You are awesome! Not joking either, this is the kind of information that you see links to on google all the time, but when you click the link, it's all trying to sell you a book on the subject. I only looked through it real quick, but I look forward to reading the whole thing over a nice soul soothing blue raspberry slurpee. (lol)

Can you add a section into this guide about Kundalini 'syndrome' and Kundalini/Chakra blockages? I have had issues with this in the past and still do to some degree. I have personally stopped my Kundalini from rising all the way because I do not want to induce more energy into the area where blockages are.

I found your meditation technique for opening the Chakras is very similar to mine with some welcome differences. The bubble technique for releasing physical reality issues looks like a great technique. I use something similar. I visualize a chest with a lid containing the same things. My visualizations for the energy flowing from below and above into the Chakras is very similar to yours. I can verify that this is very effective for anyone else willing to try it.

Anyone here that proclaims this information has been covered already is mistaken. Yes, the core information is similar. However, the techniques vary a great deal and this is where the importance lies. It is also a great benefit to have a guide such as this instead of relaying fragmented information post by post.

All things happen in due time. The time is right for this guide and the information to be given once again.

I humbly ask those who don't feel this is positive and those who feel it is 'demonic' to not taint the thread with negativity. These techniques are older than many 'popular' religions out there. Lets keep the positive energies of learning and cooperation in synchronous motion by creative and constructive posts. Thanks you to all.

I found this Video quite well done.

If this music does not make an impact on you then...
It often makes me tear up in the eyes the emotions that come out energetically.
Sooo powerful. Unfortunately the youtube video is short.

Thank you sooo much for posting this!!! It's very informative. Would you happen to know any of the "effects" from practicing chakra meditations? I've had some bizarre ones from seeing sparkles and rainbow colored patterns in my waking state...Has anyone else had symptoms like these?!

Wow excellent thread. Flagged for content, effort and your openness in passing on this information to others freely.

I am very interested in the kundalini energy and its control. I think I had many problems with this energy in my early meditation days. I had chakra blockages Im sure of it and then I had an episode of what from its enormity could only have been a kundalini energy rising. It was the most powerful thing I have ever felt and will never forget it. It was like pure heat and pure bliss together moving up through the chakras. It lasted about 10 minutes and it almost felt dangerous at one point. A few degrees higher and who knows it felt like it could have led to the condition of human spontaneous combustion! I was doing a heart/crown chakra meditation technique at the time this was triggered, I know understand the importance of using all the chakras and not just one or two. It was amazing and although I have felt it to a lesser degree since I have never experienced it like that ever again.

good thread, more people should try this, it really does open up our consciousness.

I have a question. I remember reading a thread on here (cant find it sorry) where he said that, he found a part in his mouth. That a teacher taught him a place to "STIMULATE" in his mouth, that opened up his chakara almost instantly. In your diagram of point A and B. It looks as if point B is either;
the MOUTH or the throat. are they in any way related?

Its interesting in some meditations i hum the phrase
om mani padme hum
and i have gotten into deeper meditations faster, and more "internal" humming them. Also the 3rd eye seems to start reverbitating threw out my skull giving a sort of "happy" feeling"

sounds like your referring to the khechari mudra which involves placing the tongue behind the palate. Its one of the more obscure mundras and is often overlooked by practitioners. It is said to be the key to enlightenment. Personally i have been practicing this technique for some time, and im a believer in its ability. Here is a good video demonstrating it.

This mundra opens your chakras and stimulates your crown and 3rd eye the most. It is said once on reached high enough into their palate they reach a flap that once broken leads them to not needing to eat or drink. From this hole flows the "Water of Life" which i believe is energy charged ambrosia fluid.

this goes pretty deep, but its practiced by many yogi's and they swear by it. It can take years to learn to do properly.

Stars, and Flag of course for what is turning out to be an awesome how to guide. I have read the first 10 steps, and have a question. I understand the concept of spinning the chakra, but is the direction of rotation important in relation to Your body?

I like to picture the lower chakras ( bottom 2 ) spinning counter-clockwise, and the upper chakras ( crown 3rd eye, throat, heart, solar plex ) spinning clockwise.

Thank you for this. I am sure the information here will help a lot of people. I am curious, what spiritual "tasks" are you currently working on for yourself. Or rather what are you learning about for yourself. (If you dont mind my asking that is!
)

well personally i have finished soul searching so to say, i pretty much understand myself. My next order of business has been to understand the cycle of time and life, i am slowing reinforcing my old conclusion that our old ways are being replaced by new ways, ways that are no beneficial for us.

did you develop any verifiable paranormal ability like pk and/or levitation?

otherwise this all would just be like a dance...

When i awakened my Kundalini for the first time i was at my cousins home, based on what e said he woke up to me shaking on the bed and then levitating off of it.

The event actually stuck with him to this day as the strangest thing he has ever seen, it really opened his eyes to the possibilities.

As fo TPK and all that, its really not about that, but i have noticed things go my way alot and ive become more aware of the near future event. For example something small would be "i place my cigarette on a chair, i sense it will roll off as i do it, i turn around and it rolls off just as i come back in time to catch it".

Personally i have not tried preforming PK or TK, it is very possible however based on what ive seen.

I found some more symptoms that people might be able to relate to with kundalini awakening...

The following are common manifestations of the risen Kundalini:

* Muscle twitches, cramps or spasms.

* Energy rushes or immense electricity circulating the body

* Itching, vibrating, prickling, tingling, stinging or crawling sensations

* Intense heat or cold

* Involuntary bodily movements (occur more often during meditation, rest or sleep): jerking, tremors, shaking; feeling an inner force pushing one into postures or moving one's body in unusual ways. (May be misdiagnosed as epilepsy, restless legs syndrome (RLS), or PLMD.)

* Alterations in eating and sleeping patterns

* Episodes of extreme hyperactivity or, conversely, overwhelming fatigue (some CFS victims are experiencing Kundalini awakening)

* Intensified or diminished sexual desires

* Headaches, pressures within the skull

* Racing heartbeat, pains in the chest

* Digestive system problems

* Numbness or pain in the limbs (particularly the left foot and leg)

* Pains and blockages anywhere; often in the back and neck (Many cases of FMS are Kundalini-related.)

* Emotional outbursts; rapid mood shifts; seemingly unprovoked or excessive episodes of grief, fear, rage, depression

* Spontaneous vocalizations (including laughing and weeping) -- are as unintentional and uncontrollable as hiccoughs

* Hearing an inner sound or sounds, classically described as a flute, drum, waterfall, birds singing, bees buzzing but which may also sound like roaring, whooshing, or thunderous noises or like ringing in the ears.

* Mental confusion; difficulty concentrating

* Altered states of consciousness: heightened awareness; spontaneous trance states; mystical experiences (if the individual's prior belief system is too threatened by these, they can lead to bouts of psychosis or self-grandiosity)

* Heat, strange activity, and/or blissful sensations in the head, particularly in the crown area.

* Ecstasy, bliss and intervals of tremendous joy, love, peace and compassion

* Psychic experiences: extrasensory perception; out-of-body experiences; pastlife memories; astral travel; direct awareness of auras and chakras; contact with spirit guides through inner voices, dreams or visions; healing powers

* Increased creativity: new interests in self-expression and spiritual communication through music, art, poetry, etc.

* Intensified understanding and sensitivity: insight into one's own essence; deeper understanding of spiritual truths; exquisite awareness of one's environment (including "vibes" from others)

* Enlightenment experiences: direct Knowing of a more expansive reality; transcendent awareness

These are not symptoms of Kundalini energy but symptoms of the egos resistance against it.

2 cents from an experiencer.

Hey I never looked at it that way, you have an amazing ability to further peoples understanding. The symptoms just may be the egos resistance to it and nothing to do with the energy itself.

Thanks.

I find that 'ego' description quite limiting. Yes the ego is part of the problem, but it is only part. Emotional blockages is what I would call it. This is a closer description, yet I still don't think it covers the blockages issue. Belief systems and mental states can also be forms of blockages.

I guess it would be more like the awakening of kundalini and the experiences one might have through the process.

One of my personal experiences was this huge vibration, almost like rapid shaking going up all of my chakras in my back, a powerful movement of energy. It was awesome!!!! Then random things like seeing sparkles and rainbow effects in my waking state. Not to mention the mental clarity,AWARENESS, and the abundance of syncronicities.

Everyone experiences there own personal effects through chakra meditation. I figured that it would be helpful to post a list of "symptoms" because people will experience a handful of these.

Another interesting aspect to approach while meditating, is to undertstand that the being at which is existent and the physical body at which 'you' or the being that is concious are seperate.

You must understand the physical body binds you to the singular physical universe therefor it will try its hardest to keep you from reaching higher astral conciousness, respect your body, know what it is doing.

Ego is of the physical entity/manifenstation and is what your physical body is OF, just understand you are not infact the body at which binds you to the physical manifenstation.
