One of our own, the infamous, lovable and brilliant ATS Moderator "nefermore" has been working his heart out creating the first, LIVE ATS Internet Radio Station.

Tonight, Saturday 10 April, 2010, the first beta run for public consumption goes live at 7PM Eastern Time (us)/ Midnight GMT.

Five hours of live broadcast is quite an undertaking.

Is there enough material to last the whole duration?

Will there be a dial in number to allow for listener participation?

We'll be on from 7-10EST , which is three hours

So..it's going to be on skype?

Its a hybrid system. You'd be suprised.

The technology is held together by bits of string and sticky tape.

However when I clicked the link it said I didn't have the right plug-in. Would it be possible to make the broadcast QuickTime compatible rather than necessitating a (massive) WM Player download?

Are listeners able to "call-in" or suggest topic ideas via chat room, etc?
Just wondering! Either way, I'll be listenin'.

If you go to ATS LIVE! and go to the bottom, you will see the options available
