Nothing in the U.S. Constitution authorizes federal involvement in education, so your little pretend point there is moot.

One cannot consent to a birth certificate or an SSN when they are an infant.

You know I am always amazed at how there is such a large group of people in society who just go through life happy as hell to pay their taxes. What did they do give those peope a lobotomy at birth?
