I think it's obvious that the majority of people who have a problem with the health care bill are expressing a conservative viewpoint. That's right, the viewpoint that says "I don't want to pay more taxes" and "the government should stay out of private enterprise" are notoriously right wing points of view. Call it what you want, but for the sake simplicity you can just call them conservatives, or republicans.

Where is all this majority this.. majority that BS coming from? THAT is what is wrong with this country.. people don't even know what it stands for..
Your post like your previous one made NO SENSE. I'll try to help you out anyways. Majority vote: the option that receives the most representative votes wins (as in a Democracy... look it up). While I don't necessarily believe a 2 party system is a true democracy, it's slightly better then rule by decree. Try thinking more and posting less.

For that I do apologize. It was the conservative uproar that I read prior to authoring this thread that had me up in arms. I did not mean to imply that all who oppose this bill are conservatives, but it seems quite clear that all who are conservatives are opposed to this bill, but they are not the only ones. Hell, I'm not crazy about the damn thing myself. My point is that there are far more dangerous and pressing legislative needs before us, but the puppet masters in DC have got us arguing about minucia such as this, while completely ignoring the things that will bring us down economically if we do nothing.... So that we do nothing...

Perhaps, but it has been my experience that such threads die quickly without any debate or exchange of ideas... At least that is being accomplished here, even if it starts out as a rant...

It's quite simple. Obama ignored the wishes of the majority of the American people and decided to pass this ridiculous bill anyways. It's not about the democrats or the republicans actually, its about the people.
It's a shame your thread is riddled with grammatical errors and you are the one calling people stupid. I love the smell of hypocrisy in the morning.

He did do this for the people. Not for big bankers or rise gas prices like bush did for him and his buddy's. He was actually thinking about the people. I have ALLOT of respect for our president.
