You're taking a conservatives side that the definition of a natural born citizen is that both parents have to be American citizens for him to be an American citizen, which it doesn't. The Founding Fathers were never clear on what being a "natural born citizen" meant.

It doesn't matter if his father is not a US citizen. Just by his being born on US soil means he is a citizen of the United States.
Granted they were not crystal clear but there can be only two possible definitions if you read all the other documents and letter from our founding fathers.
