How is not ignorant to deface a prophet when one knows' already it goes against muslim law and is offending to all muslims?

Just as ignorant as walking into a nieghborhood yelling the n-word.

Ill back later to crack you up some more, and I'll be playing the Sands' hotel and Casino on sunday in atlantic city, and the laugh factory next ash wendsday. Call for tickets.

Seriously, though, I was just suprised, I have friends in the room with me right now who feel like you, I'm just suprised.

Maybe any thread about this topic should be banned from ATS, since denying interest is the motto.

I care not if you are muslim, or any other religion for that matter. in reference to the quoted section of your earlier post, that is a threat by you towards the South Park people. I did pose a couple of questions to you though, see no answers though.

No, but you can fight fire with water... which is exactly what ANON did when they threw a heaping, ice-cold bucket of it all over their homepage.

Anonymous is only stirring things up here. Just what the hell is that supposed to accomplish? This only just made things worse and people are probably going to die today, thanks to anonymous. Way to go dumb ass. It only means that the creators have to buy protection from body guards.

P.S. you want to get acquainted with death, this is the way to go.

How is it defacing a prophet if I don't agree he is a prophet? Muslim law is not the law of the planet is it?

So instead of standing up to extremism, instead of telling those close-minded hypocrites that threats, as thinly veiled as they might be, will not be tolerated by those who truly do believe in free speech, you'd cower at the first sign of trouble due to a CARTOON? What a stand-up example of bravery you are...

Southpark has Jesus Christ as a repeating character as well.

I have no patience for intolerance...by racists or extemists.

Southpark can depict the Prophet Mohammed as peter pan getting it on with a Donkey for all I care...ditto Jesus Christ. If it threatens someones faith then they need to re-examine thier faith. If it offends them then protest the network, don't murder people. I would simply change the channel, but I will defend thier right to air it.

If God/Allah has issue with the depictions let him take it up with them or me for my tolerance directly. We are God's children, no one elses and frankly I think God has a unique dislike of those that ursurp his authority and murder his children and claim it is his will.

How did jesus pray, read the bible.

He prayed like a muslim, and that is in the bible.

Jesus is a prophet, and so is mohammad, that information is in your books as well.

Encyclopedia britanica states mohammad is the most influencial person ever to live.

It only took them 600 years to destroy what jesus did, and said. They must have had alot of help.

But I just saw the guy who was on CNN last week say something about this already.

You are confusing everything.

Please go through this all again.

Are you saying there are multiple hoaxes connected to this?

And that the guy who was on CNN making the threats is a hoax? Because this same guy was making comments today about his website being hacked.

So is this multiple hoaxes, and the original site never got hacked?

You have to understand your post on the last page is very hard to understand it is worded so hastily.

I don't stand up for ANY religion, what-so-ever. PERIOD. Nothing else about it. Gods from the sky, surely not mythical, magical noahs ark bs, people turn into salt when they look back.

We are experiments by hybrids, built to survive, however, we are not the type of humanity that they wanted us to be.

To answer that, there is extremism in ALL Religions. All kinds of levels of extremism. No question about it.

I do not cower since it is not MY fight. Can't get any more clear than that. These, "Creators" of south park knew the dangers, and they knew that the religion they were going to smear is taken seriously by life and death situation.

Stand up for who? Who exactly in this race we call humanity is worth standing up for? I stand for none but those whom seek the truth about our real creators, misinterpreted as gods.

I know people might not like revolution muslim at all and stuff, which is understandable.

But they have a point and south park doesn't.

I beg to differ.

Indeed, RevolutionMuslim DID have a point. Their point translates to "Youse guys could wake up dead if youse don' straighten out and get wit our program, yuhknowwhuddimean?"

My point of divergence is where you claim South Park didn't have a point. South Park is all about satire, in this case political. Satire ALWAYS has a point to make. That is the purpose for it. The Point made here is that a few wackos are attempting to control a huge majority of people, using psychological pressure and threats of violence to get their way. The South Park episodes in question, portraying the entire town as scared silly of offending Muslims by depicting Mohammed in the wake of the Danish Cartoon debacle had a very serious point to make indeed.

Radical Muslims have left themselves wide open to political and satirical attack by perverting their religion into a mere political movement.

Fair game.

What south park is doing is comparable to a white person walking into an all black neighborhood and yelling the n-word outloud.
(kind of what bruce willis was doing in die hard in harlem) Except no body is forcing them to deface mohammad, and they aren't doing it to save lives.

Your application of the n-word to the prophet offends me. Should I make some sort of threat, curtail your free speech, or counter it logically and verbally, since it was a verbal slur?

Your choice. It's a free country, after all.

These south park guys are making a huge mistake. They should know better.\
Some things you just shouldn't do in life, and this is one of them.

Darn. I hate it when warnings are issued to 'stay outta OUR neighborhood'. Next thing you know, the fine folks in that neighborhood are going to be complaining with declarations of 'well there goes the neighborhood' if folks like me try to move in.

History DOES repeat itself, eh?

Teaching young, impressionable people that this is o.k. is suicidal.

I submit that teaching these same 'young impressionable minds' that it's ok to kill off folks who may slight their religion is the original bit of 'not o.k.'. I would prefer that they be taught that their god is powerful enough to take care of himself, and not have to rely on mere human intervention.

That would clear up a lot, now wouldn't it?

I don't think they are going to make it out of this neighborhood alive, unfortunately, especially because they just walked into a neighborhood where they don't belong, and know nothing about.

Wow. The "stay outta dis neighborhood, youse guys" warning again. That's a sure way to gain unwanted attention. I submit that if said neighbor hood is THAT dangerous, perhaps it should consider relocating, to a more amenable culture more in line with it's own values, before society in the host culture moves to protect itself from the danger.

History is full of examples of what happens in that unhappy event as well.
