How about a concerned ATS member travel to his Governor's office and arrange a short meeting (less than 5 minutes would be required) to ask ONE question.

"Have you been 'served notice' by either a Provost Marshall or someone else, in the past 72 hours?"

Of course -- they might lie. But, if enough members of the board take it upon themselves ... maybe we might find out. Maybe 1 in 5 state governors might admit, maybe less.

Why not just go and ask?

Even if the woman is a fruitcake, all the other info in this thread points to the fact that this might actually be true, but I'm not ready to say it's true yet. It would be like a wet dream if it is true to most true blooded Americans.

As i said, i'm not American and do not live there or i would do it myself. Should be simple enough, yes?

I can't believe no one to this point has pointed out how ludicrous the idea of freezing all mortgages and ending the dollar overnight would be.

I'd love for these freedom fighters to explain to me just how they are going to let everyone's money disappear into thin air, create their own new "freedom currency" and not have a major civil war on their hands? If you think for one second that this country would welcome a concept like this with open arms, you are sorely mistaken. IF the US military did stage a coup, they would have to a much better plan then "prepare yourselves" because they'd likely be fighting their own country and a handful of others like Russia and China that saw an opportunity to end this mess once and for all, and get some cheap and much needed land.

Well I don't fully agree that it would be total anarchy. This is the restoration of the republic, and it will be done slowly. Those that are behind this plan know fully well that too many Americans are unaware of reality and will have to be educated. The immediate goal is to stop prosecution of people without an injured party, and to stop the debt collapse. It sounds like there would be an even better 'teet' setup for those that need assistance. But it is best if people learn to help themselves of course.

Okay, this is a page of definitions of what various terms mean when referred to in law, legal documents, etc. The US government can sometimes find it necessary to set up corporations for various uses. Some of these are The Tennessee Vally Authority, Amtrak the US Postal Service, among others. The various states can also own corporations, such as most local lotteries and things like that.

Such corporations have precedent going back to before the US was even founded with British corporations such as the British East India Company and the various joint stock corporations which were the basis for the founding of many of the original 13 American colonies that eventually became our first states.

All this is saying is that a corporation owned by the United States government shall be referred to as "United States" in documents, cases and rulings, etc.

The thing is this has been in preparation for months. I was wondering when a thread about it would pop up on ATS, and it took until today. There have been other threads discussing Secured Party Creditors, but none about the Restore America Plan. I would say they have done a decent job of keeping it underwraps.

Heck the only direct source of information has been those couple websites, and the talkshoe episodes that I posted in previous message. But how many people are going to take the many hours of their lives and listen to it themselves? Not many.

edit2: also, there are parts of the plan that the main actors are most definitely not addressing to the public. This has caused many people to complain of course, thinking they have the right to full disclosure, and thinking that if we are not being told everything that is going on behind the scenes, than it must all be hogwash. But if the military is truly involved, you can bet there is some opsec.

Alright, folks have kicked the chaff off. Thanks everyone. I quit commenting awhile back because I get really pissed, very easily.

Quick breakdown, if you do not know what Common law is. The Constitution was written in Common law. It is base on Natural law. This is also called God's law.

To deal with law early on, certain things were set up from the different religions. It changed into Natural law then to Common law. The basic tenet of criminal Common law is, there HAS to be a victim. If no victim, no law has been broken.

Here is the whole kit and kabootle. If you know me this is what all Common law derives from. You have three absolute rights, Life, Liberty, and Property. Not Pursuit of Happiness. The founders did that so that slavery could be abolished. Even though back then a lot of them owned slaves. They wanted to get rid of it but they could not at that time.

Now back to the Absolute Rights of Life, Liberty and Property. You have these absolute rights but you may not hurt someone else or infringe upon their Absolute Rights.

That is it. Now they have the Common Law courts, contracting, affidavits, and a few more things. All of this you may have heard about in the Sovereign Citizen movement or the Freeman on the land movement.

There is one more basic set of laws from back then. The Maritime/Admirality law, this has to do with law on the seas. Different because you have to have military discipline on a ship, enforced by a Captain. This I do not know to much about. But it is much more strict.

Also Equity Law

I have been studying this for the past 4 months. It is not just a FAD. It is a real movement.

Okay, what we are ruled under now is called UCC or Uniform Commercial Code. This is a bastardized version of Maritime?Admiralty and Equity. It was created to contain us all in this legal fiction. Called a strawman. You need to read this next link because I could go on for ever.

Now, what they are proposing is to go back to before the Corporations have any power. To remove those powers over us and make us Sovereign again instead of legal fictions, persons or strawmen.
