Cool OZ, but the video looks different like a explosion, but only AFTER a pinpoint high up also , and also the black hole that is left? That isnt explained.

If it was taken with long shutter speed is there any way of knowing what it would have looked like as a normal shot?
I suppose that explains the almost fake-looking 'spirals'.

Less than two hours ago, this phenomena was observed over northern Norway. No one knows what is is. Do you have any idea on what it might be? If so, let us hear about it.

Google translated article
In the morning rush hour, at 07.47, showed the special phenomenon in the sky. It is described as a glowing ball in the sky, which rotated and "thrown out" luminous rings. The phenomenon grew rapidly in a spiral, with bright white rings towards the edges and blue, bright rings in the center. Spiral grew steadily larger, until it eventually was significantly greater than both the moon and other things it will be normal to find in the sky.
"Spiral" also walked across the sky, leaving a bright blue track.
[---]
The whole thing lasted just under one minute and then spiral in the sky collapsed, leaving it in a dark, circular "hole" in the night sky.

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama keeps his focus on economic issues Wednesday before an evening departure for Europe.
The president meets with a bipartisan group of congressional leaders in the morning. They'll discuss Obama's proposal for a jolt of federal spending aimed at reducing the nation's double-digit unemployment rate.
In the afternoon, the president will make an announcement regarding his economic stimulus program and community health centers.
Later, climate change enters the discussion as the president meets with business and environmental leaders ahead of his attendance at the U.N. climate conference under way in Copenhagen.
The president and his wife, Michelle, leave Wednesday night for Oslo, Norway, where he'll accept the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize on Thursday.
