user "wisleybear" believed to be JW is over at Ickes forum now, says he has 15 minutes to answer some questions

www.davidicke.com...

edit hah, wow, a little late I guess, he's already here!

My questions if I can have some...

What is the "2" in the score for, and was justin-williams.com your site, and was it hacked?

The 2 represents the 2 blows that knocked me out of this game: the publication of my home address and the hacking of my personal url.

No, I said "If anything, it confirms the 'legitimacy' of the jackblack12 site."

"it" being the connection between JW and jb12.

Notice 'legitimacy' is in quotes. What I was saying was that the connection confirms that the jb12 site is as legitimate as the original slideshows.

Also notice that I said "If anything", which can almost always be translated to "I don't necessarily agree with the following, but it may be the case that...".

We all know what assuming does

You assuming is the entire reason we're even having this conversation in the place.

You assumed that I just "blindly argue" things because you didn't want to take the time to look back far enough to see what I have contributed.

Have a nice day/night. You accomplished absolutely nothing in taking your weak stabs at me.

I have two questions. Why did the timers go down and was there any significance in the Shakespeare quotes?

I'll write something about all this on telegraph.co.uk tomorrow but, in the meantime, a few quick thoughts:

1) The Blackjack slideshows all clearly stated that this was a work of fiction and that the events depicted were not real
2) I changed Blackjack to a comic format halfway through to reinforce the message that this was a work of fiction
3) There was going to be a part 6 closing the whole thing but we pulled it
4) This was an experiment in graphic entertainment - using two sites to see how far this would go virally
5) jb12 is the associated site - any other url has no relation to the Telegraph, Blackjack or me
6) The date for the bombs was always June 22, 2010

I think I called everything on that list. Not to brag or anything.

The timers kept going down because godaddy can't handle _javascript coupled with thousands of page views and the Shakespeare quotes were leading to a final puzzle which will now not be published.

Is that why they went down completely at the end?

Yes I think so. Last time I use godaddy

I hope people have learnt not to underestimate the power of groups such as ATS and many others by now.

Don't attempt viral marketing aimed at us unless you want to expose yourself personally to attacks.
It's a dangerous game, and you will be picked apart.

I'd like to point out the fact that foreshadowing a terrorist attack and portraying a fictional terrorist attack through art are two completely different things.

It's pretty clear that some people see what they want to see despite all the evidence to the contrary.

Sweet, solved.
My question is, did you make the MI5 call on youtube?

has anyone figured out the truth behind the www.debbiewins.com site? similar to this with all the coding and stuff.

If it's possible to ask another, did the second bar-code have any meaning? If so, how is it decoded, I spent ages on that...

Not the "blackjack is go" one, the ge1.

I agree completely. The Telegraph's website said "The events depicted in this slideshow are entirely fictional" the ENTIRE time.

And then a string of hexadecimal reads, "This is not simply entertainment." Which one do we believe?

It did - it said "Find the buried treasure" and was encoded through four different barcode formats
