Atheists offer porn for bibles

This tactic by the atheist’s brigade is disgusting and no I am not some prude with a downer on porn.

What business is it to an atheist if someone wants to practice their religion as long as they keep it to themselves and do not try to inflict their believe system onto another?

Those atheists who are resorting to this despicable behaviour paint all atheists in a very negative light and I for one do not support such low actions. Sure it could be seen as being quite funny on some level but on another level this could be seen as the thin end of the wedge.

I can see where this is heading and it “ain’t” funny and yes there will be blood if it continues because we are good at games of escalation!

That is true, as a Christian I am a friend of Israel. That doesn't mean I have to condone the actions of Israel or it's people and that doesn't mean I can't think they don't need to learn a valuable lesson.

He is taking a pretty closed minded view of that.

Always state your mind. Don't ever let anyone take that away from you for any reason!

I'm just curious, how old are you? Haven't you ever heard of airbrushing? Do you really think that all those people are perfect?

It amazes me how easy it is for some people to stereotype an entire group, in this case atheists, based on a single incident by a handful of college kids. That's like someone stereotyping all Christians as religious zealots or all Muslims as terrorists.

Come on people, take it for the singular incident that it is and quit trying to paint groups of people who may not necessarily share your views with unjustly broad brush strokes.

This is going to hurt atheism. This group and any group for that matter, should think long and hard before acting. They should have thought of the good of the cause... it's still pretty funny.

Something like this happened to me:
I was religious when I was little, then I turned atheist for a while, then I turned spiritual and then I became agnostic (not an atheist and spiritual at the time) and now I am spiritual again.

Yep, sounds a bit like my religious past.

Have been told that I visited a Catholic pre-school when I was only 4, where I was banned bc I tried to look under a nun's skirts haha Have no memory of that what so ever.

Forgot about "God" till I was 9, the I learned songs with the name of Jesus and Biblic events.

When my grandma died (who brought me up the first 5 years of my life), I was 12 ..... I remember she came to ' visit ' me, after the funeral.

I lived in a strongly Dutch Reformed family back then and struggeled with the "Jesus' and " Bible' concept during my pre-adolecense.

Have had an interest in ANY world religion or ' believe' (like Buddism) since .....

Since then I call myself: multi-religious.

Am deffo NOT an atheist. I believe in an Alchemic Universe what comes from but 1 source: the NILFIELD!

So I believe ' God' IS but ' it' is Consiouness before Creation.

Wow, you don't know much about addiction do you? Maybe you're a rock of self control and immune to you're brain, but having looked at porn since I was eleven years old, its safe to say that I have some physical hardwiring!

I am "addicted" because those "horny" chemicals are triggered by porn more so than my fiancee (and she is hot if I say so myself)...I have been doing much better, but its WORSE THAN CIGARETTES as far as the desire to watch it. Seriously, I quit smoking far more easily.

Don't talk about something you haven't experienced in absolute terms.

In a better example, if you put a stack of my favorite porn categories in front of me and a bunch of fine ladies of my preference next to them... I would more than likely go for the stack of porn.

sorry bud but as a retired bartender i've forgotten more about addictions than most people will ever know.

people develop addictions to alcohol,heroin and meth.
people develop dependencies on coc aine,nicotine,caffine and other chemicals.
people do not become addicted or dependant to naked photographs and video clips.
there may be a obsessive compulsive thing going on but no addiction.

just because you really like something doesn't make it addictive.
if it is medically dangerous to stop cold turkey then it is an addiction.
