i beleive this to be true on the basis that i have been trying to understand how to do this myself for a while and beleive the common law of the land trumps any law created after the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA corp was set up and indeed the states themselves allow congress to express their rights as set up in the constitution and AT THE DESCRISION OF THE STATES THEMSELFS ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE under common law

Just to clarify, why isn;t it plausible that the reason for the militia roundup was because of their knowledge of the retaking of america? Perhaps they simply shouldn't have had a website?

Try this link www.tpuc.org... The Guys at TPUC are teaching folks in England, Australia, and New Zealand how to do this. That are doing some great stuff. Those countries have also become Private Corporations and can be dealt with much the same way.

I like your attitude already. This is about research. So here, have a star- for joining and looking into this. The Skunk Works forum is for threads that propose outrageous ideas, need more vetting, and things like that.

Also, a massive thank you to those in this thread that get that, have brought links to the thread to help understand this, and are keeping an open mind until we can definitely call this a hoax. But so far, this appears to be real, at least to the degree that a lot of people are involved, and there are quite a few people talking about it.

I do not believe this will get the support of the military, because we all know there is an agenda in the high ranks in our military to making Billions of dollars with their two illegal wars they have.
We all know how corrupt General Petraeus is, come on people lets get real here.
In fact, this agenda to assume they can take control of our government will never happened, and this method has not been proven to work yet in any country.

Why is it that only a few select people seem to know about this? Red flag there.

People need SOURCES....CONFIRMED sources...otherwise it's just a rumor. It's been done MANY MANY MANY times on the Internet, and until there is some validation, it's just squawking on the web.

This thread is full of relevant links to sites showing that this information is bigger than her youtube video. Is she a crackpot? Probably. But does that mean the information she passed on is BS? Not necessarily. And the fact that this has appeared on infowars also makes this story BS? Not at all. Just because someone or some organization of questionable credibility passes on the report of a story, does not immediately negate the relevance of the story in question. The other thing that is odd about the timing of this, was that post last Friday by the US Marine talking about how he'd accept orders to fight Americans if those Americans declared Civil War.

1 day after he posted that, I posted the thread here at ATS about it, then later that day all the FBI raids began, and now we have this whole Provost Marshall thing going on.

It's like each event is occurring in a particular sequence that spells out something big is going on behind the curtains. Maybe that's what all the FBI raids are about, but I'll guess we'll find out Wednesday whether it's really going down or not!!
