How is it that I, being almost the negative to Colonel in viewpoint, have had quite a number of civil and pleasant (relatively) conversations with him?

I'll lay it out for you. Colonel sees the Republicans as hypocrites because they speak against things like gay marriage, homosexuality in general, infidelity, christian morals, and the like. That being said, it makes it worse for them to be involved in underage boy hookers, infidelity, etc.

Democrates are the ones who prescribe the "Whatever makes you feel good" idea. So it is not hypocritical for them to.

It's the "moral highground" and preaching they do that makes them worse. They defy their own beliefs.

Ah, # it. I don't agree with Colonel most of the time, but quite being the "This one guy didn't agree with the seven of us" types.

The problem with your post is that what the Korn Kernal posts as "fact" is nothing but trash and lies, unsubstantiated drivel. When he DOES post a bit of "proof", it's from some bull shiite site that even super left-wingers look at and say, "now that's a load of crap". Then, when the inevitable happens and he is called on the carpet, he starts the abuse, the name calling, and when all else fails he pulls the race card. He did it here in his last post. Talk about a whiney bitches? He is THE whiney bitch.

True. Unfortunately, the Kernal does not adhere to this, and therein lies the problem. When someone DOES put forth a differing point of view, or points out that his "proof" isn't worth the words wasted on it because of it's dubious source, he reverts to "you're all repugnants and racists", and other drivel. There is no "montage of ideas", it's the Kernals way, or the highway. If you don't agree, you get the brunt of his disgusting diatribes.
