So is everyone here really naïve enough to think you have stumbled across anything the government is trying to keep from you? And you think there are people getting paid to come here and disinfo everything? Seriously, some of you here view everything as some type of conspiracy. It’s quite humorous for some of us.

its not like that man, sure there are a lot of wackjobs and disinfo.
but still some people here know stuff,i my self gathered lots of good knowledge here that the government would like me to not know about.
i guess there are some disinfo agents...its kinda like a job.

True, there are people here who 'know' stuff. Or at least claim to know stuff. I have no doubt some of them are legit. If you throw enough sh!t at the wall some of it is bound to stick. How much of it has been backed up with proof though?

Even Sgt Clifford E. Stone has not backed up any of his claims with proof.

I don't think that there is such a thing as gov't paid disinfo agents.
If someone gave me credible information that says otherwise, I'd listen.
But so far .... I don't think that there are any.

Of course there's no credible evidence/information, that's like asking for credible evidence on the existence of the loch ness monster or santa claus.

Honestly I don't think one person will lose their jobs as I don't believe there is even 1 government paid disinfo agent here.

I'm sure automated data collection goes on here as it does everywhere else and key words are logged for further review if something comes up but nobody actually trolls these sites do screw with threads. We're simply not that important.

Yes...those with a difference of opinion than you are dis info agents.

Maybe when 100% proof, or something close enough to it, is put right in their face, and they still deny it, then you can call one such.

I work for the future and live for the moment. Going into every thread here on ATS saying the world is going to crumble is not my idea of advancing my life. Instead, I do what I have learned to do best. Question. Just how you question the government and the leaders of our world actions, I question yours.

I can look at it this way. Maybe you are a dis info agent being paid to gain support against the so called government, when you are working for it yourself, so your opinions (which are wrong because you are a dis info agent) on all other matters here on ATS will be believed by more people!

The tin foil does not go in the microwave, and neither does your head.

Ah, there is most definitely disinfo agents here, besides there have been government statements about them. I had info somewhere, and have not been able to find it, I had posted in another thread. It clearly and definitely states the agenda of the government to combat the truth from spreading.

Also, personally, I will sit back and enjoy when the govt. releases and stops paying the agents from posting and trying to kill threads that have truth to them.

It will be interesting what ATS will be like, when those agents have lost their jobs. Will it become more civil?

Hi QA

There can be no arguement they arent around, but I think most of them are more subtle and instead the lack of civility comes mostly from crazies.

I doubt that the government puts much effort into disinformation on forums like ATS, when they have the greatest disinformation tool ever known to mankind- the MSM.
The MSM reaches far more people than ATS, and the average person unfortunately gets most of their information from the MSM.Like it or not, ATS members are highly marginalized by most people, and with the exception of a few who actually did carry out threats, are not considered a major threat to the government or society.
Don't take my word for it, just walk down the street, stop and tell someone that you participate in a forum that discusses UFO's, Reptilians, 2012, Nibiru, mind control, Secret Societies, and general conspiracies, and observe their reaction. Better yet, walk into a government agency office and tell them the same thing.

Hmmm. When the draft is reinstated, that may not be bad advice for the young men in the audience.

LOL - I have to admit - this is the first time you have ever posted something I agree with. Besides it being humorous - never have seen this side of you before.

What a great idea - love it! - Draft imposed - people need to walk in and say "dang - I just saw a UFO in my backyard - did you know how the govt. is hiding all that information'! Then continue on talking about Nibiru, all the govt. secrets, abductions - and say "you can't wait to spread the word about it all with all the other troops"!

Might get someone a nice fast "Rejected" stamp immediately!

Nice post - love the humor in it!

Again - first time I have ever seen humor in one of your postings!

This may sound a little naive. but i did not know about disinfo. I might start arguing with people is merely because A not enough info or B not getting it and getting frustrated trying to get the missing piece. so i am sorry if i have made you guys made at me for any posts i have done. i do this from work at a web hosting company though. dont judge me.

I have a question.

I've read posts of people saying that users who disagree with everything, especially if there is "evidence," could be disinfo agents.

But couldn't that work both ways?

Couldn't a disinfo agent AGREE with wrong posts to push the wrong information (thus leading people in the wrong direction)? So you can't just look at people who disagree with everything and assume they've got an agenda.

Also, someone might disagree all the time because in their opinion there hasn't been any evidence that was solid enough. What is "evidence" to one person may be ridiculous to another.

I think if there are disinfo agents here it is probably a very small number. There are enough natural skeptics that you don't really need to pay people to disagree.

And if they lost their jobs I don't think they'd be outing themselves. There is always a chance they could be rehired in the future. Or if they know information the gov't doesn't want leaked then I'm sure the gov't is watching them.

This is kind of how they sound.

They come from an extreme point of view with confidence and arrogance so that they can pull people's view of reality some where in between.

there are indeed disinfo agents out there.
Came across a news article which spoke of wikipedia articles being edited by staff working in the congress, from the senate ip address.
And wikipedia actually had to ban people from the congress editing articles about politicians in which they would try to remove any "dirty" information about the very politicians they work for.

I think these Agents are rounded up and terminated by Section 5. They know too much to remain living, now personally, I would not take a job hushing up stuff, where if the same thing happened to me I wold be a victim of my own success in dissuading others.
