According to Victoria Hardy of The American Chronicle, Dr. Stephen D. McKay, who has studied chemtrails for over six years, believes there are four ongoing projects in our atmosphere, "The first project is an effort to block the rays of the sun from hitting the earth including the ultra violet radiation that will come through without an adequate layer of ozone in the upper regions above the earth. This, it is hoped, will lower temperature on the surface of the earth and block ultra violet radiation from causing skin cancer in humans. The aerosol is probably aluminum oxide or a compound that would have similar properties."

The RFMP is the system name given to a group of computer programs and one of the supporting, subprograms within the RFMP system is called the VTRPE computer program. No they ARE chemtrails, contrails are much higher up as the water crystals must be present to form contrails from jet exhaust. It explains the difference between the two in the beginning of the article.

Thats incorrect
If the temperature is cold enough, contrails will form with no humidity. Refer to the appleman chart (the forecasting tool we use to forecast for contrails, link below), as this shows exactly when, and where, contrails will form and persist.

Thats statement refers to clear sky conditions, prior to any observed contrail. When you have numerous planes flying at around the same flight pattern, producing contrails, you have excess moisture added into the environment. In other words, numerous planes have the ability to saturate the environment.

You are suggesting that aircraft inject water into the air. But the truth is, water is drawn to the contrail (chemtrail). This suggest excessive particulate matter in the exhaust.
Add that with the rainbow sheen being seen in the sky,
increased respiratory cases,
increased cloud cover (blue skies when planes are grounded),
They do, the main product of hydrocarbon combustion is water and particulate matter. Like cloud seeding particulates, stimulate the growth of ice. With extra water from the burning of fuel, this also increases the size of the ice crystals

This suggests that contrails are actually very rare, as the conditions have to be just right.
How do you explain contrails everyday, day after day. 10, 20 contrails in the sky at the same time, and magically expanding to cover the sky in a disgusting gray haze?

Thus, the Appleman chart tends to underpredict the occurrence of contrails and to overpredict the non-occurrence of contrails.
For this reason, the USAF is actively investigating better ways to compute contrail formation.
