This just in!!!! Here we have Semper, coming home on his Harley, after a double shift with no coffee, and no smokes!!!!

Don't ask how I got this photo people. Seriously don't, it's still under investigation!!!!!!!

Sorry mate, for some strange reason, with you mentioning Police Academy (when you were there), you're love of Harley's, and just a crazy mental image of you going without smokes made me automatically think of you being like this. No offence or anything.

One last question. If I ever roll through your town and end up catching some misdemeaner offense like drunk and disorderly.

If I give you the ATS call sign you would prolly pull a string or two for me huh.

Thank you
Semprefortis for being a cop we can understand. Good luck to you.

A red neck joke.

What is the last thing you hear just before a redneck dies?

Watch this!

I dont know if anyones asked this or not, Ive only skimmed the thread to this point, and I cant get the video up so forgive me if I repeat material thats already been covered.

1. Did you ever use you badge as a tool to help you get funky with the ladies? Be honest.

2.When you were involved with the confiscation and redistribution of illegal 'drugs' ...What was the justification that worked for you upon witnessing the crruption first hand?

3.When you realized the war on drugs was a sham, did you lobby to change law or just continue on to retirement like you never saw it?

4.What was the hardest personal sacrifice you had to endure as a result of being affiliated with law enforcement?(excluding officer deaths)

5.Sniper? Confirmed kills?

I will ask a question!

What do you think of people like me, who drive around in cars with lots of bumper stickers?

Are you more likely to pull me over just to harass me?

I have had people tell me my car makes me a target for cops. I disagree. I think reckless driving and scofflawing targets one for the police, not what kind of car or bumperstickers it has.

(btw I drive impeccably).

Oh. In the vein of bumperstickers (I was fired for my bumperstickers so thus the theme).

I knew of someone who was a majah pothead. She claimed by putting a DARE license plate and stickers on her car, she was OK for not getting tickets. This idiot drove around with an ashtray full of blunt butts.

Is it true certain bumperstickers, or stickers, or license plates can influence a cop?

Thanks for the time.

Have you ever come to a situation where personal prejudice has influenced your actions on the job? I expect your answer will be no.

Everybody is prejudice in some way... and to deny it would prove to me that you put your reputation before your goals of learning more about police and the peoples interpretations of the force empowered to protect them.

I noticed that in your first video you stated several times that your primary responsibility is enforcing the laws as opposed to 'protect and serve'. Those laws you enforce are passed to protect the people, are they not? Therefore your primary responsibility is protecting and serving and if those laws are not in the best interests of our safety should they be questioned? .

Tisk, tisk, Karate not effective lol...sorry but I have to laugh... I'm sure you heard of Lyoto Machida?

I don't know you, but I would bet a 15yr old Shotokan black belt could hand your chain smoking @ss lol.

I lived in the city and watch many dojo wars take it to the streets in the 80's, and I can personally tell you Karate is the bomb if used right. I literally watched judo and karate mix it up, both would use what is effective in the streets and teach it in their schools, that was the real mma back then.

It's only McDojo of today that gives martial arts a bad name.

And just to let you know most Karate Kobudo practitioners will disagree with what you said, I happen to believe Karate is very, very deadly.... especially when it comes to Kobudo weapons, even the empy hand aspect as well.

I dunno if this was asked before, but have you ever trained with or used a baton, extendable baton, tonfa or any type of night stick?

I'm sure you know where those weapons come from, haha....

Hello Semper,

Don't know if you ever got to my question re: giggling hippies in a field of mushrooms having a picnic, I've been away for awhile.

I was wondering however, and sorry if this has been asked already....but, have you ever been to a crime scene, most likely a murder, where you could not help but to notice that you felt a strong evil presence?

I wonder sometimes that if the horrible things that some humans sadly choose do to one another creates some kind of psychic memory, shadow, impression or whatever one may call it, upon the area in which the crime occured.

Which brings one more question to mind, sorry if it has been previously asked and answered: Do police truly use psychics at times when all leads have been exhausted, and if so, do they ever have accurate results?

Thanks again for these Q and A sessions, they are appreciated.

I have another one for you to Semper. Thought of asking about it a couple of days ago after an "incident", shall we call it, while playing poker down the road from my place. (And yes, it was all legal, organised and stuff, so don't worry!!!)

If you are threatened by someone, to the extent that you can visibly see that they are really pissed off, and they say to you "I'm gonna kick the # out of you!!! I should effing kill you!!!", and you think that the guy seems pretty serious, what kind of force could you use to take the guy down without getting into any trouble with the law????

I only ask because, as I said, I had this happen to me while playing poker the other night. The guy had been acting like an idiot for a while, and I REALLY don't put up with crap like that, so as usual I turned to the guy and said "Jesus, did you buy that skirt or get it from your wife??? Cause you really are whinging and bitching like a woman" and it set the guy off. Now when he was going off, I was trying not to laugh at the guy, because to put it simply, I'm 6'-6'1" and around 240lb in American speak, and this guy would have been almost half a foot shorter than me.

But just how aggro the guy was, and how he was going off, got me to wondering if I dropped him BEFORE he could do anything, would I be then up for prosecution??? And just another thing, when he was ranting and raving, he actually motioned to take a swing at me. I think he actually thought otherwise when I didn't move and smirked at him.

So whats the ruling in that case old son???

Edit - Oh and just a little more info, there was about 10 people either playing on the poker table, or hanging around it watching, so there were a few people that actually saw him going off and saying these things to me. And after him going off for a while, I said "mate, was that a threat or what??? Cause if it was, I can get the cops involved if you really want to" and he started bitching and moaning again, and seeming like he wanted to take a swing, and he walked off for 5 minutes.

Just saw the second video where my question was skipped and goes on to "no will not answer some questions"....blah blah blah. and your third video is in camo with a more flgrant use of the flag????? Visually you've answered my questions.... even though you did not address the first one. You should do something else if you are so uncomfortable in your own skin.

I thought I would continue being a longtime lurker but this thread was to tempting for me to pass up!

little background first: I am female 48. In my younger days (16-28) I had a huge chip on my shoulder and took it out on anyone that crossed me during my "weekend" drinking parties. needless to say I was arrested many times (all for fighting and luckily all misdemeanors)

one night I left my keys with the bartender and was walking home *drunk* when I encountered a male and female police officer that told me I was to drunk to walk home and should have called a cab even though my apartment was 1 1/2 blocks away. Now I could see my front door and had a sidewalk to walk on. I told her how stupid that was and she showed me how big a knot could be made with I *think* a flashlight. Long story short I ended up in jail for 11 counts of assault on a police officer (they called for back up)

They had called in my name before she told me I was to drunk to walk home.
(I took a Rodney King beating long after they got me handcuffed but with no cameras rolling to make me rich)

I skimmed out of that deal by plea bargaining with the DA and plead guilty to lesser charges and agreed to reimburse the female cops medical bills. ( I took the *flashlight* from her and broke her nose and jaw)
All the rest of the officers were male and dropped their charges/complaints.
1 male quit and 3 said they would testify on my behalf.

That cooled me down for awhile... next encounter (and last I am happy to say) was with a man that owed me some money for a broken air conditioner he sold me (lol I know how redneck can I get huh?) anyway long story short. he called me a B and I punched him, broke his glasses and took his watch and told him I would deduct it from what he owed me. he went to the police and told them I pulled a knife and robbed him of I forget how much money.

9 police cars show up at my house at 3am and take me in for armed robbery! this charge never made it to court and was thrown out when he kept changing his story and statements from other witnesses. it even had in the police report they had to help the man in the door because he was so drunk.

but I spent 7 days in jail under 100k cash only bond
It did give me some time to connect the dots... I drink.. I go to jail. lol

I haven't drank since...

sorry for the long intro to my questions...

1. how long do these records stay in place??
2. if my name is called in, does the armed robbery arrest show up even though I was never taken to court?
3. do you find that women police officers are more aggressive than men?

I ask these questions because I have had a couple speeding tickets in the last 20yrs and the cops are extremely rude to me no matter how nice/respectful I am!

Thank You for the reply and I am glad you are doing this!

...documents listing me in ALLCAPS because that refers to me as a corporation as opposed to a living human being??

unless this information (civil V. Maritime) is flawed or downright wrong?
