Well when you read my posts you will realize that I am in the dark about the 'military' aspect as much as anyone, and have stated at least once that in my opinion the plan rests on that part becoming valid.

There is an article in the Washington post with some different info-

30-plus governors told to quit in letters from Guardians of the Free Republics

The letters from the group, Guardians of the Free Republics, do not threaten violence, according to officials in Richmond and Washington. No arrests have been made.

Finally, some truth.

Bruce Hoffman, a professor at Georgetown University who has studied anti-government groups for more than two decades, said the delivery of the demands -- to so many governors -- is unprecedented.

Unprecedented.

Mark Potok, an editor at the Southern Poverty Law Center who tracks extremists and hate speech, said the group stems from the "sovereign citizen" movement, including those who do not believe in paying taxes or abiding by zoning or other regulations. Some contend that a person has not committed a crime if there is no complaining witness.

The SPLC of course gives this statement. Of course gets the crime part totally wrong. There is no crime if there is no victim!

Governors who received the letters include Tim Pawlenty (R) of Minnesota, Jennifer M. Granholm (D) of Michigan, Bobby Jindal (R) of Louisiana, Chet Culver (D) of Iowa, Brad Henry (D) of Oklahoma and Mike Rounds (R) of South Dakota. The FBI expects that all 50 governors will eventually receive such letters.

Notice the part that says the FBI states all of the governors will get the letters. Hmmmm? Are they implying they are helping or will not impede?

Well, lets just say this, it's a backbone provider link, and that is all. ARPANET isn't government owned anymore, iirc.

As of now, this is how i understand this. PLEASE correct me if i am wrong in what im saying.

50 governors were served friday. They were told they have 3 days to step down, or they will be removed.

all we have to do is wait until monday (at noon, or 9am, whichever you guys like) after that, if no one stepped down, then well... this was all fluff and talk.

I hope this is legit as tim is making it out to be, but going back with A&E to my local senators office. We basically told them that if they knew or had information regarding treason, they are obligated to investigate. if they dont, they could be charged with treason 2-7 years in prison + fines.

since that didn't happen, i don't think this can, but i AM crossing my fingers...

I see several people on these threads talking about "zero hour", and eagerly anticipating the very second 72 hours has come and gone hoping for "action".

For the sake of examining what might happen after such time, lets just, for a moment, say that the wording has been carefully engineered and legally "said demands" by law must be met.

Let's also say, that some or all of the governors laughed at the demands, filed them in the trash bin, and did not respond.

What's not going to happen, is a bunch of armed "sovereigns" hollering and pushing their way through the capitols with a noose-tied rope.

All it would mean is, that the governors did not respond in the time frame demanded in the content of the letter.

It's not like when you were a kid and your parents said "We want you out of the house by the end of the week"... and then drug you out by your ear because you weren't gone. (oh wait... that was me. )

More likely, since it can then be shown that there was no response, further action could be taken, by whatever legal means, to start the process of "eviction" if you will.

So no, there won't be a shootout in your capitol building Monday, and you might not even hear anything about it. My guess is either an announcement at the gotfr website addressing it, or Tim Turner's next radio show.


As a disclaimer, I'm not in any way associated with this movement, and have only been looking into it since TA first posted the story a couple days ago. I just thought I'd add my two cents about this "zero hour" hype I keep coming across.
