According to Victoria Hardy of The American Chronicle, Dr. Stephen D. McKay, who has studied chemtrails for over six years, believes there are four ongoing projects in our atmosphere, "The first project is an effort to block the rays of the sun from hitting the earth including the ultra violet radiation that will come through without an adequate layer of ozone in the upper regions above the earth. This, it is hoped, will lower temperature on the surface of the earth and block ultra violet radiation from causing skin cancer in humans. The aerosol is probably aluminum oxide or a compound that would have similar properties."

"The second and most secretive project is the United States Navy's, RFMP, Radio Frequency Mission Planner, military program. The RFMP is the system name given to a group of computer programs and one of the supporting, subprograms within the RFMP system is called the VTRPE computer program. VTRPE is an acronym that stands for Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation, It is a computer Radio Frequency propagation program that deals with radio waves and enables the RFMP system to visually see the battlefield terrain in 3 dimensions (3-D) on a television screen. The RFMP system also depends on satellites to feed their images of the battlefield into the RFMP system to be combined with the battlefield picture painted from the ground thus producing 3-D images."

"By providing an extremely interactive and visual (television type radar screens) environment, the Radio Frequency Mission Planner, RFMP system allows the computer operator to develop familiarity with the 'Radio Frequency' environment before a battlefield war mission occurs by playing a variety of 'what-if' virtual warfare scenarios on his computer screen. Since all major modes of Radio Frequency propagation are modeled in his computer, (RFMP system), special, sometimes counter- intuitive, cases can be examined in detail and exploited during a warfare battle mission."

"The VTRPE computer program only worked accurately over water and along coastal areas but not over land masses because the system's radar waves required an atmospheric condition known as 'ducting', over land, to operate accurately."

"The government and military solved the 'ducting' problem by releasing an aerosol, a mixture of barium salts into the atmosphere over America. They made an atmospheric RF duct with a base of barium aerosol from aircraft. The chemical and electrical characteristics of the mixture will cause water moisture to stay in clouds. Again, the aerosol sets up an electrical and chemical environment that supports RF ducting for the RFMP / VTRPE warfare system. Fibers with barium may support ducting. The mixture of barium salt aerosol when sprayed in a straight line will also provide a ducting path from point A to point B and will enable high frequency communications along that path, even over the curvature of the earth, in both directions. Enemy high frequency communications can be monitored easier with the straight line A to B ducting medium."

"The third project also utilizes the mixture of barium salts in the atmosphere. Weather control is a project of the U.S. Air Force and utilizes Nikola Tesla concepts of radio frequency radiation (HAARP) against the ionosphere above the earth. Fragile life support systems in our environment are being manipulated, tested and altered by government for military advantage. Air Force documents implied, 'the risks are high but the rewards are worth it.' The mixture of barium salts, supporting moisture, is encouraged along the weather fronts and manipulated in a control fashion. It is believed microwave energy is also utilized in the weather control program. Weather data is also a required input to the VTRPE program of the RFMP system. Perfected weather control technology will enable a military to withhold rain, cause floods, cause drought, cause storms, withhold sunshine, damage food crops, and bring any country to its knees without firing a shot."

"The fourth project in the atmosphere is the DARPA, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, biological detection and decontamination programs. The program also utilizes the mixture of barium salts as the base vehicle in aerosol along with special polymer fibers in the atmosphere. They have released biological into the atmosphere in trials, testing the detection and decontamination systems."

"It is believed that barium salt, polymer fibers and other chemicals, in the atmosphere are the physical irritants that are either directly or indirectly responsible, for the recent epidemic increase in cases of nose bleed, asthma, allergies, pneumonia, upper respiratory symptoms and a noticeable increase in arthritis symptoms, recently reported nationwide. Chemicals illegally sprayed into the atmosphere are producing atmospheric and ground conditions detrimental to human and animal health but favorable to the growth of harmful molds and fungus. These conditions are not conducive to good health. The soluble salts of barium, an earth metal, are toxic in mammalian systems. They are absorbed rapidly from the gastrointestinal tract and are deposited in the muscles, lungs, and bone. No case data is available from the medical community on the long term effects of barium in the human body."

Which highlights the problem, since everything claimed to be a chemtrail behaves exactly the same as contrails have been doing for the past 80 years

However there are those who believe the government puts chemicals in the water supply and that's why you sometimes see a rainbow in a garden sprinkler. And it doesn't matter what you tell these folk they will not, ever, accept that they might be wrong. So, I guess we s'n-word' quietly to ourselves, maybe feel a little sorry for them, and then just walk away. What else can we do?

Thats incorrect

If the temperature is cold enough, contrails will form with no humidity. Refer to the appleman chart (the forecasting tool we use to forecast for contrails, link below), as this shows exactly when, and where, contrails will form and persist.

Do you have any basic training or experience in basic meteorology?

I know I do...in fact, want to take a guess at what I do as a proffesion?

Just saying this because no chemtrailer has yet to disprove the meteorology behind contrail formation. They also havent explained why alleged chemicals, are not affected by the vast variations of wind speed, direction and the high speed winds in the jestream (sometimes winds in excess of 200 knots)

Nice science. The chart says, below a certain temperature, contrails always form. But...

when contrails were forecast to occur, the forecast was correct only 25 to 35 percent of the time, and often failed to predict the occurrence of contrails

This suggests that contrails are actually very rare, as the conditions have to be just right.

How do you explain contrails everyday, day after day. 10, 20 contrails in the sky at the same time, and magically expanding to cover the sky in a disgusting gray haze?

Thats statement refers to clear sky conditions, prior to any observed contrail. When you have numerous planes flying at around the same flight pattern, producing contrails, you have excess moisture added into the environment. In other words, numerous planes have the ability to saturate the environment.

Using weather balloon data, coinciding with contrail (or chemtrail depending on your point of view), observations from ATS staff, I undertook a research thread. Everytime a contrail was observed, weather balloon data pointed to contrail development being highly likely.

You also have to take into account the variability of the weather at upper air levels. Ever wondered why your local meteorologist gets the weather wrong sometimes? Or ever wonder why forecasts are done at least 4 or 5 times a day at 4 or 6 hourly intervals? Its due to the variance and rapid changes (some more subtle than others) at upper air levels.

As far as I know, most contrail forecasts arent available to the public, as importance is low. Most are done through military forecasters or civilians forecasting for military, and/or climate scientists investigating the affect that contrails have on diurnal temperature variances at ground level. Not sure where you got that figure from, but I have heard it before. Might bump my thread to see if some observations can be continued

Please, point me to where in the link it says that. Or is this just your interjection? And if so, what do you base your logic on?

You are suggesting that aircraft inject water into the air. But the truth is, water is drawn to the contrail (chemtrail). This suggest excessive particulate matter in the exhaust.

This is backed up by countless NASA missions like SOAR and CIRRUS and CONTRAIL and on and on studying contrails, and the particulate matter in them. You can't find out what the particulate matter consists of, but it is in the 2.5 nm size. Smaller than dust basically.

Add that with the rainbow sheen being seen in the sky, increased respiratory cases, increased cloud cover (blue skies when planes are grounded), the chemicals (additives) in fuel, people getting sick on aircraft, and on and on, and you sit there and pretend nothing is happening.

Where I live I see chem trails everyday, becomes increasingly hard to refute although half of the people I know swear it's a "lie" or dare I say it
"conspiracy theory ". Ask them about 20 degree weather in may.

They do, the main product of hydrocarbon combustion is water and particulate matter. Like cloud seeding particulates, stimulate the growth of ice. With extra water from the burning of fuel, this also increases the size of the ice crystals

Why do you attribute cloud cover to only planes? Do you know anything about meteorology at all?

Im not pretending nothing is happening, there's just no plausibility in what you say. You have neglected to answer my questions i posted before, just like all chemtrailers.

If I seriously thought something was amiss....I would be more inclined to investigate easier and more plausible methods of harming people, like poisoning town water supplies, or the use of pesticides at ground level

What is the particulate matter? Please point me to the study that lists all the particulates.

A contrail cannot expand into a cloud without particulate expansion. Each ice crystal need a particulate to cling to.

On a clear day, this would take some type of chemical, such as silver iodide, with a 10 to the 14th power expansion rate. It possibly even suggests Self Assembling Machines, or SAMS (nanomites)

You missed this part of the quote

That doesn't sound rare to me.

Your quote is talking about the use of the Appleman chart for predicting the occurrence of contrails, not how often contrails should occur. It says the chart is not entirely effective and you misunderstood the direction of the inaccuracy. Here is what is says after the part you selected.

Thus, the Appleman chart tends to underpredict the occurrence of contrails and to overpredict the non-occurrence of contrails.

It says the chart underpredicts the occurrence of contrails. They happen more often than the chart predicts. It says the chart overpredicts the non-occurrence. They happen even when the chart says they won't. Contrails happen more often than the chart predicts. Not less often.

The Appleman chart is a rough guide. It is too simplistic. So...

For this reason, the USAF is actively investigating better ways to compute contrail formation.

All I know is where I live, 150 miles south of Albuquerque as the crow files we see chem trails often, but it seems that they spread them in places that are sparely populated and as the drift with the winds they seem to gather together.

So here in Catron County New Mexico on some days they spread the chem trails and as they drift to the north east they gather into large fluffy cumulus clouds, the people north of here most likely never see a chem trail.

I believe that they do it this way so people won't notice what they are doing.

We collect rain water off the roof and have tested it and find it very pure, go figure.

If particulate matter is required for the formation of ice crystals, what is the source of cirrus clouds?

Particulates are not required to trigger the formation of ice crystals in saturated air. The added moisture in the exhaust is sufficient to begin the process .

Okay, maybe more importantly, there is the annoying little fact that our air is being poisoned with aluminum. It must have evaporated there from the ground OZ

Even though the test spots can be miles away from cities and roadways, ie. we are finding aluminum in the snows of Scottish Mountains, what do you think is the real point to be made here. Even TEN times the TOXIC level is dangerous - let's register 375 or 6,200 times the toxic level now. In aluminum factories this can cause a condition called Chronic Flourosis, flouride being an aluminum byproduct, and that too is probably a misdenomer because it is more aptly named Chronic Aluminosis. This can be caused after ten years. Guess what, they've been spraying for ten years and people are developing problems. Ya, let's blame smoking lol lol

Some of this is from factories and car pollution, and car makers expect us to be so so happy they are switching over to electric NOW when the problem has been known about for three decades, and the first non-polluting engines were invented, then stomped by industry, back in the 40's, 50's, and 60's. People stopped trying because it was criminal to the industry back then. Now, look back at that 1976 aluminum soap jet fuel mist patent. The patent ran out in '93, meaning it was fair game afterwards.

Do you ever get the feeling you're really arguing against your own health, and those you care about, by continuing to Deny the obvious about government programs to spray, or the geo-engineering programs which they are undertaking, or the military spray programs which will not be public knowledge in any event? How about the thousands of aeresol spray crimes which have been documented?

How about the possibility of eugenics being real? To eliminate 5.5 - 6 billion people. Have you seen the deliberate degredation of society from a few angles now? It should be enough to wake anyone up, but, looks like professional disinfo is alive and well. Either that or Alzheimer's from aluminum poisoning has already set in the minds of a few.
