A Strange Feeling as of Late...

Tonight was truly epic.

I went to a very nice no drama party; they had good music going. I even hopped on the mic and freestyled. I can't believe I did it but I did and I got a big round of applause.

My magic stick was with me at this party, and it was a great conversation starter.

I was really attracting female attention, and it has greatly bolstered my confidence and energy levels.

I can't wait till I actually get to meet and nice chick and have some fun.

On my walk back to my car, I looked up to the half moon and the stars overlooking the ocean, and I thought of you all, and how I was sharing this awesome moment and energy with you all.

Ever put any thought into beginning some sort of shamanic training?

So I woke up this morning with a renewal of energy...ever after yesterday's heartbreaking loss at the Sabres Hockey game....

I found myself going to bed right when I needed to (after two weeks of staying out till 0300), and I got up right when I needed to, with a fresh pair of eyes, a soul renewal, and an excitement surrounding me. Most people dread Monday mornings (and I used to be one of them), but the thought of going back to work with my little ones at school has really refreshed me. I've spent the majority of the morning working out an awesome set of lesson plans for the week with lots of videos and games to hopefully teach them a thing or two about the music world.

The thing that I find very interesting in all of this is the level of intelligence in our very young members of society. While many are silent thinkers, I can see the processes going on in their brain. They are computing, categorizing, compiling, and storing information faster than the fastest supercomputer on Earth. Never in my years of working with youth have I found kids more intelligent than the ones that I am currently working with. This new generation is very peculiar in their habits, their speech, their mannerisms, and their compassion for one another. It pains me to think about what may become of them should SHTF. While I cannot directly "prepare" them for whatever comes, I can indirectly give them the skills that they will need to develop into the people that we will need down the road: the thinkers, the innovaters, the leaders. The people that we will need the most.

The other thing that I find very interesting is the exchange of energy that I share with the students that I am working with. To me, it feels as if we are almost on the same wavelength spiritually speaking. While kids will be kids, and there will always be that little bit of fighting, broken egos, etc., these kids display an energy pattern that I have never detected on any other set of students that I have worked with. The radiance that exudes from them is almost blinding at times, and it is a very refreshing feeling.

I have read a lot about the Indigo theory, and I've taken the Indigo test several times. Of course, according to the test, I am considered an Indigo, although, I don't know how much I really buy into that theory. However, they talk a lot about the Crystal Children (once again a theory I stay skeptical about), and after observing these kids for five weeks, I can see those traits in many, if not most of them. I am starting to wonder if there really is something more to these theories than just New-Age mumbo-jumbo.

I am happy to hear that you had been working with children and observing them.

Everyone of them are precious, for they are our future, indigo, crystal or not. We must teach them well for one day they will rise up against the status quo while we stood still, that we this generation had been apathetic to till too late and seen the cause of our suffering today.

They will be the ones to fulfill mankind's destiny to the stars, which would have been ours had we not been so apathetic and greed filled. We must never allow our mistakes to be passed on to them or make them pay for our mistakes. This is the least we can do for them.

Give them encouragement whenever there is the slightest opportunity to do so, but punish them if they are wrong, but it must always be followed up with explanations as to where they went wrong, so that they will correct them and learn even faster than we had.

As with all things, it is simply this ones perspective. i have never subscribed to the indigo/crystal/etc children idea. i feel that it is the natural progress of mankind, but is a result of overall changes in the environment, including everything from the parents, to technology, to changes in information dissemination, to the overall "status" of the planet and universe on every applicable level. So, for this one, rather than thinking it is a result of reincarnated beings from other systems, i feel it is a result of progress within this specific human environment, perhaps on some levels that are not readily observable as well (spiritual, or energetic, if you will). For what its worth, i have been labelled as an indigo by many people through the years. i take it more in the context of us all being made of the stars. That doesnt necessarily mean i disregard the possibility of beings from other systems being re-incarnated, just that the definition of the new age "star child" is more likely a description of a change in the human condition.

At least concerning the technological environment, the younger generations are so used to constant change and progress that "change" in what one thinks is possible is much more open. i think the exponential growth curve of technology might be a factor in how a human consciously approaches the world and the "unknown," as well as many other factors. i find it an interesting topic overall

I was refered to as a crystal child when I was a teenager by a few people, never really took much stock in it tbh. The "symptoms" for being a crystal/indigo child can apply to any number of people.

An Indigo Children is reportedly very resistant to authority, has a sense of himself as supremely worthy, and bears an overweening confidence in his own place in the world. When others do not share the child's exalted opinion of himself, the Indigo children tends to turn inward, making him seem shy or antisocial.

Sounds like a typical teenager to me. I think some of the the "signs" possibly indicate autism, but then what do I know

Now, I have nothing against it, it could turn out that some of these childen are different or more aware but I think a lot of people use it as a way to think they're more special than others. Use it as an excuse for how they act, that they're better than anyone else, their way or the highway etc.

Categorising people into little groups like that, only serves to keep us separate and to further diminish the pieces of the puzzle.

i think the idea that we are all parts of the same whole is obvious to everything but individual perspectives. One either discards it, or tries to understand the entire whole through one part. We should only aim to understand the whole OF the part, but the first reaction is attempt to have everything exist solely within our own perspective, including others perspectives. i feel this is because of human logic saying that if it is all "one," then "i" should be able to experience all things within my own mental perspective. It was only arrogance that led this one to think such things. It was in the understanding that we are, individually, "whole parts of the whole" that the proper items of awareness started to make themselves clear.

Common thing? Wellllll maybe, just a feeling I get with some names/texts, that they need to be written/read backwards, I've always been a bit weird like that

Hard to explain, it's just something I've always done. A few months back I had a similar feeling when someone here on ATS described a vision they'd had while meditating which included some spoken things. Long story short, after some investigation I discovered that it was several phrases of latin written backwards with the letters in a non-obvious way ie separated and such. I was never taught latin so couldn't have known.

Probably my brain always trying to find patterns in things

i did just want to say that while i personally feel this is a lesson humanity needs to learn, this thread has shown how to do it. We all have enough confidence in our own experience that we are actively trying to learn from one another, openly. We have seen things differently, and by explaining ourselves openly, helped each other learn how varied the iterations of perspective can truly be. There is no division here, only differing viewpoints and curious minds all cooperating and learning freely from one another. The extent to which one has taken advantage of it will be individual, but overall, its just a nice thing to see.

I am about to take a 60 minute nap.

Hey all,

I haven't posted in a while as I haven't really had anything to share. I am in a good place these days, but concerned about things in general. My dreams are fragmented at best so not much to share on that front. I did have a weird thing occur the other night. It was about 9pm and I was watching the local news about the severe weather we have had lately (I live near St. Louis, MO). I have a digital tv with a digital antenna and it freezes up from time to time and a still image appears on the tv for a second or two of whatever show I am watching. I'm sure you've all had this issue if you have a digital antenna. Anyway, this time the image didn't freeze on what I was watching. Instead, it froze on a close up image of the Sun. The entire screen was yellow with the Sun in the upper left hand side. It didn't look like an image from some show, but more like someone put a still image on the screen like a digital picture frame. It was just odd to me for some reason and the image was on there for a good 30 seconds to a minute. I just kind of sat there and stared at it. Then the news came back on and things felt normal again. It was just an odd feeling and once it was gone I got up and walked around a bit.

Anyways, figured I'd share so that I actually had something to contribute. Hope everyone is good.

That thing about the sun is pretty strange sounding to me, surreal even. Like something out of a Twilight Zone episode or some freaky movie like.... what was that movie I saw.... crap I can't remember it. Ah! The Ring! I know not exactly, but I mean the way it might have looked to you. The strangeness of it, not the actual subject matter. Bah, I just want to say thanks for posting, I found it extremely thought provoking. I wonder if others have had a similar experience. Maybe you could make a thread about it and find out? I'd be interested to know.

I woke up very early this morning.

Feels good actually!

I only got about 5 and a half hours of sleep, yet I feel completely rested and strangely awake.

May do the thing where I stay up for a bit then go back to sleep, a technique said to induce lucid dreaming.

Very excited about today. It has started out positive!

I have a strange feeling RIGHT NOW. A really strange feeling!

I've been feeling like I was in a dream all day and I think things are about to get crazy.

I'm really beginning to wonder if there is indeed a media cover up going on.

Despite my very.. earnest desire to sleep, I simply can't put my head to the pillow and get more than a few minutes relaxation. Something is.. bothering me. I'm not sure what. It's been a couple days now and I usually keep regular hours. It's like.. like hearing something just barely within your hearing range, but not acutely enough to know what direction it's coming from or what the sound truly sounds like. You know something has to cause the sound, but it's not something you remember hearing before.. something new.. cause and effect.

I'm going to try to sleep but I really have the feeling I'm going to need to drug myself to get it. I hate doing that.

Yeah I'm feeling really awesome right now.

Just woke up and I'm still in a good mood.

Last night I manifested something incredible. So amazing I will have to write a thread about it and link it here.
