Limited staff at HAARP? You know something we don't Phage?

A. There are only a few cars in the parking lot of haarp, most of which are scientists from UAA, who maintain haarp.

B. There is no on site security, a gate and a plain clothed "manager" is hardly the kind of stuff you would find if it was a real working military application.

C. The exposure and lack of security makes it a pretty easy target if it were an actual threat. Hell you could drive a truck through the gate and probably disable the whole operation without any use of force.

Its fairly obvious that this is a research facility the more important question to ask is what are they researching. I posted links above that you can spend days on reading but its complicated stuff. Thats the funny thing about ATS, you can link relevant data and people just ignore it, there are tons of research papers related to haarp but people would rather talk about ambiguous "mind control" then something like harmonic electromagnetic resonance in the atmosphere.

There have also been reports there are more remote haarp "like" facilities that are not possible to reach by land and have a full military security.

Basically things got to "hot" around haarp years ago and they moved the heavy military related stuff to another site and left haarp to remain a research facility. Then again there is no actual proof of this.

The 2010 DOD budget for R&D is $79.6 billion. $30 million is .04% of that. HAARP does not seem to be a very high priority for the DOD.

I'm sure there will continue to be a steady stream of published research from the many different projects at HAARP.

War, death and destruction are the attributes that make a military a military. When a military invests heavily into a project, it's for no other reason than to augment those attributes.

I don't want to kill the high or mod.

But I felt that it was rather scripted. I just felt that the part where the cameras started to shut down was a little to convenient.

I just might be me but there was no new data in the show. Other then some proof of the mind influencing device he put on his head. I would rather like to try and see if I could play my own CD in my head.

any way you cut 30 million is lot for a limited staff as you say....and if you belive the DOD about any of there budget that has me rolling on the floor laughing just ask Donald Rumsfeld how much money the DOD has lost over the years.

HAARP can't do what Tesla did as the operation is not longitudinal ether pressure waves like sound in the ether like Tesla said. Give it up, the Tesla method also operates the UFO propulsion. Jesse Ventura has got some brass buttons. I never really knew anything about haarp, and after watching that I will definitely do some researching.

30 Million? Did you see the kind of equipment they have there?

The haarp system cover 30 acres, has 180 antennas and they are all 72 feet high. Each one also has a transmitter cabinet that houses two 10 MW transformers. There is a ton of equipment on the towers, cables and in the operating room that is very expensive. Not to mention its takes a lot of power to juice.

This stuff isn't cheap to operate, ask any electrician.

i agree with you 30 million seems to be low in my eyes...but im going buy what i found for the yearly budget...ill look around and see if i can find some more figures...But like i said before if you belive the DOD budget thats laughable.

Reich did more to make rain and he was taken out like Tesla

I don't know the cost breakdown for the budget allocation. You provided the figure, maybe if you provide a source we could narrow down what budget items are included.

I did find this older budget (through 2005). It gives a pretty good idea of what the amount ($16.828 million annually) is used for.

Whether or not the DOD "lost" money is another topic. HAARP cannot "lose" more than it is budgeted. You brought up the budget, if you think it doesn't mean anything anyway why raise the point at all?

I'd say it was made up. I work in video production. Digital video cameras, when they fail, don't produce static. That was clearly added in post production.

I am not sure what the technology they have at HAARP would do to a digital video camera. Do you? I'm not saying it isn't post production , but I cannot disprove it either as I do not have the equipment to test that theory out.

To play devil's advocate here a second.if as was mentioned china russia and terrorists* have this technology shouldn't we at least research it a bit ourselves?

I think i know what HAARP is doing.
Have you noticed we have had very mild winters?
I think HAARP has been protecting our jet streams.

Reminds me of when the government used to say, "Oh, we can't manipulate weather, that's impossible you know!" just to have the Chinese come out and do it publicly and even admit to it in recent years. So much for "we can't control the weather."
