Might sound obvious but is your computer volume up? I couldn't get any to work, then i found out my kids had turned the sound off at the little speaker icon in the tray at the bottom of the screen!

If you are on a Mac, click on the download in the downloads folder. It should pop right up. You may need to hit the play button on the QT window.

I can hear them clear but the sound goes in and out. I tried cleaning my computer, I even went outside to get more signal on my piece of crap sprint datacard. I can't get any signal, I think that is the problem. I hate this stupid card!

I know little about computers so any suggestions i make will be basic and probably obvious. Are you using external speakers and if so are they plugged in properly? (Another problem i've had recently.)

On the plus side, as someone has just said, i love being able to listen to AND read ATS at the same time....and to think they said guys couldn't multi-task!
