Ah right, i never thought of it like that.

So a coding in our DNA that "dumb" us down? Surely, there's no way to remove this then?

I see, i'll put them into practice, and i'll jot them down in my dream journal too, see if i notice a change once i begin using them.

Yes and real coding around us that I can't explain, except we're immeshed in this and must wake up, to see. The dna healing and ascension work, with chakra meditations, and the music is to help us grow beyond this as well.

This is a matrix busting game several friends played with me, two at atime, each thinkng of unusal words or word combinations and someone says the first thing that comes to mind such as :

leaping dolphins
cats skate on hyperboles
the pyramids link
string of clusters
winds sing in willows
left brain twisting into right brain and breaking the matrix

We did this for 15-20 minutes and then switched sides. You feel uncomfortable after a bit.

Friend, the coding in our dna can be changed; as an example, positive thought and basing all we do from love has been shown to tighten the strands of our dna; listening to certain word patterns and positive statements helps boost and re-align our dna; randomly smiling during the course of the day stimulates your entire endocrine system by releasing endorphins into your blood stream; chakra meditation stimulates and releases the kundalini which is often seen as two snakes, also representing the twin strands of our dna.

OMG! Yes. I have been struggling to understand so much about our history, about how an entire race might be manipulated for potentially thousands of years and now I understand it completely! If you want to restrict a race from developing their innate abilities, do it at the source, modify their DNA slightly to prevent them from making critical connections. Thank you for providing the spark.

I have been being monitored, I think that I have had my dream-life infringed upon in a negative, manipulative way, very recently and very aggressively. I have also been gently nudged towards knowledge and have been provided both subtle direction and overt wake up calls. The time is near when we will ALL have to make a choice to continue encumbered as we have been, or to waken to heightened ability and endless possibilities.

I see, like in the music? The music may use repeat words/sounds which tighten the DNA/heal it.
So i take it that generally anything coming from love or positivity helps us, and heals our DNA.

So actually listening to alot of New Age music etc, is extremely vital. I mean, that's gonna make me listen to it more. It's not the type of music i can actually listen to though, like every day. As i sit at my computer, i can't listen to that type, i only really listen to it in the morning, or at night.
It's not that i don't like it, some of it is very beautiful, but i don't want to listen to it as "normal" music.

Other musicians will also cause the vibrations. You'll feel it, you'll start to notice what is helping and what isn't. The muscians I've listed are aware, and their music really helps.

Chakra meditations correspond to the dna strands, and there are 12. The 8th is in our hands, 9th our feet, 10-12th are in our aura fields but they correspond to Chakras that when plugged into our dna, and fully activated will be 10, solar system, 11, galactic, and 12 the universal.

So, in that case, you can just use DNA meditation instead of Chakra meditation? If the Chakra's correspond to the DNA, and you use chakras to access DNA, then surely you can bipass Chakras, and just DNA meditate?

I mean, you'll wanna heal chakras too, but surely you can DNA meditate? I'm not sure how that could be done, but i'm sure some creative visualisation is helpfull.
Maybe just visualising our 2 strand DNA, and it being covered in light, and it healing, releasing light all into our bodies.

Could you share your dna meditation please. All meditation is good. Though chakra meditations are specifically designed to utilize our own natural energy system, and especially when you're intent and visualizations of yourself, is to plug and to be one with the Universal Energy which is unlimited, and its who we are. This is also being a part of Divine Mother/Prime Creator/First Cause, as we see this. I think they're vital. Also, the heart chakra meditation, is a way to send healing to others and to mother earth. It helps to develop empathy, oneness, and telepathy if, as you picture of imagine another for whom you intend the meditation, you seek to be one with them, and can even imagine yourself there and talk to them, express you love, thankfulness, concern.

I do a really simple one. This is intuitive, the length of time you spend on each section could vary from 1-3 mintues to a longer if you feel its right, and the various elements can be responsive to your own intuition as to what to picture. But basically, you cans sit inside or out, its nice on the grass. Or lay down, if your tired. And place your hands together as if in prayer, notching your thumbs into a groove over your heart, sternum area. Focus on your breath, and heart beat. Relax.

Then after a couple minutes or so, rub your hands together and place your right hand over your heart, and your left hand on top. Now you can picture the symbol for the heart chakra, the ananhata.

and the color green, or just the color emerald and picture it flooding your body, welling up within you, flowing down your arms and back, while you image your concerns, or the person you are focusing on. Use your intuition to seek what you need to know, and your insight. Affirm your connection to your higher self.

When your finished, hold your hands out and send all of your love and the emerald energy to surround that person, or even mother earth, and you can speak to them in your mind. Stay with this until your ready to reach up to the sky and down to earth to ground, really in your mind even.

Ah, i like that meditation, ill probably try it tonight. And thats also a brilliant guide to the Chakras, i've bookmarked that link you gave, and checked out the other Chakras too. Thankyou.

Oh, and i haven't actually got a DNA meditation. I just wondered about one. I just made up what i said in the last post on the spot, assuming you could do something like that. As long as you can think of a good visualisation, you can really meditate over anything.

We need to start to work hard at recovering some of our memories of source, especially those who have some psi gifts, or have ever seen a craft. Ah i see that.

I saw it when the lyrics were first listed, it reminded awfully of the old letter' letter' deal.

But the question would be to ask, what language is that exactly? There are quite a few human cross languages just stumbling around, i don't know the exact name.
And then in that case, that means the composer of Era, Eric Levi, must be very aware, and have contact of some sort, or some means of learning the language, or atleast those phrases/words.

This is brilliant news then, if someone in publics eye, even if he isn't exactly extremely well known, is aware, and can spread his messages. I like to think that quite alot of New Age artists know what they are doing, and know about the certain frequencies.

What gets me, is that, well, i'm not exactly the biggest classical/whatever genre that most New Age Music seems to of evolved from fan, and that if an extremely popular band, maybe something in the Pop Charts was to create a song with the frequencies that heal, it'd be alot more beneficial than just to people who are making the effort. Maybe if someone offered a popular band a contract or something, and tried to inform artists, then it could become alot more helpfull.

My friends write in andros and pleiadian.

I can write when it comes to me, when it comes to my lips, and try to figure out the accents, but only once in a while does the meaning come. Yet when I am writing, it seems to fit in with the conversation when translated.

Another friend has written symbols in childhood, and was told they're Sirius related. This is something people should also look into, their own writing and doodles from childhood.

I've included this because its another aspect of waking up, and these are things that can trigger a response in people. When I sent some of this to another, he wrote back privately immediately saying did it ever stir something and he believed it was sung, which is what a friend of mine said, that it is like a hymne and he sung as well. He also knew what was being said.



When you watch this video, or approach the language aspect, this is frequencies, and can code dna as well. Use your insight, reach for it and see if you can feel the "hit" of this. And set intentions concerning your memories that are blocked, and being able to recall who you are, your abilities, your ability to connect to the Universal Energy and even the Universal Understanding. Ask for those from Prime Creator, Love and Light, who are your family, or advanced people to assist and advise you. Really try to work with your insight and feelings regarding this.

Yes, there are many starseeds in music. And waking others up is very important. It is time to wake up. This world needs everyone on the side of love and freedom awake and aware to draw in the evolutionary that is needed, the advancement, There are different timeline possibilities and we want to draw in the right ones now.

The information here pertains to the worlds mismanagement team. And the fact that we don't need their economic system or jobs and need to use our minds, our intents and reshape this world as we need it to become, advanced and unlimited.

Relating to Ascension.



"Many of you will make and extraordinary leap of this planet..." This is part of the work that many are engaging in, and it is related to the the chakra meditations, the music and frequencies. There are so many different communications, and changes that occurred for me, due to beginning this work, for my frequency raised, and I had a contact and sited and incredible craft I would never have seen had I not just finished mediating and listening to the musc on my mp3 player, and was experiencing body rushes of the vibrations out under the stats. Also, your skills emerge more, and with the energy that keeps being sent, you may experience connection, the group mind, the Universal Understanding and that was heaven in itself. That is what I know I miss the most it seems.

Though my title is that we need to work hard at awakening, I'm not sure that is the correct way to word this. We need to empower and envision our leap into awareness, as easy and effortless, and unlimited. One shortcut is to BECOME OURSELVES, BE OURSELVES again, just reach into that space and claim it now. Tell yourself you are awake, you remember and you are yourelf again, truly.

This brings up what we are working for on this planet. Unity. We must strive for an end to all wars and form peace groups. The ultimate goal is for the bloodlines to step down and for the United Earth Council run with transparency, for world issues. The end to all wars.
The Pleiadians discovered long ago that they had to end all wars in order to progress and advance, and they established The Living Way, which incorporates what we would call virtues. The first was that under no circumstance would physical means be used to murder or abuse others to force their will. That instead we would guru each other, and sit at each others feet and learn the wisdom that each opposing side holds, and appreciate them for they are truly our family. And we must return, and go home to each other. When we disagree, we must find alternative ways to shine our lights and offer freedom to those seeking to switch over, but in no way be disrespectful, but learn to set aside those differences and live and let live.

The Living Way was adapted by many cosmic cultures and systems and incorporates many virutes, all agreed upon. Though differences still exist. And though there are still cosmic freedom fighters, for enemies to systems still exist, advanced systems do not fight amongst their own.

The virtues also include humane and loving ways of dealing with nature. Red meat is to be avoided and interferes with raising our vibrations due to the trauma involved and earth's slaughter houses. We must learn to appreciate all of nature. Some are watchers, and advanced ETs, here guiding us. Nature is truly our teachers, and awareness means we would walk out and learn to communicate with aspects of nature, all creatures great and small, plants, trees and mother earth herself.

Earth is also a living library, set up by many galaxies with much information stored. The annanuki's have created a bottle neck here, and keep people enslaved through mind controls and religions that are controls put in place to prevent some from gaining awareness and freedom. One does not need a Church to connect to First Cause/Prime Creator/Divine Mother, however we see Her to be. The universe is separating further apart and there is a potential future universe where love and freedom will not be understood, or valued, that we must overcome here on earth, in the 3D, which is the grassroots foundation of the multiverse. Consequently, a small number of dark ones, the nuki's, have managed to control the entire multivese by halting evolution and taking away free will.

Waking up to who we truly are and learning that we have many gifts is how we can start to make a difference.

Along with the chakra meditations, sacred geometry and the flower of life is important in the dna healing that is taking place, and awakens us further. The merkaba meditation is also an aspect of waking and empowers us, when united to accomplish things greater than we can conceive of. One person meditating on each of the power points of earth can create a merkaba as large as earth to shield and heal our planet. There are complex meditations out there, one of the names promoting this is acutally is someone you should practice using your insight and energy recognition on. Many in the new age workshops and awareness circuits are actually nuki's in source, and its questionable what they are attempting to accomplish.

Since this is a meditation that incorporates sacred geometry, significantly the flower of life, as well as visualizations, the simplest is the best. I received quite a hit, energetically, simply skimming these two videos:
