ATS website mentioned to me by FBI agent today...ON A TRAFFIC STOP![UPDATE]

I suppose they have to keep track of how many people are 'denying' now days.
Its good that i dont have to parro' about the feds! Now I can stop hiding in my wardrobe and carry on with building my own time machine,ufo,back to the future style hoverboard and guitar all in one.

Heck I would of given the FBI dude the quick all time 50 questions quiz etc. With the first question being;-
Was J Edgar Hoover really a cross-dressing sado-masochistic Homosexual that everyone has been gossiping about for the last 60 years etc.

I'm not surprised, on multiple levels. There can be serious discourse on here that is productive and innovative. Most of us here are pretty smart ( as a demographic ). I've assumed from the very start that ATS would be monitored. Actually, I'm glad that it is. Fringe opinions from either end of the spectrum can get nutty at times, but some great things come from the middle here. I'm glad that they get exposed to real opinions and get a sampling of what real people think about all of this stuff. They should know how people think and feel. I just hope they use that knowledge to temper their decision making towards the positive. That may be wishful thinking, and I accept that. We all know what the score is anyway. Look at where we're at !

I've been accused of being "a Fed", or the CIA on one my threads for my opinion here in the past. I laughed so hard! Some folks just don't get it.

Again, each FBI agent is a person. As a whole, they are an organization. They have rumors and inside jokes and myths just like any corporation or school or clique has.

Unless this guy worked with JEH back in the day, he would not know. If he did work side by side with JEH, he still probably wouldn't know, and if he did know, he wouldn't tell.

If you asked him the other 50 top questions, same scenario.

Now any of the guys I know would love to answer specific questions about their job.

I figured something like this would happen eventually. Not surprised that the feds are listening in...after all they are everywhere. But seriously, I think the government has a lot of other more troubling web sites to worry about. Have you seen some of the vicious content out there? Scary stuff...

ATS is one of the more tame conspiracy forums, so I think we're on even terms with Big Brother.

In the paranoid side, this guy himself could be working for the FBI collecting information in regards.

Yeah, when it is GOOD it is good, and when it is BAD -- it is bad. On balance, the "open-ness" and non-critical stance at least allows a few gems. Lot's of times, wild fantasy but sometimes a gem.

I doubt anyone in the government seriously cares what is said here -- even if they are in charge of keeping Aliens a secret. It doesn't matter what people say -- it's only if we have influence and actually DO. A barking dog is not the one that usually bites.

When I think of fbi, I think how clueless they are in terms of what's really going on. Even presidents don't just get clearance to the special black ops. Sometimes I feel like wearing one of those archaic ear pieces made with the rubber tube, just for laughs, for the sheer irony of it. mkultra is all I care about. Great, OP, that you guys can find the scumbag and chat away about ats on the dime. Wish I had a real paying gig too. But you should know that they are soon going to ask you (order you) to do some really nasty stuff in the name of security, and you should consider that the real criminals are giving the orders.

I am keeping a close watch on the health care nightmare, which is mainly a cash cow for once those technological horrors bear fruit. They have not even started to include 'psychiatric' aspects of this technology in to the 'health care'...that is a whole different half to their evil ambitions. Then, psychiatrists will be as empowered as policemen. This is something I nearly overlooked, until I read some responses here reminding me of it. In my town, a shrink will call and tell anyone who picks up the phone that 'there's something wrong with that guy', and then attempt to go in to detail. That this was a set up, and merely a follow through to the failed hard arrest, matters not. I don't believe I got any more 'far out' than to suggest that I noticed 3 miles on my odometer which were not there the night before, and I asked if perhaps the police borrowed my car. I did not say things about mind control, or about a radio signal that gave off a frequency which interfered with our town's police channel, once the car was started, or about other wild things. I was simply told to sit down and tell an officer about it...and then, three days later, a frightened shrink started calling the house (from the contact number officer friendly had asked for), talking to anyone who happened to answer. This means that a film was made of me in the 'interview' room, that they waited three days in order to hopefully catch the one person that the framing jews KNOW can give me instant hell, and talk to her, rather than to 'contact' me. I could hear the pressure and the fear in the lady shrink's voice, once she managed to talk to me rather than others in the household, and was a little grateful that she was being coerced in to doing this. 'By deception you will war'.... This was lawsuit material, and of course my attorney blew me off, but not before he had been kept up all night by a visitor, according to the building's log. Probably Mister mossad, or Mr. Marconi....

Please remember this: it is BECAUSE of technology that cops are being led to risk their souls. Said tech. is being used in evil ways, no longer to catch the 'biggest scumbag in the county', but to change the way of life, our culture, for the nwo. I don't know why anyone would star the OP. I view psychiatry as the next fascist push. Why? Well, why did Dennis Kucinich suddenly drop his attempt to have e weapons banned, and is now in favor of more gun control???

Think of the big little slip that Kucinich made. Remember to vote him out. This guy knows ALL ABOUT these devices, all the way up to the satellites, and then he caved to pressure. That means that he KNOWS about the evil, and is abetting it, not just doing nothing to stop it. My feeling is that most police have no clue, even the FBI.

Dennis Kucinich went from instant near hero to instant villain, in my book. My 'ticket book', I should say.

A few years ago there was a Member here whom is also someone I know in real life.
He works for our country's NZSIS (sorta like our version of a semi-alphabet agency).

He would often tell me that he and his colleagues regularly visited such sites as this for numerous reasons:

1. For a good laugh at just how 'out there' some of the opinions/theories being expressed were
2. Chances are - as you have mentioned - any 'nut' intent on doing something silly may well frequent these sites.
You want to catch fish, you gotta cast your line into a fishing pond.


As for experience of when ATS crosses over into ones work-life:

As some know I work within Mental Health.
Sitting in a Case Review one day the Psychiatrist discussed their assessment interview of one client.
This client was expressing exceptionally paranoid and delusional beliefs - and apparently was citing ATS as proof of such beliefs.
The Psychiatrist had checked out ATS and made comment to the Team in the Case Review that this site seemed to be quite a hotbed of delusion and paranoia.
Even going so far as putting in his personal opinion that sites such as this should be removed from the Internet as they feed peoples Mental Illness...


Sure as heck didn't mention in that Case Review that I moderated this site...

What makes you think the average everyday federal agent has anything to do with conspiracies anyway?

He would know nothing at all.

He does have similar energy to my own in the way he writes about writing whatever the hell he wants to write about. But if you go back and look you will see the differences in what he has said and what I have said.

Amazingly enough, ALL intelligence and Law Enforcement communities monitor and add to sites like ATS. All of the ones in the free world and a surprising amount of them in the not so free world do.

First and foremost, members of the community tend to be sharp-minded, curious people much like a lot of the rest of you on here. So they read posts that are of interest to them and post on topics that are of interest, but not necessarily job-related.

Second, this is a great place to go to see the ways that some fringe people or groups are trending. Also it allows them to notice some people who can't help but post who may end up being a danger to themselves or others.

Third, it's a good place to find things that are worthy of discussion. As the man said, Law Enforcement people talk to each other just like everyone else, but sometimes, when you've been working with the same person or group for such a long time that you've run out of things to talk about within your own group, this gives one an unending source of topics to discuss, wonder about and to study on their own time.

Thank you for the post and the discussion, this has been one of those times for me.

The agent told me that they DO frequent the site because believe it or not, there are many educated and informed people on here who DO give some great insite into all sorts of topics

I'm sure they do, some of us have catalogued useful sources that would take hours to find themselves. Why not make the job easier, I know I would in their position.

so the FBI admit they come here and you tell us that its nothing to worry about and he had a 15 minute conversation about the government watching people and paranoia, while he was waiting to "speak to" some guy I assume you should not ID.

one FBI agent does not begin to account for the whole for a start, and tbh its not them imo that do the watching, the NSA is, just speculating though.

Cool, that means they probably saw one of my threads. I'm not really scared of the FBI. It's the CIA we might wanna watch out for.

But most of the people on this site are borderline paranoid schitz. Our "sources" tend to be fellow ATSers who live in a world of fantasy and delusion.

Yes, the FBI watches these kind of sites, but only because these sort of sites are prime breeding grounds for extremism, and if there's one thing the world (america) hates, it's extremism.

If I was an FBI agent, I'd be watching this site constantly.

Even though I personally am not in law enforcement but have spoken to numerous officers from your run of the mill mall cops to your Federal agents and can say this :

Any cop can stop anyone for any reason especially if you happen to be in what is called a "high crime", "known gang" or "high drug" area. If say, it's the middle of the day and you are in the only car on a particular strip as well as happen to be the only car on that strip of road, that alone looks suspicious enough to warrant getting asked and occostered. As the cop has no idea if you are there serving as a lookout for law enforcement or are looking to either buy product or merchandise or there to sell product or merchandise.

The 4th Admendment does in deed prohibit against illegal search and siezure however, if the cop has a suspicion that you are under the influence of any intoxicant (illicit, alcohol, prescription) 4th Admendment protection goes right out the window as your state of mind and physical appearance is usually enough to warrant the tossing out.

RCW did perhaps the best move, instead of trusting dude at his word he temporarily confiscated the id card of dude and ran the name on his intranet. When it came back as valid he knew this dude was for real and legit.

ISI, Mossad, MI1 - MI12 all visit here. Even those agencies that "do not exsist"!
