not panicking don't worry. So what is it that we are waiting for ? For the last week or so i have seen it go white then red then blue again for hours then red & white.I know the "aliens" said that we would have massive solar flare between the 7th july and 22nd july leading onto doomsday on december 2012.

So my question actually is,what are we waiting for here ?

The density chart is interesting too, especially when i look at the "quiet before the storm".
The storm seems to have lost a bit power, but who knows, what´s next? I for myself, would enjoy a little medieval feeling...

edit: nvm, it gets stronger now again.

Well what we are watching is the ejectae from sunspot 1024 interacting with the Earth's magnetosphere. This is important to study because I am trying to correlate solar activity with certain weather processes, seismiscity/volcanic activity, biological processes to understand how the Suns' output makes an actual difference in day to day life.

Read the thread in my signature, I must update it as I have answered many questions (and now also have many more..)

so what,i am kind of lost here.what if the charts keep rising and rising and rising, what do we expect.because i have seen this thing go up and down so many times there really isn't much point in watching it ?? Even though its fun to watch it
So,what if it continues to rise and rise for the next few hours at its current rate ?

This thread might help you understand what you're looking at:
www.abovetopsecret.com...

In and of itself, the pressure representation doesn't tell us much. The rise in density and velocity are probably related to the minor solar flares we saw on the 6th. It's the magnetic fields carried by the solar wind that are of interest. While the magnetic flux of the solar wind is increasing, it is not showing the strong southerly orientation or fluctuations which cause serious geomagnetic activity.

You know, Phage - I am sick and tired of you minimizing this. Just because it's not important or "note-worthy" to you, doesn't mean it isn't to others.

For someone with such a broad understanding of these processes, you sure seem to lack any sort of emotion, feeling, or vision regarding them. What *does* qualify as important to you?

Attempting to educate people rather than inciting them is important to me.

This is my goal as well, so we're on the same team here. I resent your implication that I am inciting anyone. The only thing I am inciting is excitement and understanding of these beautiful processes.

Edit to note: Learning can be fun.

No, there has been an effort to sidetrack us and kill the thread, which is obviously working.
