Why is this thread still going? The OP obviously didn't make this thread for any serious debate; it was made to lure in birthers, to piss them off, and to make the thread have countless pages of back and forth arguing where the OP declares he "won" at the end. I don't know whether or not Obama is legit, but at this point, what does it really matter? Even if the whole issue was taken to court and Obama was proven to be an illegal president, the Congress will just pass a 2,000+ page bill in a day that amends the Constitution and allows him to be recognized legally.

Short of a false flag assassination, Obama is not going anywhere, and there's nothing we can do about it.

I also find it strange that even people who voted and support Obama do not use nor say his middle name. At all and that can be said for other Presidents too, but more so with him.

I don't know what you are getting at here, Obama is his last name. I don't remember anyone saying George Walker Bush Jr., or William Jefferson Clinton, or George Herbert Walker Bush Sr..

When you say Obama, everyone knows exactly who you are talking about. (Unless they are a birther, than it's Barry Soetoro) Cause OMG no one has ever used a different name before! They chant that name like it's supposed to lift some magic curse.

Sir, there's no such word as "birther." The term was invented by the Obama administration to defame, ridicule, and disrespect ordinary law-abiding citizens.

How many times does this have to be posted? A small fee to the state of Hawaii would produce whatever piece of paper is on file, be it a real birth certificate or another country's document. J-ROPES (Jones, Reid, Obama Pelosi, Emmanual, Sunstein) could totally shut down and shut up concerned citizens by simply paying the small fee for, and publishing, the real birth certificate. No - they prefer to wage war against responsible law-abiding citizens, and turn our tax dollars against us.

J-ROPES are a bunch of childish cowards - hiding behind propaganda and hero-worship to defraud and defame real Americans, whose tax dollars pay their salaries.

well said, I tend to believe that people who are very trusting of government officials are the ones that are delusional. They (politicians) have to lie in order to keep their jobs, "birthers" or as you put it, normal people who are ridiculed by being called birthers, have no reason to lie. They may be wrong, but they don't have to lie to save their job.

Has anyone else noticed the propensity of fluoride-intoxicated sheeple like the original poster here and/or lamestream media to ascribe a derogatory and sneering sounding descriptive to whatever it is they disagree with? Birther? Truther? Teabagger?

The facts remain that the usurper Commie-in-chief has hidden or sealed a plethora of his background and records, not one person has validated his early childhood, his own campaign and many media sources have named two different Hawaiian hospitals as his birthplace, no one knows who his doctor was, and the list goes on and on. And lest we not forget the unprecedented antics going on with that whacked-out lil B*&$H Hawaiian Dept of Health Director. Her behavior alone commands an investigation!

Most importantly, Hussein Obama (AKA Barry Soetoro) does NOT meet the NATURAL BORN CITIZEN test regardless of where he was born. His own campaign admitted that he was born a British Subject and there is NO WAY anyone can reconcile that with being a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN!!!!!

Stop paying attention to that stupid ditz Orly Taitz! There are many other good patriotic litigators fighting this atrocity. Check them out!

Just feed the fire. It doesn't matter if Obama is eligible for presidency or not. He is a horrible leader anyway. He just knows how to talk real good. He is also suggesting locking people up who may possibly become terrorists in the future... indefinitely.

So, regardless, even if he is legal, he's doing illegal things. That should be enough.

I think the OP is just ignoring the facts necessary to completely delegitimize this entire post. The "birthers", which is a word use by the MSM to discredit individual who are only seeking documents any true natural born citizen can obtain.

I really hope Obama discloses aliens and free energy, because that will make me feel good again about him - like want to. I really want to believe that he is perfectly eligible, but my rationality needs more crisp clean information.

Firstly, no. Believing this rumour does not make you a racist, but like other birthers you're getting the logic the wrong way aruond.

The argument (or one of them at least) is that you're most likely a birther BECAUSE you're racist/have recist tendencies (i.e. Not an out and out Nazi but hold deep resentment for any non-white individuals, especially individuals in power). That's THE argument of the post and author - not mine!

Secondly - how will his disclosure/non-disclosure of intelligent ETs somehow magically grant Obama legitimacy (assuming that he's not)????

That doesn't make ANY sense whatsoever!!! If his Presidency is illegal it is because he is not either US-born OR born of US citizens - it would not be illegal UNLESS/UNTIL he disclosed ETs.

To reitereate, since you're clearly confused as to what makes a natural citizen - No action can MAKE you a natural citizen if you are not one already.

I don't belive the birther movement - I think it was STARTED by racist, is mainly perepetuated by racists, and it is NOW adopted by only the people who fall into the other non-racist categories of what this post suggests.

Ergo - it has tapped conveniently into all the anti-leftist sentiments of individuals. This is a big indication of how easily people can be swayed into believing rumours and more poignantly for communities like ours (ATS!) it's also more dangerous.

Personally, I wouldnt call myself a birther, however, there has been enough shady behavior and sidestepping done to warrant a little curiosity over his eligiblity. It has nothing to do with his pigment, I couldn't care less, and the people that want to throw around the racist label everytime someone disagrees with the liar in chief, well, they are just a little "special" who knows, maybe they ate some paint chips as children, maybe lived under some power lines, or just don't have a valid argument to use. I have never once in my life been accused of being a racist, until Obama was elected and i disagreed with the glorious leader's agenda. Ya know it's just fine though, I will continue to question things that deserve to be questioned and I will continue to be labeled by the left as a xenophobe, a racist, a tea bagger, a redneck, a hillbilly and whatever else the decide to try an call me to marginalize my voice.
