That guy deserved to be kicked in the head. He could have killed somebody. It was his own fault. If he would just pulled over and let them arrest him he would not have gotten his head kicked in.

The original link had porn ads surrounding it, thus my later post saying never mind that the link was changed. I just hadn't gone back and edited that post to remove the now irrelevant comment yet. It's gone now though.

The kick was bad enough... The suspect had already lay prone on the ground, and the kick all but knocked him out.

Then the second overweight and out of shape "officer" caught up, and got at least three shots in on his ribs.

Then they let the dog take a little nibble on the suspect's calf.

Then they high five, adding insult to injury.

Yeah... It's Miller time boys!

Seriously... When are these power tripping fools going to learn that the whole world is watching?

Why would someone from Scotland be sick to their stomach with rage? If it was your country I could see, but this has nothing to do with you, so your rage is not relevant. There are many stonings and beheadings in the Middle Easy you can focus your rage on.

A policemans job is not to "judge", but in this case, sending him to God to be judge would be acceptable in my opinion, and I live here.

This fool shouldn't have led the cops in a chase putting innocent lives in danger to begin with. Running from the cops is a no no as well as that is resisting arrest. For putting people in danger of his foolishness, I would say he deserved a kick to the head. Lot of cops abuse their power, that is true, but also try to see it from the ones who are there to do their jobs and they get some prick doing what this guy had done. The adrenaline gets high, the frustration sets in because the cops life is being put on the line as are everyone elses. He'll probably sue, he'll probably win, the cop will get a slap on the wrist and the one who got kicked will probably get in trouble for something else. I normally am pretty vocal when it comes to police brutality, but I don't consider it to be in this case. The guy deserved it.

I'm not sure what point you're trying to convey here, but I hope it's not that the you'd have been fine if the suspect would have been killed.

The whole problem here is that the police are supposed to be trained professionals.

To act this way is lowering themselves to the very element they are to protect us from.

These clowns should be charged with assault, IMO. Regardless of the suspect's actions, he was compliant 100% when adrenaline wore off and reason kicked in again.

Then came the jackboot to the head.

I hope this guy gets a good shyster, and sues the crap out of the department.

This cop should be shot in the face.

The cost of the bullet should be billed to his family.

Hmmm, so because someone does something wrong, it's OK to kick them in the head, torture and beat them, even kill them?

he wasnt tortured or killed he got kicked in the head and yes if you put the lives of hundreds of innocent people in danger then you deserve to be kicked in the head

I served in the US Army and was stationed in Germany. One thing you didn't do was mess with the Polizei.

Anyway I think the kick was well deserved! It was a one-on-one situation with the officer coming off a full speed run. One moment of calmness could have led to disaster. You can't just turn off adrenaline in a split second.

I don't feel bad for the suspect, he is a low life gang member who could have killed someone.
He got what was coming to him, but that being said. Police should not brutalize people, and he should be suspended for about 3 days.

But nice kick...

i was a marine, had barracks duty 90% of my time in. we had a lot of signal 9;s and 19's, thats unathourtized entry. we always had to keep our heads, had to take down alot of people, and not once did we ever beat any body.
if a bunch of 19yr old kids totin M16s and M203s and maybe 1or2 laws, being led by maybe a 25yr old sgt can keep thier heads then i would think that a bunch of full growed men should be able to themselfs

Some of you who personally know some cops need to go talk to them over a beer and ask them about the stress levels and the emotional ups and downs these guys go through.

If any civilian were to be in a position of danger, with adrenaline rushing, and were caught on tape attacking the now subdued cause of their predicament you can bet your bottom dollar the judge would not say "Well, I understand, it was the heat of the moment. It's ok. You are free to go."

It would be "I DON'T CARE. YOU DO NOT GET TO KICK THE PERSON IN THE HEAD WHEN THEY WERE NO LONGER A THREAT TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE!"

What's scarier than all these police brutality videos appearing, is the seemingly increasing number of civilians making justifications for it, and accepting it.
