Okay regardless of where you stand on the birth certificate Obama is NOT eligible to be president. He was born where even then he admits he moved and went to school in Indonesia. Indonesia Only allows citizens to attend school Thus for obama had to have become an Indonesia citizen. How is this important?? Well Indonesia did not have duel citizenship with america at that time their for Obama would have had to wave his American citizenship. That means if he wanted to come back to america he would need to become a naturalized citizen. The Constitution states that ONLY a Natural born Citizen can be president.

It has been over a year since he was elected. So, in my opinion, there is either (A) some truth to all of this, or (B) someone wants to drive a major wedge between the American people.

I think it is a little bit of both. I have no proof of anything, just my personal opinion.

The article claims that members of the supreme court 'know' Obama is not a natural born. Im sorry but are these guys mind readers? How do they 'know'? When did any of the supreme court members make the statement the the president was not natural born? The answer is never. So why does the article make this claim with nothing to back it? I'll tell you why, because they are lying again.

The article again uses the common birther accusation of Obama spending $2 million. WHERE is the source for this figure and what are they spending it on if the law does not require them to?

Nobody spends $2 million in legal fees to hide an authentic birth certificate.

Wheres the source for the figure?? Why do birthers continue to spread this around as fact when they themselves dont hold any sources to it?

The entire article then continues on about more suspicions and what he she said but it continues to offer no solid evidence that the president was born off US soil. So there for the entire title is false.

Birthers are yet to prove his not eligible. They base their entire case of what he/she said, or speculation. That is not evidence.

Aside from the fact citizenship was not the requirement Obama was not eligible at the time regardless of whether his mother was married to a national or not. According to the mixed marriage laws of Indonesian 1945 constitution the president was not eligible to be a citizen on the case that he was not young enough to automatically gain citizenship (under 5 years) and had not resided in Indonesia for atleast 5 years to be eligible for citizenship:

CanadaFreePress (a blog, not a news outlet), always comes up with sensationalist articles and rarely cites any sources.

It is like the political equivalent of Wayne Madsen or Sorcha Faal. .

I think the strategy employed here is: If you throw out enough horse dung, some of it will stick. The people who want to believe, will believe irregardless of lack of evidence. Who knows? They might even tell a neighbor or two who are too busy or lazy to research the issue for themselves. .

This is how the game of damaging your opponent through carefully spread lies and innuendo is played.

What is this an Eddie Murphy post? Right, as long as the person is white, they could be Vulcan's or Romulan's, just as long as their white. Every time i click a birth certificate link....it's always the same BS i've seen months ago. The same retreads....just a different source...but same info....which Southern Guardian has shown to have no real viable proof.

FOr cripes sakes people....Clinton was impeached for a BJ....if EVERYONE in Washington knows...why not go for it?

Clinton was impeached, and not for having extramarital sex, but for lying under oath about it. Clinton was only the second President to ever suffer the humiliation of impeachment, the first being Andrew Johnson. Clinton was not nearly impeached, he was impeached. If there is anything to this birth certificate then sooner or later the truth will come out, and then, unlike Clinton or Johnson, who were merely censured and not removed from office, Obama will be removed from office...if there is any truth to this birth certificate issue.

You've confused citizen with resident. You quote the specific provisions that limit certain rights only to CITIZENs. Obama had to be a citizen, according to your own rendition of "facts."

Yes he was impeached, don't know why I added "Nearly" in there (will fix it)...and yes it was for lying under oath...about a BJ.

I remember poll after poll back then (was still in high school) showing that people didn't care. I didn't even know anyone that cared. Of course, I didn't care about politics then either. Most didn't....although more do know.

The point I'm making is that if the evidence was there...it would have been done already.

Until then all of this is a waste of time.

The birthers are just mad as hell that an uppity negro from Chicago has already become a much more successful president than the slack-jawed hilljack favorite, Dubya Bush.
