, but can send it out as a pdf to anyone who wants it.

Reading the whole thing in order gives a ... unique ... perspective on Wayne!

The impression I get from 'Moonflake's' blog is that if that response is from Wayne Herschel,
he's just looking to goad Moonflake into an arguement.
There's a piece where 'Wayne' says...

... and that's okay, a mere proposal of an idea is okay and reasonable, it's his point of view
and he's entitled to it. But it when Mr. Herschel elaborates about this theory that the idea
comes off the rails.
The information to show his proposal is displayed and I suppose, if you accept the slight
'shoe-horning' of certain information, one can see where he's attained his theories from.

But that ain't all of it.
It's also all the damned 'hooks' he's placed around and inside the information.
As one peruses his writings, there's carefully placed phrases that implies... no, states...
that his ideas are facts. He jabs at the reader with certain comments.

... then there is not much I can do to appease your destructive rhetoric...
... Its The Christ symbol! Ancient symbol breakthroughs listed...
... Scholars missed this 'lost' evidence and claim the Big Dipper as the 'Bull's leg' symbol. ..
...There must be something the Vatican and its linked societies do not want the world to know...

...are just a few.
From a mere proposal and with a little word-smithing, Mr. Herschel leads the viewer on into
a world where anything and everything is possible.
It becomes no a matter of 'whether' The Vatican is hiding something into 'WHY' The Vatican
is hiding something and the reader must be a fool not to see it!

The idea that the Eygtian's may have struggled to build such marvelous structures as the
Pyramids, turns into an obvious account of aliens assisting, and then covering up their kind
anitcs!
Mr. Herschel again, states that only an idiot would ignore his 'overwhelming' evidence, evidence
that scholars and Governments are supposedly striving to hide from the public's attention!

Mr. Herschel's simple act of covering dubious claims with self-confident sounding phrases
makes Bill Murray come off as sheepish!

Maybe the comment from Sigourney Weaver's character in 'Ghostbusters' can be applied here.
