The Vatican has called for a “global public authority” and a world central bank to rule over financial affairs in the wake of the engineered economic collapse.

A document released by the Vatican’s Justice and Peace department “should be music to the ears of the ‘Occupy Wall Street’ demonstrators and similar movements around the world who have protested against the economic downturn,” according to CNBC.

Condemning the “idolatry of the market,” the document states that the “economic and financial crisis which the world is going through calls everyone, individuals and peoples, to examine in depth the principles and the cultural and moral values at the basis of social coexistence.”

The planned implosion of the global economy “has revealed behaviors like selfishness, collective greed and hoarding of goods on a great scale.”

The 18-page document, entitled “Towards Reforming the International Financial and Monetary Systems in the Context of a Global Public Authority,” declares global economics needs an “ethic of solidarity” among rich and poor nations.

“If no solutions are found to the various forms of injustice, the negative effects that will follow on the social, political and economic level will be destined to create a climate of growing hostility and even violence, and ultimately undermine the very foundations of democratic institutions, even the ones considered most solid,” it said.

In response, the Vatican is calling for “a supranational authority” with worldwide scope and “universal jurisdiction” to guide economic policies and decisions. The authority will be run by the United Nations, according to the document.

It will take time to replace economic policies and in the process destroy national sovereignty, according to the Vatican.

“Of course, this transformation will be made at the cost of a gradual, balanced transfer of a part of each nation’s powers to a world authority and to regional authorities, but this is necessary at a time when the dynamism of human society and the economy and the progress of technology are transcending borders, which are in fact already very eroded in a globalizes world.”

Private ownership of land is not compatible with socialism, communism, or with global governance as described by the United Nations. The land policy of the United Nations was first officially articulated at the United Nations Conference on Human Settlements (Habitat I), held in Vancouver, May 31 - June 11, 1976. Agenda Item 10 of the Conference Report sets forth the UN's official policy on land. The Preamble says:

"Land...cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes. The provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only be achieved if land is used in the interests of society as a whole. Public control of land use is therefore indispensable...."

OUR NATIONAL PARKS NOW BELONG TO UNITED NATIONS

Across this great land, our national parks, wildlands, forests, and lakes are being turned over to UN control. Joseph Urso, Jr., a friend of the ministry who hails from Knoxville, Tennessee, recently sent me a photograph of the entrance sign of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Notice the telling phrase on the sign: "AN INTERNATIONAL BIOSPHERE RESERVE."

This means that, under the United Nations Biodiversity Treaty, a precious resource_owned by American citizens for over 200 years_has been turned over to the UN's bureaucrats for control. Yes, you and I will continue to pay taxes for the maintenance and upkeep of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. But we no longer own it. Now, the UN has ultimate jurisdiction. This alone is startling evidence that the once independent nation-state known as the United States of America is going out with a whimper and not a bang. Our sovereignty is coming to an end.

As a consequence, across the U.S.A., our parks and wilderness areas are slowly being closed to the public. Roads inside the parks are being grazed over. Mountain passes and hiking paths are being blockaded. "No fishing," "No hunting," "No trespassing" signs are being erected everywhere on public lands. Entrance fees are being jacked up 100%, even 500% higher, to keep American families out of their own lands.

The UN and its elitist masters don't want you on their property! And in case you do "trespass" and enter forbidden areas of these pristine UN lands, you might just be shot. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service agents and park personnel are now taught to love nature's Mother Earth and to despise and loathe human beings. They are being given firearms and instructed to use them. Meanwhile, foreign immigrants from India, China, Pakistan, Bulgaria, Russia and other nations are being recruited for this national park service police duty because, unlike U.S. nationals, non-English speaking foreigners will not hesitate to carry out orders and shoot American citizen= "intruders."

But even if you are not shot or arrested, there is still a possibility of being bitten_or eaten! As my friend, Joseph Urso, Jr., points out, the feds have been reintroducing vicious wolves into Yellowstone National Park and into Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The idea is to put the lives of park visitors in jeopardy and to frighten tourists away.

VATICAN CITY – The Vatican called Monday for radical reform of the world's financial systems, including the creation of a global political authority to manage the economy.

A proposal by the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace calls for a new world economic order based on ethics and the "achievement of a universal common good." It follows Pope Benedict XVI's 2009 economic encyclical that denounced a profit-at-all-cost mentality as responsible for the global financial meltdown.

The proposal acknowledges, however, that a "long road still needs to be traveled before arriving at the creation of a public authority with universal jurisdiction" and suggests the reform process begin with the United Nations as a point of reference.

Vatican pronouncements on the economy are meant to guide world leaders as well as the global church. United States Roman Catholic bishops, for example, have released a voter guide for the 2012 election that highlights social concerns such as ending poverty.

"It is an exercise of responsibility not only toward the current but above all toward future generations, so that hope for a better future and confidence in human dignity and capacity for good may never be extinguished," the document said.

It highlights that reforms must assure that financial and monetary policies will not damage the weakest economies while also achieving fair distribution of the world's wealth.

The proposal also called for a "minimum, shared body of rules to manage the global financial market," lamenting the "overall abrogation of controls" on capital movements.

While past Vatican pronouncements have condemned unfettered capitalism, the latest criticized "an economic liberalism that spurns rules and controls."

It also attacked "utilitarian thinking," saying what is useful to the individual does not always favor the common good.

This thread has been tampered with. During the early stages of this threads development Proto and I had a lively debate with Rockpuck with Rockpuck in the dissent. Absolutely nothing we posted is still in this thread. It only has one post from me now and that post isn't relevant to the thread just a small conversation that took place. I don't appreciate my posts being removed and I'm sure Proto wouldn't like it much either.

I stand corrected there are two posts by me- one about limited slavery and one about art. But still the stuff we posted about treaties and court cases, etc is all wiped out. Makes me not want to bother posting anymore.

I don't know. It's been awhile now. I had a schizophrenic episode and haven't been on much since. But my memory is pretty good. I remember we had a full blown debate on this thread because we were looking at treaties and court rulings on those treaties which showed US support of those treaties. We were discussing how the King of England was also the King of France thus funding war against the colonies while loaning money to the colonies for war- stuff like that, but, I'm pretty certain it was in this thread. We had talked about other stuff as well like one of the Kings bequeathing his legacy to Rome and something about the mason's I think. I really don't recall. I had come on here to refresh my memory and- nothing. I am schizophrenic so it is possible it's all in my head but I remember it vividly.

Hmmm '' if '' what you said about your mental illness is true ( schizophrenic ) i would suggest you to maybe think again about investing your self emotionaly in a conspiracy community. To be a Conspiracy theorist, it takes alot of self control and mental ability to deal with conspiracy theories because otherwise anxiety and other negative emotions could take more place in your life then you could deal with. Energy in here should only be 1% of your every day life to live a balanced life and be fulfilled and happy.

Thank you for the sentiments. I am a higher functioning schizophrenic, which is to say that, unlike the typical schizophrenic, I do not have the retardation or paranoia which comes with the condition, however. what I do have that many schizophrenics lack is what they call "insight" into my condition so that I am able to keep it under control except during episodes where I must commit myself for safety. I have ongoing dialogue with my psychiatric team and report my condition constantly. I suffer the same condition as John Nash where I can see, hear, smell, taste, and feel my hallucinations up to and including interacting with people who are not there. But I have alot of support and a strong network of doctors and family to help keep me balanced. They are there round the clock as I am what they call a high priority case. I do not generally get wrapped up into conspiracies and work hard to avoid falling prey to my delusions. I realize conspiracy theory isn't the ideal subject for one like me but I have loved them since I was very young. Theorists have a way of making connections that might otherwise have been overlooked. Sometimes these connections lead to dead ends, but, sometimes, they give fruit to new ideas. It does mean I have no way to be certain that the conversations I recall ever took place, but, it is a small price to pay to engage in debate and learning with my fellow man.

The negative point about the conspiracy theory world, it's that there is many traps and false lead made by TPTB to fooled conspiracy theorists and manipulate them. Disinformant agents are often around to try to break you down, sometimes even with intimidation tactics or to mislead you and keep you far away from the Rabbit hole..., which could become emotionally exhausted and negative over time. I my opinion, I think you should maybe find activities with positive atmosphere to help you be happy and help you fulfil your potential...take care....

The Hidden Empire


1. City States.
Did the world wars, revolutions and big events of human history happen naturally or coincidentally, or were they calculated and pre-planned? If they were pre-planned, who planned them?

The answer to this question can be found within the boundaries of three of the worlds most powerful cities. Those three cities belong to no nation and pay no taxes. They are Washington's District of Columbia, which is not part of the city of Washington or the United States. The inner city of London, which is not part of London or England, and Vatican city, which is not part of Rome or Italy.

These cities, called City States, have their own independent flag, their own separate laws and their own separate identity.


2. Vatican City

Gracing the walls of St Peter's Basilica is the Vatican-approved image of God. An angry bearded man in the sky, painted by Michael Angelo. Cruel and violent images of God's tortured Son, suffering, bleeding and dying with thorns gouged through his skull and nails pounded through his feet and hands are on display throughout the Vatican. These images serve as reminders that God allowed His Son to be tortured and killed to save the souls of human beings who are all born sinners.

The Vatican rules over approximately 2bn of the worlds 6.2bn people. The colossal wealth of the Vatican includes enormous investments with the Rothschilds in Britain, France and the USA and with giant oil and weapons corporations like Shell and General Electric. The Vatican solid gold bullion, worth billions is stored with the Rothschild controlled Bank of England and the US Federal Reserve Bank.

The Catholic Church is the biggest financial power, wealth accumulator and property owner in existence, possessing more material wealth than any bank, corporation, giant trust or government anywhere on the globe.

While 2/3 of the world earns less than $2 a day, and 1/5 of the world is underfed or starving to death, the Vatican hoards the world's wealth, profits from it on the stock market and at the same time preaches about giving.

So how did the Vatican accumulate all that wealth over the millennium? One method was to put a price-tag on sin. Many bishops and popes actively marketed gilt, sin and fear for profit, by selling indulgences. Worshipers were encouraged to pre-pay for sins they hadn't yet committed and get pardoned ahead of time. Those who didn't pay-up are threatened with eternal damnation. Another method was to get wealthy land owners to hand-over their land and fortune to the church on their death bed, in exchange for a blessing which would supposedly enable them to go to heaven.

Pope Leo the fifth rebuilt St Peter's Basilica, by selling tickets out of hell and tickets to heaven.

The Catholic church has become the biggest mafia on earth, with their protection-racket of selling "forgiveness for sins". How can these people possibly forgive sins when they do and teach the opposite of what God and Christ teach in the Bible and obviously do not work for Them?

The Catholic church's practice of teaching people that they can be sinful all their lives and all they need to do is pay the church for "forgiveness" is one of the chief causes of all the evil and dishonesty in the world, as people are actually taught and encouraged to be sinful and evil, rather than to purify themselves and strive to become perfect, even as God is Perfect, as the Bible teaches.

The saddest part is that many people actually buy the church's lies and think that they can get away with being evil all their lives and all they have to do is seek forgiveness from a priest. They are gravely mistaken and will find-out with a terrible shock that God is not stupid and that they will have to give an account for every single thought; word and deed in their lives to Him.

During the dark ages, the Catholic Church not only hoarded the wealth they collected from the poor, but they hoarded knowledge. They kept the masses ignorant and in the dark by denying them a basic education. They also prohibited anyone from reading or even possessing a Bible, under pain of death.

Between 1095 and 1291 AD the Pope launched 7 blood baths called the Christian Crusades, torturing, murdering, beheading and mass murdering hundreds of thousands of Muslims in the name of God. The Pope's brutal solders were called Knights Templar or Knights of the Temple of Solomon and evolved into today's secretive brotherhood called the Freemasons.

Between 1450 and 1700 AD the Catholic Church followed up their holy terror with the inquisition. Based on rumors of practicing witchcraft, the Catholic Church hunted down, tortured and burned-alive tens of thousands of innocent women at the stake.

During World War 2 the Vatican was criticized for supporting Hitler and his Nazi regime, whom the pope blessed and named "the envoy of God".

Over the past 5 decades more than one thousand five hundred priests and bishops have been identified in the sexual assault of tens of thousands of boys and girls in their trusting congregations and orphanages.

Why is the filthy rich institution preaching spiritual values of poverty and chastity while cardinals, bishops and priests cover-up their crimes of sexual abuse? Why has the church fought and resisted the compensation claims of their sexually, emotionally and spiritually traumatized victims?


3. The City of London.

Like Vatican city, London's inner city is also a privately owned corporation or city state, located right in the middle of greater London. It became a sovereign state in 1694 when king William the third of Orange privatized and turned the Bank of England over to the banksters. Today the City State of London is the world's financial power center and the wealthiest square mile on the face of the Earth. It houses the Rothschild controlled Bank of England, Lloyds of London, the London stock exchange, all British banks, the branch offices of 385 foreign banks and 70 US banks. It has its own courts, its own laws, its own flag and its own police force. It is not part of greater London, or England, or the British Commonwealth and pays no taxes. The City State of London houses Fleet Street's newspaper and publishing monopolies. It is also the headquarters for world wide English Freemasonry, and headquarters for the world wide money cartel known as The Crown.

Contrary to popular belief, The Crown is not the Royal Family or the British Monarch. The Crown is the private corporate City State of London. It has a council of 12 members who rule the corporation under a mayor, called the lord mayor. The lord mayor and his 12 member council serves as proxies or representatives who sit-in for 12 of the worlds wealthiest, most powerful banking families, including the Rothschild family, the Warburg family, the Oppenheimer family and the Schiff family. These families and their descendants run the Crown Corporation of London.

The Crown Corporation holds the title to world wide Crown land in Crown colonies like Canada, Australia and New Zealand. British parliament and the British prime minister serve as a public front for the hidden power of these ruling crown families.


4. The District of Columbia.

Like the City States of London and the Vatican, a third city state was officially created in 1871, with the passage of the Act of 1871. That city state is called the District of Columbia and is located on 10sq miles of land in the heart of Washington. The District of Columbia flies its own flag, and has its own independent constitution.

The constitution for the District of Columbia operates under a tyrannical Roman law known as Lex Fori, which bares no resemblance to the US Constitution. When congress passed the act of 1871 it created a separate corporation known as THE UNITED STATES and corporate government for the District of Columbia. This treasonous act allowed the District of Columbia to operate as a corporation outside the original constitution of the United States and outside of the best interests of American Citizens.

Although geographically separate, the city states of London, the Vatican and the District of Columbia are one interlocking empire called Empire of the City.

The flag of Washington's district of Columbia has three red stars. One for each city state in the three city empire. 5. The U.S.A. - A Crown Colony.

A sobering study of the signed treaties and charters between Britain and the United States exposes a shocking truth. The United States has always been and still is a British Crown colony.

King James the first was famous not for just translating the Bible into the king James version. But for his business-venture of signing the first charter of Virginia in 1606. That charter granted America's British forefathers a license to settle and colonize America. The charter also guaranteed that future kings and queens of England would have sovereign authority over all the citizens and colonized land in America, stolen from the Indians.

After America declared its independence from Great Britain, the treaty of 1783 was signed. That treaty specifically identifies the king of England as the prince of the United States and contradicts the belief that America won the war of independence.

Although king George the 3rd. of England gave up most of his claims over American colonies, he kept his right to continue receiving payment for his business venture of colonizing America.

If America had really won the war of independence, they would never have agreed to pay debts and reparations to the king of England.

America's blood soaked war of independence against the British bankrupted America and turned its citizens into permanent debt slaves of the king. In the war of 1812 the British torched and burned to the ground the White House and all US government buildings. Destroying ratification records of the US constitution.

Most US citizens believe that the United States is a country and that the president is the most powerful man on earth. The United States is not a country, it is a corporation. And the president is president of the corporation of the United States. He and his elected officials work for the corporation, not for the American people. Since the United States is a corporation, who owns the corporation of the United States?

Like Canada and Australia whose leaders are prime ministers of the queen, and whose land is called Crown land, the United States is just another Crown colony. Crown colonies are controlled by the Empire of the three City States.


6. Obelisks

At the center of each city state is a towering phallic shaped stone monument called an obelisk that points skyward. In DC city state, the obelisk known as the Washington monument was dedicated to the Freemason George Washington by the Freemason grand lodge of the District of Columbia. 250 Masonic lodges financed the Washington obelisk monument, including the Knights Templar Masonic order.

At the heart of London city state, is a 187 ton 69 foot tall Egyptian obelisk called Cleopatra's Needle. It was transported from Egypt and erected on the banks of the river Thames.

In Vatican city, another Egyptian obelisk towers high above St Peter's square.

Obelisks are phallic shaped monuments honoring the pagan sun god of ancient Egypt called Amen Ra. The spirit of this pagan god is said to reside within the obelisk.

I've not been to this thread since page 31, so I have some catching up to do.
I'm sure the chain of command must have been discussed; that is Those ruling Royal elites who may be remanants of the ET's who came here long ago, and their armies of Jesuits who are everywhere and into everything, and then the Vatican with its Holy Hocus Pocus; the legions of secret societies whose members are all sworn to blood oaths.
It almost seems that there are not many regular people.

Do your "hallucinated" people ever have anything of value to offer in their conversations, either to you personally or about the world in general - such as the subject ot this thread? I once read about a Dr. who talked with the visions and voices of his patients - thru the patient of course. One of them did solve a building maintenance problem at the hospital. The more intelligent people have more intelligent "hallucinations/visions".

article 1 specifically says the crown relinquishes control and claims.....of the new sovereign nation

the only place I sees what you are getting at is at the top where you see all the titles george 3 is given including Prince elector of the holy roman empire..and of the United States


where exactly is all the proof that the crown really never left america again and they own us?

the treaty also basically says we all intend to remain friends and close due to the previous bonds
