Not to those of us who look for deeper meaning. As soon as we discovered that first code, as you can tell, we thought this was real. As soon as we saw something that not everyone was meant to notice it went from "fake" to "real" (and the code itself, the first code, was disturbing, too).

But you seem to miss the point where it said it on slide 17 part 4

"THIS IS NOT SIMPLY ENTERTAINMENT!"

Where do you draw the line?

Again, this was the biggest waste of time and stupid on the creator's part.

He should be jailed and treated like the people at Guantanamo.

End of story.

Next time if somebody would like to post conspiration information anonymously using some "art" everybody would remember OB and nobody would even try to solve a puzzle.
This is the most important effect of the whole story.

He didn't make this so serious, the people did. It was clearly stated that this was fiction so anything after that should have been treated as such.

You don't get it. When we find a hidden message that goes against the statement that the slideshow is fictional we tend to believe the hidden message because it holds more importance. You know, I think most people would take the slideshow very seriously if they found out it said, "This is not simply entertainment."

I do get it, because I freaked out about it too. But after a while it was easy to put together.

I don't think JW should be "treated like a Guantanamo Bay prisoner" because of our overactive imaginations.

I don't think it's very funny, especially when people have to call MI5 to warn of a terrorist attack.

I am actually more intrigued about the makers of 13 and 14 to be honest..I knew it was JW from the start..But there was a slight possibility it was more..

Generally when people think the government's doing something illegal they don't exactly call them up and tell them they know all about it (at least not people on ATS).

A lot of people thought it was some sort of terrorist cell, not the government (hence the guy calling MI5).

Why call it Thruthseekers and not Thrillseekers? It is a game of fiction afterall, as being said a long time ago. Justin even mentioned that he was going to start "phase 2" of the episodes!
