And you've been to Mars and seen this gorilla in person have you? Did you go there and eat bananas and swing in trees? If not how would you know for certain it isn't real. Why is it so hard to believe there is a gorilla on Mars? Your post sir, is garbage not the picture in question. In FACT, there is more evidence here to prove it's genuine. Just look at the photo comparisons of gorillas on Earth to the one on Mars. You honestly can't say that they don't look similar therefore the ball is in your court. Think before you type next time.

and Two: Because if you had of read the thread all the way through you would have found the rest of the images from the sequence that clearly show that the beloved gorilla that you fight tooth and nail over, that your willing to demean another member over for calling them rocks is.. well...

Awesome, first a blurry big-foot on Mars and now King Kong. I'm all for it. It makes an interesting read!

The detail of the rock is as crafty IMO as the face on Mars, so it's one for the books!

They could at least drive that rover out to the giant robot anomoly though! Well, I say robot - the theme here means it's probably just a giantic rock that "co-incidentally" looks like it...

This is a rock formation as the majority of the people on this thread are aware but what i find amazing is the amount of people who will take one look at it and that will be good enough proof that there is something living on Mars.

OMG is a Silicate lifeform in the shape of a Gorilla!

Or its a rock.

I'm leaning toward rock I think.

Does anyone else see clear footprints around the front of the lander? They remind me of the footprints left by the astonauts on the 'moon'.

I suppose you are talking about the marks made by the rover wheels, you can notice that they are continuous except when they pass over rocks.

Ok, it's clearly a gorilla looking at this sweet black thingy at the top left of the picture! You know, a stone gorilla doesnt see everyday this kind of thing in his martian sky... Or does he ...?

I am gonna say rock that was carved by martians years ago before they came to earth and bred with us. Now tell me what I win.

I'd be pleasantly surprised if this was real but I'm leaning towards it being forged due to 1). The Sun isn't credible...whatsoever... and 2). It looks like the body of a gorilla and a rock that resembles a head/face was placed on that body. The tones dont match at all and the face truly looks like a rock that people would say looks like a face in those martian surface pictures.

It would certainly be a massive discovery if true...but this looks sketchy.

The 8th reply on the first page clearly shows that this photo is not doctored. We know that the Sun is garbage but come on. You gotta admit that they would at least read the first page of a freaking thread before writing a story on it. Geez!
