Thank you for your intelligent post.

As far as Birth Certificate's go, I have to question why that was not an issue before he applied to run as a Presidential Candidate?

Is that not a prerequisite as a potential candidate, because I sure thought it was one?

As for jimmyx, I think he knows I am not advocating for a violent overthrow.

I have however written a legal and non-violent overthrow thread, which got very little attention.

I used to believe in an America where we were actually represented by our politician's, where we were protected by individuals of high moral fiber, but then I woke up.

I was six years old when I believed that.

I argued with my step-father that he was wrong, and each and every time I was proven incorrect, by facts, by research, and by investigating all things Government.

I have been on a path of investigating the Government now for thirty years, since I was a boy of six.

President Barack Obama is great speech giver, I applaud his oratory skills.

My problem however is that his words ring as hollow and vacant of content and intent.

I have verbal skills, have given speeches, know content and intent, I can smell intent by verbiage in the exact phrases and words people use, and Obama is a blank slate, nothing being said but a whole lot of nothing.

The term I would use here for that would get me pinged and or banned.

Only people hiding agendas or speaking two-faced lies do that, and I am not sure which he is, but at least I know what I know, and I am an informed individual.

I just hope the things I see unfolding are incorrect, for the sake of all of America and mankind.

Yeah, I am sure N.A.F.T.A. did not do the Mexican's, the working class at least, any favors.

Clinton only assisted in the downfall of both countries economies, by giving our businesses better tax breaks and whatever the Hell else you want to throw into the mess to talk about.

It was just for big business and screwy Johnny Paycheck (American worker, not the singer).

Just inserted the song for some humor to go with the post.

These politician's do not care about the working class, plain and simple, they never have, and never will, not when they have hoardes of money and have never worked a day in their life.

I am not talking about getting their jobs from daddy or a rich uncle, I am talking about working in a McDonalds or Burger King flipping hamburgers and trying to scratch out a living while supporting a family, or being a truck driver rigging cross country and being away from their family for weeks on end, or even a lumberjack up in the Yukon sleeping out in the cold in a tent and chopping down trees.

The political class we have now is a bunch of namby pamby little cry babies who know nothing of being a worker, at all, and if they had to be on Social Security like we are they would work quickly to fix the damn system.

Obama is no John F Kennedy, that is for sure, because Jack actually meant what he said in his speeches and actually gave facts to back up his statements.

When ever anyone compares Obama to JFK, I have to run for the commode

JFK is the only president, during my live time, that I have any respect for. The chances he and Bobby were killed by the bankers is higher than 50% in my mind. One killed by a "lone gunman" I might believe but both? and the investigation files locked? Give me a break.

Oh no, don't mistake me as comparing the two, because there is no comparison.

Obama is not even close, he hands down lost to Jack, in my mind.

I am 100% certain Jack and Bobby were murdered by the people of the Federal Reserve.

I have collected enough evidence I could have convicted the entire Warren Commission for Obstruction of Justice, Conspiracy to Commit Treason, and a host of other charges.

I know you were not comparing them but I have seen posts here at ATS and else where that do. (gag)

From what I have seen here at ATS you are a well read critical thinker. The blind followers are the one who drive me nuts. I spent most of my career as "problem solver" at various manufacturing plants because I am good at looking at data from a neutral point of view I wish Americans would do the same when it comes to politics. between the religious Right and the touchy feely Left we have too few Americans who can actually think logically

You are correct. The candidate is usually vetted prior to his nomination. In John McCain's case, I remember there being a big hubbub over whether he was eligible or not because he was born in the Panama Canal Zone on a U.S. military base. The question wasn't over citizenship, it was over whether or not he was a natural born citizen. See link:
www.washingtonpost.com...

The natural born citizen requirement is much different than a citizenship requirement. I don't know how many times people mention BHO's Certificate of Live Birth, and their conclusion that he must be a citizen, so what's the big deal? Clearly, it's more than that.

At first glance, I thought the DNC saw the media falling head over heels with his charisma and oratory skills, knew they had a strong chance of winning with this horse, and decided to either 1) not waste time and bypass this area of the vetting process or 2) sweep a few things under the rug and ensure the needed protections were in place to keep that rug from slipping.

However, I see more to this... all of which is extremely sinister and center around TPTB (elitists). I am of the opinion that the majority of our elected have become their little marionettes. I don't know the particulars of who does the vetting, but I'd be willing to bet they were told exactly what to do (or not do, as the case may be).

The real eye opener for me was during the summer of '08... when I started learning about BHO's mentors and connections. That alone should have been a major red flag, but there was very little coverage on it, aside from Beck and Rush. It's the primary reason I believe it all boils down to those master puppeteers (aka manipulators) and the one they think will most efficiently and effectively accomplish their goals.

As for jimmyx, he put that question out there twice - and very pointedly. My intuition may be off, but it immediately felt like trouble. These days, those kinds of questions raise the hair on the back of my neck. Kind of like driving down the road, minding your own business, abiding the law as always... and then... you look in your rear view mirror... there's a police car... and you just know the driver wants to write some tickets today.

On another note, great thread... a star and flag for you.

Thank for the compliment. I try my hardest to remain neutral and in the middle.

Being that I am neither Republican nor Democrat, it is easier most times than others.

Yes, blind followers, or sheeple, frustrate me, they do not understand that in picking one of two sides, forces them to think a certain way, instead of having an open mind and looking at both sides of the coin.

I explained it very simply one time, that if you were flipping a coin, would you not want to look at the coin on both sides before hand, to make certain the coin holder was not using a two-headed coin and cheating you out of truly winning?

I am problem-solver, trouble shooter, and cryptogram lover, so I understand where you are coming from in seeing a "problem" and resolving it.

I linked some of my "left-wing verses right-wing" threads I thought you might like below.

This first one, which is in the Bully Pulpit (I hate the name, I'm a bully buster) you have to be a member to post there, so if you are not, I did not want you to try writing a lenghty reply and wasting your time. (I've had U2U's that cursed me out)

Left-Wing, Right-Wing, This Turkey, Knows How To Soar Like An Eagle

Are You "Right-Wing Fringe", or "Left-Wing Fringe" and How Will They Push You

Right and Left : A Control Mechanism of the Skull and Bones Society, the Order of Chaos

I think that "thinking critical" of politics needs to be something that is taught, but the powers that be would not want that, and it seems as well to be a dieing art form in this day and age of SpongeBob Squarepants and Nickelodeon style politics.

I was laughing so hard when I found this video to link here.

I appreciate the flag and star as well as the well thought out replies.

jimmyx and his replies about violent overthrow made me laugh.

I knew more about the violent overthrow of Government at age eighteen than most revolutionaries.

I have read, learned, and lived the Art of War all of my life, I turned it into the Art of Peace for myself.

I have spoken before, although not in this thread of violent overthrow, but it is not something I now advocate, however I do advocate a legal and non-violent overthrow.

How To Overthrow Your Own Government, Legally and Without Violence, In Order To Survive

I have joked in the past, and as well during a conversation last night, if I had 1,000 well trained men I could overthrow then entire United States Government right now, literally over night, without any violence whatsoever, what is not funny however is that I mean that 100% because of my knowledge of Government.

I however, am not planning to implement that action, always planning, yes, but planning to implement, no.

At least not right now.

You know what I think about the whole "Birth Certificate" issue?

I think our illustrious President, not the sarcasm, Barack Obama, let that tidbit of information slip out on purpose, in order to start this nonsense about "birther" (not saying he picked that name, just the action) verses "Patriotic supporter".

The reason is simple, the man knows he's full of crap, has no substance, and plays that well with his speeches, intentionally blinding the American citizens to what is really going on and the Birth Certificate issue give him an issue to sidetrack any really intelligent people who fall into the trap of arguing over his legitimacy.

Divide and Conquer, plain and simple, smoke and mirrors, to cause dissension, division, and defeat of America by shoving people into one category or another.

It's a classic corrupt political move just like Clinton and Lewinsky.

Did Clinton get his "cigar" blown or not?

I believe Clinton let that one slip out, just to cause division, smoke and mirrors.

Same goes with Obama, he let it slip out, because arguing over his legitimacy diverts us away from his lack of doing a damn thing and vacuous, vacillating, and vacant words.

Once again, I absolutely agree with your perceptions. Unlike you, unfortunately, I did not have such wisdom at a young age. Many challenges, experiences, trials and errors over the course of my younger years - finally - caused me to stop and question my reality. For the past 15 years, I've been blessed with two wise mentors from opposite sides of the political and spiritual spectrums.

It's been quite interesting to watch the left hand performing over there, and then realize the right hand is actually moving over here. In the past year, my deeper realization was that the true matter is happening on an entirely different stage. And I have only begun to start peeling back the layers of curtain.

Peace and blessings to you.

Then you are blessed to have found two wise mentors.

It did take me a lengthy travel to get to this point, it is just that I had quite a bit more assertiveness to get there by reading books, and when I would go the library, the librarian would ask who the twenty books were for thinking I was bringing them up for a whole family, and I would tell her those were mine, and the librarian would have her jaw hanging open in a dumbfounded look.

I have a very humorous saying I made up about patience.

I have the patience of a mountain, unfortunately it took me forever to get there.

My patience however is worn thin with ridiculous politicians who think we as citizens buy their every lie, buy their every crappy illusory tactic, and buy their every illegal maneuver.

Peace and blessing to you as well.

Knowing that we have the wholly unholy United Nations down on the American/Mexican border under the World Health Organization does not make me excited, it makes me leery because I predicted that maneuver over ten years ago, long before I ever found ATS.

I predicted that the United Nations being on our soil would be the beginning of the end and I am not happy about being correct in this particular prediction.

Interesting video you have there.

31 minutes and 5 seconds long, and worth the watch, whether you believe in Obama, or not.

Thank you for posting it on here.

You should try uploading it to YouTube or Google Video.

Or even upload it to ATS Media.

Have you tried that?

I bet you'd get more views from ATS.

Here's a link to get all the instructions and whatnot.

ATS Media Portal

I know how to do it, but not well enough to explain it to someone.

Good luck.

Here's a sample of one of mine to give you an idea of what it will look like.

You can upload it to YouTube in three ten minute segments.

Then link them all together, the same goes for ATS.

See my above post for how it shows when linked within ATS confines.
