Cheers, but its OK I don't really care that I'm going to be considered a hoaxer.

I just really want someone to analyze the raw footage to confirm that it IS INDEED A BALLOON!

I personally still feel a bit iffy about that phone call.. Next time I'm home I'm going to definitely pay a visit to my neighbor and show him the footage on my phone and ask to see the weather balloons....

Even if in the unlikely event he doesn't know what I'm talking about, never has had any weather balloons and the person I spoke to was not my neighbor at all, but someone else, I think I'll just keep to all to myself, because I don't think anyone would believe me now anyway!

I was thinking, the only thing that seems odd about the balloon explanation is the fact that it was gone when you came back out. It seems to me that it would be difficult to get both balloons reeled in and completely out of sight in such a short amount of time. He would have had to start just after you went in to find the camera and ended pretty soon before you came back out. What timing!

I'm sorry. I still don't believe it's balloons either. I think someones having a go at seeing if they can make a CGI video and see if it's good enough to pass. I absolutely hate calling people liars but, I have never seen Balloons behave in this fashion. I have never even seen weather ballons shaped like a UFO either.
All you have to do is have a look at the way the smaller balloon tracks the camera back to the right in a very abnormal manner. Even the main UFO/Balloon Abnormally floats. When was the last time anyone saw a balloon make such precise movements? Albeit very minute.

Sorry OP, I know you have admitted to Balloons but, I have a hard time even believing that. I think this was a prank/test to see if it would pass. I live in Australia. Here's my phone number 0423 729 885
Get your neighbour to call me or you can call me and put your neighbour on and I can ask him some questions relating to Weather Data Collecting. If he's on the level, he'll be able to answer them, no worries.

Other than that, I can't believe they're balloons. I can't even believe it's not butter....

Where can I watch the videos? They have been removed for some reason...

Exactly. That is what struck me as a bit strange.. Also when I spoke to him it was almost as if he already knew what I was about to ask, he laughed into the phone when I said "Hi, it's ...... from next door over the vines. I just wanted to know.." and then he started to laugh.

It probably means nothing and it would be extremely paranoid of me to consider at this point that it was an intercepted call. But I can't rule anything out until I speak to him in person and see the balloons myself in person.

I had already made about 3 calls prior to calling him, nothing is ever outside the realm of possibility so who knows, maybe it was intercepted. But it sounds crazy even as I type it!

I'll be sure to post on ATS once I see him in person and the balloons, not that my word will be worth much by then

I was gonna post the videos of the 2 Koalas that showed up in my front yard. A mother Koala with the Baby Koala on it's back. Problem is, I think the Baby Koala could've been a fake. I think the Neighbour Might have Glued a stuffed smaller "Made In China" Koala on a real Koala's back and sent it on it's way.
However, It could have been 2 fake "Made In China" Koalas being pulled along by a peice of invisible fishing line (My eyesight isn't as good as it used to be) and all the video footage I got of 2 Koala's walking through my front yard could, in fact be, just a big FAT Hoax played on me by my Neighbour. In fact I think my Neighbour could be Chinese, Anyway, Maybe all I really have on Video is 2 Chinese Made Koala's being dragged along by Fishing Line...

Hmmmmmm....

I don't mind anyone knowing my number. It's disposable if it get's outta hand.

I'm sure anyone who would post their number, especially on a site like this, would take precautions in case of................... who knows.....

Sorry I had to come back in.

Weather balloons?
Having a weather balloon that high in the air?

You would get better weather info by licking your finger and sticking it up in the air.

How quickly the true story unfolds.

Well if I faked it, and it wasn't a balloon... What was it?

Did you think about this question at all. Assuming that you faked it, and it wasn't a balloon, would you have to be asking us what it is.

You would know that.

Just remember this if you get anything out of this at all.

When you don't lie, you don't have to worry about the next thing that comes out of your mouth! (coughs) fingers.

Look I don't really care man... It turns out it wasn't a saucer anyway so why do you keep coming back here?

First you say I lied that it was a saucer, now your saying I'm lying that I've been told it was a weather balloon?

I don't even know if it was a weather balloon, I don't know the first f-ing thing about weather balloons or how high they are meant to go or the different types of weather balloons.

I've just been told that it was a balloon, end of story.

What exactly do you want me to say or admit to?
Your obviously an expert on everything, so analyze the raw footage that I have provided with your expertise and show us all that it wasn't a balloon, or that it was, or that I faked it using some CGI software, or that its a toy dangling from a fishing pole....

Prove something man instead of running your mouth! At least give me your opinion on what it is or how I faked it

If I were you I would finish this analysis off conclusively.

You need to go and see the two balloons and the tethering device, take photo's of them and compare them to your footage.

You also need to try to confirm the exact days that your neighbour released the balloons.

It would be even better if you could be there to see his device in action and see how it works.

Finding out that your neighbour has a weather balloon would normally close it for me, however this time, just as it has answered some questions, it has also raised some more.

And these need to be answered!!

I understand that you don't live on the vineyard and that it may be some time until you visit again, so it may be some time until all this information can be gathered but please, when you do, post it for us to have a look at.

Anyways ... thanks for posting your vids mate

OK people, I have done some digging around.

I am very sorry to announce that I made some phone calls, and my neighbor does indeed own a weather monitoring balloon that he releases while keeping it tethered to the ground.

Hi mate,

Just one quick question.

Is your neighbours property in that direction you were filming?

Thanks. Re posted as confirmed balloons ( to some people ).
Not me as the third video saucer envelope becomes flattened.
Note that the craft shows up purple but the man saw a metal
craft. Any one explain that other than how electricity can bend light
better than gravity.

Some how popular science to the masses are opposite to real life.

Sure thing man, I'll definitely post what I find out.

The experience I had is too important to me to abandon it all as the very TYPICAL explanation of a weather balloon. A weather balloon? How many times have we heard that explanation in the area?

Anyway, what ever I find i'll be sure to get to the very bottom of it and post it here on ATS
